The little big horn, greatest grill I ever got was from here, I made a mega ton of burgers with it! Made a new fresh purple sauce with my burgers :) love it ! I’d like to address that the service was amazing

I have been going to Little Big Horn for years.I like to deal with small businesses in my Community. That is the reason I brought a Green Mountain Grill smoker from them. Soon after buying the grill from them I started have problems with it. I called Green Mountain Grill and got no where with them!!! I went to talk to the owner of Little Big Horn and told her what what was happening and I was not getting any where with GMG!! She told me she would take care of it and return my money and she would deal with GMG. This is why I buy from my local businesses!!!!

Update 6/11/20: I was contacted by the owner and manager with sincere apologies, promptly refunded payment to account for the sale price, and given a gift for my trouble. The matter was handled very professionally. It was evident that a combination of unfortunate circumstances led to this situation and it is not what should be expected by customers. I will be a returning customer.Original post:I had been planning to get a Jim Bowie for some time. The covid pandemic, along with a sale, convinced me the time is now, so I looked for a small business to support with my purchase. I found Little Big Horn, thinking it was exactly what I was looking for.During my visit to the store, I realized the Jim Bowie was larger than what I need and I decided to get a Daniel Boone. Unfortunately, being convinced I was going to get a JB, I did not know what price to expect for the DB. When I was rung up - grill, pellets, cover (which did not fit) - I questioned that it seemed too high. I was told it was correct, and Id have a receipt to confirm things if needed.When I returned home, I realized that, not only did I not receive the sale price, I was charged more than the full price listed on the website. When I called (same day - day 1), I was told the boss would have to handle it and Id be contacted the next day (day 2). Two days later (day 3), I stopped in, to return the cover, and again question the status of my concern; I was told the boss would call me the next day (day 4). A couple days later (day 6), I again called, and was again told the boss would call the next day (day 7).On day 14 I tried to connect with the boss via email; fully explaining the situation and asking for a response. Now is day 25, no response.I really wanted to like this business - a store specializing in grilling - and thought Id have a go-to for all things grilling related. Instead, I was limited to a frustrating experience with quite frankly some of the worst customer service Ive ever witnessed.I was hesitant to leave any negative reviews without ample opportunity for the business to address the situation. After phone, email, and an in-person visit, Im not sure how I could make it any easier. Its not even so much the $110 I was overcharged; it really just comes down to simply the lack of courtesy to respond.

Friendly young man working saw my car pull up and met me outside to fill my propane tanks. Filled two tanks for less than $30 and got knowledgeable and friendly service. Way to go guys. Old school customer service at its finest!

Met two workers who didn’t want to help a color person! Guess you better be white to visit this store! They could care less at helping me solve how to get my propane hose solved!
