I believe this location is new! Anyway, its really huge inside...very well organized which is a PLUS!! I wish it was more good variety when it comes to beauty soap. Overall its a really nice place, and the owner and his sale associate are very friendly, funny, easy going, helpful, really super nice!! I was able to shop comfortably without feeling like I had eyes on me while shopping. Thats a major plus for me!! This will be the only Ali beauty store Ill do all my business at only. Also, I left with a free gift which was really nice of the store. You could pick from a hair dye or the African Black Soap. Yall should truly check this location out, dont sleep on this spot! Youll have to pull up in the plaza to see it as it sits up in there but you cant miss it.

I went in with high expectations. The lights were bright and the store was very clean. The only person that greeted me was the gentleman at the front door. The store perhaps had two other customers inside. The two young ladies that were “working” did not greet me, ask if I needed help etc... which I did. They were on their phones. One walked right by me made eye contact, went into the back and closed the door.I left and went to the beauty supply in the adjacent plaza. They were SO helpful and even helped me pick out a better option than I originally went in for. I never write reviews but when it comes to customer service that’s most important above anything else.
