This store not only smells great but looks great. It has so many colors different types of products each one more incredible than the next. The sales associate helpful anyway they can. I love all the colors and the way they have a store set up from front to back it’s really a nice experience to have such an inviting store to shop and thank you!

Love that its a one stop shop.They sell lotion, perfume, body wash, body scrub, candles, hand wash, plugs in with wall flowers, body butter, loofahs, car plug ins, antibacterial soap for your hands, hand soap dispensers for the bathroom. They also have a mens section that has mens lotion and cologne among other things. I spend atleast $200 or more a month there!!

These stores(Bath & Body Works) have all the Perfumes that you need. There prices are Great and they have coupons also. And Perfect for Special Holidays,Birthdays, Anniversaries. Check them out. You wont regret it. Kudos Kudos.

To walk in a BBW and smell all the different scents is invigorating. The employees are friendly. 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️But, the 3 wick candles did not have tops. And well that can affect the smell. I guess with manufacturing limitations due to our world stopping virus, they did not have enough for the candles. So you better burn soon. Though the candles last a long time. Its not a big deal for the scent but to walk out with candles from BBW with no tops its weird 🙂❤❤

I was greeted when I came in the (3) stars is for the availability of what I was looking for. Customer service was (5) stars. Im noticing more and more a lot of the products you loved are being discontinued but if you go online sometimes you are able to find the product either for a very cheap price and if it was very popular the price is outrageous. Bath & Body Works needs to listen to their customers not all of their new products are all that great.

I always love B&BW but they got rid of Noir for men which is my all time favorite scent and this particular store took too long to wait on me. Moreover, when she checked me out she handed me my receipt and a flyer that stated the semi annual sale was next week. Clearly I was looking for a discount bc I asked for a military one but they dont honor military. Nonetheless, I love the store and the floor service is second to none.

This place is my go to for little gifts for my wife, which keeps her smelling delicious.

Let me say worse to worse. First they got rid of the aromatherapy sugar scrub. Real sugar scrub. Then buy 3 get 2. NOW....... buy three get one. 😔.

Since we need to use hand sanitizer, that im so not use to doing, I thought this would be a good reminder, the first one I bought was a cat but the sanitizer wouldnt stay in, so I bought this silly one works great even lights up. Then I bought a sanitizer called chill out, which I think most of us need to do😁

Its always fun to visit bath and body works. Very attentive staff and the store was very busy and most of the customers followed CDC guidelines. Also they have additional cashiers to accommodate the crowd

Bath and body works is my all time favorite store in coral square mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always there with a basket for you and to help you find the products you need. The store smells great make you wanna buy all the the candles on the shelf. So many variety of fragrances to chose from just makes your head spin. I absolutely love this store.

Bath & Body Works is a very nice place to shop. They have good sales for almost everyone on your shopping list. I bought a very nice gift set, it included a full size of their new Christmas fragrance with the bath gel and cream, also full size. It was already in a very nice gift box with ribbons! Im going to post a picture of this Christmas fragrance, which l highly recommend. The picture is of a small bottle which fits perfectly in your purse for touch ups during the night. I highly reccomend this store for Christmas shopping :)

Visited today first time since Feb. Employee sprays your hands before entering & mesh shopping bags replaced w paper. Controlled check out lines. Good social distances. Great job!

I went to this location at the Coral Square Mall yesterday which was a Sunday. I had exceptional service because I didnt understand how to work some of the plug-in air fresheners and I had a lot of packages which the young lady was nice enough to put aside for me so I didnt have to carry them around while I shopped.. they had great sales going on and I highly recommend shopping here.

Love this place. I always cone out spending alot of money. You fall in love with everything they have between foam soaps, liquid soaps, plug in deodorizing scented filters and figures, all scented sprays, scented bottles, candles of different shapes and sizes and scents that you cannot determine which one you want. Body washes, body lotions, deodorants. The holidays are the best time to go you get carried away there is so much to buy and then the have their big sales after when you get the really good sales on everything . I recommend this place is awesome.

I wander by a lot during the year. Sometimes I will even stop and spray but its the day after Christmas that I covet. That is the day of the mega sale. Be still my heart, bins and bins of 75% off. More bins of 50% off. If you can stand the crowds and lines you can score a deal. I picked up enough shower gel, lotions, fragrance mist, and anti bacterial spray to keep me smelling delicious through out all of 2018. If you have a Victoria Secrets card you can use it here as well. The lines were long but by the time I got in it had thinned out to the point that only 2 other people were head of me. I love saving money and getting out quickly.

This is a convenient location, that has everything seen online. The sales personnel are always helpful confident and efficient. I like shopping here for gifts for all occasions and I get coupons all the time. I do think the manufacturer should put a tamper seal on some items. Ive seen customers use/test non-samples then put it back on the shelf and just grabbed another to purchase.

Horrible. Waited in line. Some old woman cut me then there was only one cashier. Plenty of associates watching her work but nobody came to open another register. The woman behind me pointed it out too and commented that the associates were lazy. She saw it too.I went to exchange an item and was told I couldnt do it bc I would have to pay the difference on the lower priced item. I pulled up the receipt on my phone which showed the price of the item to be $14 so I shouldnt have to pay any difference for an exchange that was of lesser value ($12). Even with the proof of receipt the incompetent, lazy manager Gabby insisted on a packing slip and tried to insist my item was only worth $3 with the proof in front of her and order number saying it was $14I have never had issues before like this with a receipt. Its ridiculous. People here are just lazy.

They are always fully stocked. They have display bottles for you to sample smells, how well they moisturize. The coupons are always great when you shop a lot there. Love shopping at Bath & Body Works.

Great colognes, perfumes, lotions and candles and plenty of goodies for the house to smell wonderful the ladies welcome you give you a bag to shop and put everything in it very polite and a very clean place also for teenage girls.

Yesterday evening while my cousin and I waited at the checkout line . An overweight black lady wearing an eyeglasses and a spanish guy might be Caucasian came and stood behind us. All of a sudden i saw the guy moved close to my purse when he realize I saw him then he switch position with the lady. Again the lady moved closer to my purse then I removed my purse from my left shoulder and place it toward the center of my body. I wanted to take a pic of them or a video but because My cousin got scared and I became very concern for our safety I just wanted to leave the store right after I check out.. I think you guys should hire a security officer this time of the year . WHAT IF I WASNT WATCHING MY SURROUNDINGS?? They couldve open my purse and take everything .People should not have to be worried about their safety while shopping at your store during the holiday season . EVERYONE PLEASE BE CAREFUL OUT THERE.Happy Holiday. God bless.

Annoying staff

Couldnt find my favorite fragrance and asked an associate. She was so helpful and friendly, got some out of the box that havent been put out yet.

I always like going there. Begging- please bring back the 3 wick Boardwalk candles! My husband and I both love them and so do our friends!
