Super great! Home depot has a wide and variety selection to everything you may need to fix, clean and or decorate inside and outside of your house. I also didnt know if you wanted your wood to be cut a certain length, they have a saw section where one of the workers can help size and cut wood for you, just make sure you grab the wood you need. Awesome and friendly service! I would definitely come back and continue to shop with home depot.

Decent store but they need additional help like alot of places now. I walked around and around trying to find someone to answer my question. Would be helpful to have a pager system to send out a call for help to the area.
The best place for home improvement items. However, for certain smaller items Menards is better. I go to both these stores. Which one I go to depends on, what I am looking for.
Id have given 5 stars but its still hard to find things. I have Polio and I simply cannot walk all around the store 3 or 4 times to fill my list. Neither do I have the time or inclination. They have mobility carts but what good are they when theyre not plugged in to charge? I am very disappointed.

Came in to look for a new stove, employees were more concerned about going home/getting off their shift than helping you. Go to another Home Depot.
Never enough help. They put experienced people on during the day and barely trained people on in the evenings. One gentleman had been there 3 weeks and the second a year. Both very nice and eventually one was able to help. It took a total of 2 hours 15 minutes to pick out flooring and set up time to have someone come out to measure for a quote. 5 stars for the two that tried to help and 3 stars for Home Depot not having adequately trained staff. Store well stocked and clean, checkout fairly decent. Next trip will be to menards to see if thats any better

The service in the store is terrible have tried many of times to do things and Ive always been able to get good service end up I end up leaving without what I came for because I cannot find Associates to help me theres many people there working but only one person can do what I need done and fighting this person in the store at any one time is nearly impossible so I can order Windows it takes me four or five tries before I end up able to sit down and order a window with somebody Ive done it over the phone later did I had to come in and sign for
It took them over an hour and a half to find my entire pallet of flooring that I paid for online. Like how do you misplace and entire pallet of flooring?? Then they brought it up to the front desk and gave me the pallet jack and didn’t bother helping me load it. I could of asked for help but at that point it would of been faster to just do it myself which I did.
Friendly customer service employees and understood my delema when finding my order. Good place and still will shop for items I need.
Its our go-to place to get supplies for all our home projects. They carry brands we like and almost always have what we need in stock. This location has friendly and helpful employees- weve not had a bad experience with anyone there.

I paid them weeks ago for a flooring installation and they refuse to set up a time to come do it. When I first paid several weeks ago, they said someone would call me in 3 days to set up a time. That did not happen. So now Ive tried calling them 4 times to no avail. I either keep getting tossed around to other departments or they just dont answer the phone. Also the installation tracker on their app doesnt work so that has offered no answers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could give negative stars I would... tried getting granite counter tops from them, had everything paid for, and when it came time to schedule installation, they said we had a balance of almost $1,000. They found they didnt estimate correctly and they had to charge more for various reasons. When we discussed things with the supervisor, we were confronted with attitude and were basically told pay the amount or go somewhere else. I used to like going to home depot for home improvement projects, but after this, I will take my business elsewhere.
Today I was pleasantly surprised at how I was greeted and treated by Albertina and Salitt I was looking for some blinds that needed to be cut and Albertina showing Salitt how to operate the cutter who is a new associate very eager to learn all aspects of the position his upbeat attitude let me to ask him about where he was from come to find out we had mutual friends now my purchase has become fun the only advice I would give them is please dont change how you treat your guest now days store associate won’t even look at you let alone speak in all very happy.

Compared to menards and Lowes, home depot is for sure the most compact. There is not alot of space in there to move around with a cart. Otherwise much better brand selection then menards

Where to begin.. is it that your voice system asking for where I want to be transferred that never seems to work or is it your front desk that seems to hang up on me multiple times when trying to transfer me..... Or was it the fact front desk tried humoring me looking up a part I needed and then have an absolutely no clue how to look it up... Its not your guyss fault between covid and millennials everything will fail.
Love the store but finding help sometimes can be a hassle and when you find an associate 9 times out of 10 they dont know where things are located. Other than that awesome work 👏
I really don’t like Home Depot that much, menards is 10x better. However the gentlemen I talked to on the phone was a very pleasant guy. Shout to him.

