They have great towels - nice and thick and in a large variety of colors. This place also has a lot of gadgets and things for your kitchen and bath that you may not find anywhere else. The prices are a little steep but most things are worth their cost. I do like this place.

I never go to bed bath & beyond, because generally I find their merchandise to be overpriced, expensive, and not worth it.However, this particular store was having a store closing sale going on, so I popped in, and I was able to find some very good deals. It was very picked through, but they did have quite a few down comforters, curtains, and decorative pillows left.

Super clean and organized. All the staff are nice and ready to help. Clearance items rock! Some items are a little spendy but I love this store. There is LITERALLY something for EVERYONE!

The store was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and were all wearing masks. I was disappointed that the items found on their website were not in the store. It turns out that baby items are only physically in a store called Buy Buy Baby which for me was 40 minutes away. I was told that I would still be able to use Bed, Bath and Beyond coupons there so that is good. I just wish that was made clearer on their website. Still Im just happy they are open again. Everything I have bought there has been made with quality materials and have lasted longer than expected.

I ordered a new comforter that was rather expensive, and I had some worry about ordering it online and not physically seeing it. Bed Bath & Beyond did an excellent job describing the product. It was delivered as described and in good condition. I recommend Bed Bath & Beyond and ordering online. I also had a 20% off coupon that I forgot to apply when ordering, and the woman at customer service easily applied it to my order after I had submitted it—outstanding customer service with their online ordering. I also visit the brick and mortar store in absolutely love it and have purchased many things from them.

Place is closing down. Another casualty of the online shopping trend. Also rent & rates, utilities cost, staff, exhorbitant employee health insurance costs. You wont have retail until these reduce or in the case of employee health insurance are decoupled from job positions entirely and pushed to the free market.

I went in looking for a bath pillow and found all kinds of great bath and after bath things. Who knew you needed a long handled lotion appliance? I do now. Busy time of year, not so many employees wandering about, but I dont need that kind of attention. Beautiful store, great products, nice folks to check you out. Lots of onsite parking, easy access for all. Handicap parking and access available. Will be sad if this store closes.

Best customer service i have had at a store in a long time! I am so happy I have my wedding registry with bed bath and beyond. Bob, the store manager, was so helpful in replacing dishes that came broken. Thank you again.

My husband and I were there on 11/23. We had someone named Skylar help us. She was exceptional and friendly and polite. Its not often to find in a retail setting. Because of Skyler we plan on returning to your store for our future household needs

Reserved my item online. Got the your item is ready email. Walked in the door, took a left to customer service. Paid and back out there door in less than 3 minutes. Loved it!!!

I bought a display model of a mirror at a discounted price. Brought it home and it didnt work. When I called I was told I am able to return it or get replacement light bulbs free from the store. I decided to go with the free light bulbs. I was afraid of breaking the mirror at home if I tried to replace the bulbs so I asked if they could help me (or rather do it for me). Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful! I took up quite a bit of their time and a few different people trying to get the bulbs replaced and not once did they indicate I was a bother. Excellent customer service across the board from the manager to the associates.

Beyond the worst store Ive gone too, I went looking for a particular applicance found one I liked however I wanted to check the price. So I found a person who worked there and I was a huge inconvenience for her that I had the audacity to ask for a double check on the price. Well it turns out the model on the shelf was in fact miss labeled and the price on it was nearly $100 more. The lady dropped and kicked the box(wish I was kidding) without asking if I still wanted the appliance after she had told me the correct price. If thats how they treat their products and customers then I wont shop there.

This store always seems disorganized and overpriced, but they do have a decent selection of products. With their Beyond+ membership, the 20% off your entire purchase it gets you brings prices down to Amazon levels. This is also the only home product focused store in the area, with many products that wont be found in the bigger department stores.

Was at the Riverdale store tonight and had a question about my coupon. The store manager came over to the register and was extremely rude. Very poor customer service!

This place is designed to be an endless loop of home goods to peruse.If I die and have to go to hell I want this to be my hell.I can nap. Snack. Play with fans... I just wish they had WiFi or phone service... Thats... Why it would be hell. Lol.

I was very disappointed when I went to this one. It was cluttered, messy and the worst Ive seen in a store like this. Their clearance items were torn boxes, opened products etc. The stuff Im sure people brought back after using. But the price was originally $89 for example and the item was used or missing something and the clearance price would be $85. Its ridiculous and I would never go back to this store again. Im not the one to complain but you just have too when its completely necessary

Definitely get the 20% app that costs around $30 a year. We bought curtains and our total was less than if we hadnt including the cost of the membership.

The staff were actually arguing with each other the whole time we were there. The main female cashier was horrible. She definitely didnt want to be there. Had no one in line and made us wait before she checked us out.... only saving grace was the young man who went into the back to find a gingerbread house that we wanted...

Love going here and getting candles and soaps. Always friendly staff and a neat, clean store.

They seem to gave most everything one can think of bed and bath related. Prices are good, especially when one has a 20% off coupon.

The store has some options of things that I am looking for, however, as far as color and variety, it is lacking. As far as bathroom curtains, shower curtains, size of sheets wanted in a color print not too expensive, no. Was wanting a door mat for the entryway, options boring. I guess if your looking for non-descript stuff this is a good place to come, but dont expect that just because they specialize in HomeGoods that they have enough variety. WalMart has some options better, but it depends. The nice thing about Bed Bath Beyond is they send out coupons so you can get a discount, which is what usually brings me back.

It was our first time shopping at a Bed Bath & Beyond. The sales associate by the name of Fiona was incredibly helpful! She went out of our way to help us find products while being late for her break. I found prices to be higher than what I expected, but managed to find the things I needed and some that I didnt :-)

There is a variety of things to choose from, its a nice place to shop but prices seem to be a little higher than other stores.
