It was a beautiful day out when I visited. Best Buy wasnt super busy but the large warehouse club next door sure was. The staff there that day were unique in a good way. They were incredibly helpful. I wandered around the store after finding what I came for. Every staff member said hello and asked if I was finding everything I was looking for. It wasnt pushy or rehearsed. I live no where near this location, but I feel as though I found my new Best Buy simply because of how genuinely nice everyone working that day seemed to be. Ive always had a theory that a happy staff equals a happy interaction with customers. Its as if one can feel how well the staff is treated based upon interactions. This place felt comfortable and welcoming. Congrats on keeping a happy work environment and thank you for a great experience.

We purchased a dryer and the necessary LP kit that was supposed to be installed today. Then today we get a call from Best Buy asking if we had the LP kit. No, we did not have the LP kit as it was on the order! So it was necessary to postpone the install for several days. Of course, the installer could have made a stop at any big box store to purchase the kit but no they would not. I dont want to do business with a company that cant follow through on their promises.

My wife and I ordered a TV to be delivered to our house from this Best Buy. Unfortunately, on the date it was supposed to be delivered it never came and online it said Delivered. After going through 3 different customer service reps this week, we are no closer to getting our TV and it is still set to Delivered online. So as of now, $1600 wasted. Would recommend to either pick up in store or order from somewhere else if you dont have the right vehicle.Edit: After we finally went to the store in person, Ryan Jenkins on was able to get this resolved quite quickly finding the issues with the non-delivery. We got $100 off of it and it was actually delivered the next time. Shame that online help was getting nowhere, just have to talk to someone real to get things done.

Ordered a 75inch TV online picked it up and the employee loaded it flat, I didnt open the box until over a month since I was moving and it was cracked and not working. I spent over 4-6 hours with customer service on the phone and told they can make an exception in store. The manager accused me of breaking the tv and offered me 10% off on a new one... after the first one costing over $850 because, best buy would lose some money on the second TV. Worst experience no wonder best buy is Minnesotas worst company. If the manager ever reads this you are human trash.

Lots of staff available to answer questions and were throughout the store. The person helping me buy a sound bar knew what questions to ask and pointed me right to his 2-3 recommendations. I was in amd out in half the time I expected, and we are extremely pleased with the sound bar he helped me pick out.Oh yeah and they are now set up to pay in each area instead of just at the exit so you can just zoom out with your purchase. Nice.

I like Best Buy because of the variety of things that are there. However, I only go when I cannot find the same product elsewhere. That is because of the high prices at Best Buy. I think that they will not be able to last long if they continue to set such high prices. Even their special deals are priced too high.

Tiffany, the Geek Squad manager, and Christian a Geek Squad agent helped me with my portable monitor issue. It wasnt working, and they researched the problem, realized it wasnt fixable, advised me to return the product. It was supposed to be a plug and play monitor, but specifically for computers older than Windows 10, which makes no sense at all. So I returned it.Thank you, Tiffany and Christian for your expertise!!

Its really sad when Best buy has become. Its not the nostalgia I remember as a child. Now I go and feel like I shop around and never buy anything. I used to go with nothing to buy and always walk out with something. Something about the stores changed.

Their delivery is a 3rd party and it is a hot mess. Do NOT buy from here. 2 months back and forth and still unresolved. We’ve even gone back to the store and nothing is solved. A nice gift card is a nice gesture, however, I don’t want to buy anything from the store. I’d like my money back in cash and the issue resolved.

Very quiet at the time I went on a Saturday. Was looking at cameras and they didnt have much of the mirrorless cameras in stock except for the higher end cameras.Was very easy to find someone to get me help and was in and out within 10 minutes total.

I usually love best buy. I bought a monitor a year ago. The staff that helped me had no idea what I was talking about high refresh rates. He apparently gave me the wrong warranty when I checked out and when an accident happened it wasnt covered. Staff really need to stop saying warranties cover accidents when they dont.

Came in and asked for something that online says they have. I asked one person they told my one dept. The went to that dept. and the rep. Said its in a different different dept. Then went to second dept. And they said nope its in the first dept you were just in. So I went back and turns out it was in the first dept and I just went across entire store for no reason.Maybe next time Ill just look myself.

Im not sure theres a store I enjoy less, which is sad considering that its literally an adult toy store. Still, theyre useful in a pinch and the service youll receive in-person is far superior to dealing with the service available via web/phone.

Typical Best Buy experience here, which is good. You can browse stuff and not get heckled too much.Not a lot to say other than your experience here will be similar to other stores. The store was clean and it seems that the Best Buy response to the pandemic is as good as it can be. Employees here seem happy enough with their jobs and were helpful. Best Buy has come through many times for me (even when it isnt their fault) and I try to support them where I can.

Went in there to buy a tablet, not just shop around. Walked past maybe 10 employees, took 10 minutes for one to greet me. I was simply told to wait and that I would be helped next. Watched him turn down a customer because she has asthma. Ya I couldnt believe it either, and then watched him go to help someone else. I stood there for over 30 minutes. I was able to find a tablet cheaper online within that 30 minutes. I walked out past the other 9 employees still kind of standing around without even being acknowledged. Giving then two stars only because it started downpouring when I walked in and at the end of my 30-minute stay it was just barely raining. It was noon on a Wednesday, there was more employees than customers in the store. What a waste of time stopping there.