I had an exchange and they made it super easy everybody was very friendly and I was able to get in and out quickly.
Went and picked up my order of a bar sink 18 gauge stainless steel. Totally awesome The person that helped me to pick up my order was very kind South spoken cared about my order put it in a card had it ready for me to take out to my vehicle It was wonderful to be treated as a true customer.
I love the layout of this specific store the most. (Plumbing near front and much more that makes sense). Great people, great protection from Covid, and always great products!

I bought a sawzall from them.when I got it home,I quickly found out that not only they sold me a used one for a new price.they sold me a return that wasn’t checked very well because the cord was taped up like the previous owner cut it.needless to say it didn’t even work.I brought it back within an hour.they did let me exchange but not before customer service told me she did the return and it wasn’t cut when she originally took it in.I’d love to know if it is regular practice to put dangerous machines back on sale to unsuspecting customers without at least doing a small QC?
I had to go there today for a sink basket, when we arrived they were turning off the lights and closing for the night. I missed one clock setting at home,and it was the only clock I looked to for the time.still got my parts and great customer service.👍

Do not buy appliances from Home Depot. Our fridge missed the scheduled date and we were put at the end of the line having to re schedule again two weeks out after 2 weeks of waiting. We call customer service and told the we dont have a fridge cause of the failed delivery. They did nothing to resolve the issue.
Went into the story to get a new battery for my garage door opener. Associates seem to be busy, busy. When I did approach one, they were super friendly and very willing to find right answers.
Ill start by staying that staff here are always great to work with, but today, I worked with a manager named Shelly who was outstanding! I shop here a lot, and do a lot of home renovations. Her customer service was great, and quick that I felt compelled to note it here. #thisismyhonedepot
Very disappointing. Whereas I Home Depot is store a shop a great deal this trip was a disaster! I was looking a 30 amp plug RV adapter when to the electrical department, there was no help to be found. No adapter was to found. Finally a sales staffer was there but didnt anything about electricity. She did try to helpful, look up was I was looking, then suggested that check Automotive. Nothing there. A complete waste of my time. For me a draw back for Home Depot is their similarly lack of help in plumbing and electrical departments.
I dont get here very often, but they usually have what I am looking for.

These people who work here are lacking in the brain function area. You ask for help and they stare at you with expressionless eyes. Seems that Menards got the pick of the litter and Home Depot got the drop outs.

The Home depot is where I go for home project. Big, or small.
The store was clean and not crowded, they offered a free face mask, and the shelves were stock up.
Always find what Im looking for, be it projects or repairs. Staff is helpful when a question arises.
Make sure you clear your schedule for the rest of the day if you need assistance getting something that needs to be taken down from the top shelves no initiative taken what so ever to have product ready for customers to just have access to them. They do get mad if you dont want to take the studs that are broken or warped and are giving you an attitude for something they got hired to do.

A great improvement over the last several months. Finding someone to help you is greater now. We experienced a wonderful worker who looked up what we needed, found it on the stores data base, then she went completely across the store to help us find it. I am a real customer! I bought a new Troy Bilt snowblower last Dec. 2019, used it 4 times last winter, drained the gas....bad carb. Brought it back to Home Depot and they would not honor the 2-yr warranty or fix the factory problem. Jason & mgmt. team sucked! Brought it to Lehmans, who replaced the factory defect carb (which Home Depot knew)! Dont ever buy anything from Home Depot!!!!

Good experience....I needed a 10 2x6 cedar board which they carried but were out of. I asked if theyd sub a 12 for the same price and they honored it.

Fantastic store filled with everything we need from merchandise to employees. We had to find cable to install a pool table light. They had it all! We purchased a cable and were able to cut it and crimp it right there at the store. We couldnt have done it without employee Marks help! Thank you!!

