They assured the hair is 100% human hair, that can be discolored, curl, iron and color, but thats false. I purchased Brazilian curly hair and 3 minutes into the process the hair melted into a gum with orange color, definently not human hair at all, tried ro get my money or at least replaced, but they said they dont offer any of that. They wanted me to buy again and offer me 30% off and in their page the offer its more than that, I end up buying from Amazon and I discolored perfectly . Beware they will take your money. Never buying fron this store ever again.
Horrible place to buy hair. DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR.Two pacs of curly hair the same name brand came to us 2 different curl paterns and they did nothing about it when I told them the very next day. Also the quality very poor.Tangles and comes off the track. NEVER AGAIN WAIST OF MONEY
I have been purchasing here for the past 2 years. I always get the Brazilian straight hair which matches my hair as if it was mine and is very goo quality. However, I went there last week and the girl literally guaranteed me that the Malaysian hair is way better and it will be more natural. She said we had the same hair and that I will be happy! Of course, I took her advice (since shes a professional who works there) and I bought the Malaysian hair. I went home, sew it in clips, put it in deep coconut oil (basically what I always do when I buy hair from there) Well once the hair dried i tried to put it in my hair its sooo thin and seems so fake! Basically humid hair and feels nothing like my natural hair its so gross and Im so so disappointed. Mind you I already cut the hair and did all that so theres no way I can get a refund. But I wanted to write this review because Im a full time law student and I barely works. So I basically threw away $60 and it really hurts me. I hope you guys will know to train your employees better so that they dont mislead customers into purchasing something that isnt. Im very disappointed. If I had purchased this from Amazon, i would definitely get a refund because merchants should care about what theyre selling and customers satisfaction not just saying anything to sell a certain kind of products.
I drive 4 and a half hours to come to the botique only for it to be locked with a sign that says will return at 1:35. I waited there until 2:00 and no one showed up. Despite my liking their hair this is absolutely ridiculous. Get more staff but do not leave the store unattended for over an hour. So many people have walked by and looked in that were potential customers that you guys have now lost. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am a loyal customer & usually have a good experience when I buy hair here but today a worker named Helene had the worst customer service. She was on her cellphone when I walked into the store. She wouldnt even let me touch the hair when I wanted to see how long it is on me after I told her I would pay with cash. The hair there is really good but two stars because of her terrible attitude.
Horrible hair ( Brazilian curl ) I spend $335 on a very bad quality hair. I only have it on for 3 weeks and the hair is dry, look old and frizz, call many times for advice, ask in the website what to put on, follow every step they give me at the store and the person I spoke in the help chat at the website and nothing work, I would never buy hair there again, I cant take it up because I do not have more money to buy new hair or another $300 to put it on, very disappointed.