Worst customer experience I have ever had. An employee started yelling at us and another customer looking to get copies of keys because we were doing his job and touching his things. Note-there is no sign that says you have to contact an associate for help anywhere. He was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He also clapped and cheered when the other customer said he would take his business somewhere else. Other employees were in the area and nobody tried to calm him down or help. The customer before us had already been waiting awhile when we showed up, so I dont know how long you are supposed to wait for someone to assist you when there is no indication of who or how to contact the person who makes keys.....We have been long time customers of Home Depot but we will take our business elsewhere as well. Disappointing.
Prices are LOWER then that other store who is running the 11% back rebate. And you dont have to wear a mask. The variety is good compared to other similar stores. My number 1 store 💖

Had a bad customer service experience here years ago, and avoided this place ever since, but when looking for a reasonably priced full sized rolling tool chest, the prices brought me here. I found a great deal on just what I was looking for, and the sales rep Donald (DXSOU8C) was very helpful and peasant to work with. I may return here in the future for more business.
It was going great and then nobody asked how they could help us. But then we needed help so we asked this kid. He couldnt help us but he did use the app to find out that the company couldnt help us
The store was mildly busy, and staff seemed a bit more concerned with stocking than asking customers if they need help. Definitely not the norm.

I Always have great service at this location. The employees are respectful, management on top of their game and prices reasonable. I recently did a purchase online to pick up in the store, I was in and out in about 5 months. When in a rush on the way home from work it was perfect. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that asks.

Ive been there on 05/02. Its just unbelievable. Employees are not wearing a mask or gloves. Nobody sanitizing the carts.The customer service was good, so 3 stars its a good review for them.

I went into Home Depot 6/20/20 looking for screws for my new fridge and appliance paint. Miquel was in the Appliance Department. I explained to him all the issues I had with the delivery - (group 1) delivered the fridge and was unable to switch the door swing, the door was scratched from them trying and the screws to cover the holes were misplaced. (group 2) was able to switch the door swing but now the door make a cracking noise when you open and close the door. I was told that this was normal. As far as the screw holes I was told this was superficial and to order the screws from the manufacture or go to Home Depot. Miquel was wonderful, he gave me the missing screws from the floor model and he spoke to the Department Manager and I was compensated for the inconvenience I experienced. I didnt return the fridge for a new one because I already waited a month and a half and I can live with the cracking noise and I can touch up the scratches. I will order appliances again from Home Depot.
My daughter and son-in-law ordered carpet and laminate from this store. The process is terribly inefficient. To confirm delivery – because it was late - my daughter had to call three stores and get transferred numerous times because no one could tell her where the delivery was. The laminate was delivered, installation was started when they discovered the floor had a slant and laminate would not work. This is something that should have been discovered prior to ripping the carpet out of the house. Had to go back to the store where we were told it was two weeks to change to carpet. Meanwhile there’s no flooring in the house. Long story short we had to return all the laminate flooring ourselves and cancel the order. A local carpet store was able to install carpeting within the week and it did not cost any more than it would have cost at Home Depot. The expediter for our order, Missy, was the epitome of condescension. She made zero effort to find a resolution. Her only answer was “it will be two weeks.” Even if that’s the only answer there is, I did not appreciate her attitude one bit. She COULD NOT have moved slower in walking toward us (and she knew we were upset) and in processing the refund. Her statement “your floor failed” did NOT help my daughter, it made her angrier than she would have been. Add to that her disgusting, long, curling, black fingernails and; needless to say, my daughter will NEVER shop at Home Depot again. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would.
I hate how the aisles are so crowded with merchandise! Cant get 2 carts down the main aisle because they have so much extra crowding. Employees greet you but dont offer to help you find what youre looking for. Yeah, if you know what you want then youre fine
I have a pressure washer in for warranty service that has been there for 2 1/2 months. When I call evidently, only the tech. (who is never there) has that information. Why doesnt everyone else in the repair department have access to what is going on? Why is that only this tech. has access to the status?