I went to Greek squad with my ibuypower desktop they said they knew what the problem is and they even scanned (it this is my 2-3rd time brining my desktop there the first time was excellent the lady was so nice and she did a 10 minute fox and charged me nothing super nice lady),but then the 2nd time after after the scan they charged me $100 and I later found out I could do it for $15 but I did not care nothing I could have done then but when I got it back home I did not have a Tv to hook it up to because mine broke so after 1-2 months I hooked it up and it did not work all it was is just a black screen and not connecting up with my Monitor, I am so mad I paid $100 for nothing I’m sick of it I want a refund of my $100 or fix it for free I am just sick of these people that can’t do heck and change me for something they did not even do or when they did that they broke it but I want a refund or them to fix it for free

My husband and I were at Riverdale Best Buy yesterday. My cell phone died and I needed a new one. I always dread any electronics appointment as seniors (70s) and feel like when we walk in the door the young people run. Until we met Lucas Tonding. Oh my gosh. He was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, kind. He made sure all our questions were fully answered. He carried on a great conversation with us, never made us feel stupid. THIS YOUNG MAN NEEDS A RAISE. Best Buy, you do not want to lose this employee.Thank you Lucas.

Ryan who has worked there since 2012 was really helpful with our laptop purchase and explained the protection plans in detail so I felt like it was my decision and not pressured. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and packages. There was a nice female that also helped look at and choose between models and I did not get her name but she was very smart and lead me right to the deals. Overall great experience. I usually hate having to purchase these things I know nothing about.

Staff was very helpful, they were attentive great at checking in with me to make sure I was okay and if I had questions, was applying for a credit card, didnt get it but when I do make my purchase I will gladly come in store to make it! I didnt remember every name, but the gentleman at the laptop area was awesome wanna say it was Josh, the blonde girl was quick to see if I was assisted and the girl with the tats at the pick up area was very sweet toy gf which was a plus. Very kind people.

They didnt have the exact product I was looking for but the guy helping me was a Samsung Specialist for the store and took the time to figure out which store had the item I was looking for in stock. He did offer to help me order it in-store and have it delivered but I needed it sooner so he helped me figure out where I needed to go to get it the same day.

Great staff and decent products. My only complaint is the relatively small amount of tech variety. I get that its a store focused more on people that know nothing about computers or anything. I just wish they had more tools and parts aimed at people who build computers and arent afraid to get technical.

This location had excellent customer service. Every department we went to we were immediately asked if we needed any help. I drove here from St. Cloud to do an online pickup because the item wasnt available in town. I ended up looking at laptops and the young man that was working listened to what I was looking for and made a suggestion that fit everything I wanted.

Well to my surprise since the last time I was in a more open remodeled store with a lot more helpful people there to answer questions! Hey I was looking for a Amazon smart stick or something similar to Roku! The staff that help me was friendly and helpful and pointed me in the right Direction and gave me some pointers on what was better value! I ordered online for car side pick up i got to the store as they were about 8 minutes away from close as the store was closing no one had brought out my purchase so my boyfriend had to go up to the door and knock to get inside the store once in they told him they could not find my product so he had to wait for them to do that but thankfully about 10 minutes later they found my product and gave it to him but they did that without him being listed as a pick up person and also without the number they send to you for pick up if u choose to use that instead of id so they could of been giving my purchase to about anyone and would not of known that so I was very upset by that but I do have to mention the time before this I had someone come out about 15 minutes after I arrived with my product ask for my ID or my code that had been sent to me I gave my code and got my product so 2 very different experiences and I wanted to share both so I hope you are able to have the better one if you go to this store for carbide pick up.

Not allowed to shop in the store without a mask. Well, you’re allowed to shop but cannot check out at the register or receive assistance from an associate without wearing a mask. I am unable to wear one for medical reasons and was not able to complete my purchase and walked out. Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Dishwasher did not work for my space, even though I was told it would. Sent back to store and ordered a different one. I was told Id get a call back the next day with new time for installation. Its now 6 days later and no call, no answering of phone at the store after 5 tries. Washer was hooked up wrong! I had to reconnect the hoses myself, as the plumber hooked hot to cold and cold to hot! Wow! Basic hook-up was even a fail! I am going to have to drive to the store just to get to talk to someone! Ridiculous@

After 3 different times during the day their phone system hung up on me and the one time i managed to not get hung up on I waited on hold for over an hour without getting any help. It amazes me how bad customer service is in 2020- you would think with everything happening in the world customer service would be on the up tick but its actually got worse.

The computer guys rock! They found me a better deal than the original deal I went in to the store to get! Getting it shipped right to my house, too! Had a blast talking gaming stuff with them while they rung my order up, and unless my PC shows up in tiny little pieces, I will say that I couldnt be happier with the deal, or the service, that I received from them! :D

I have been having a terrible experience with Best Buy as whole trying to get a microwave for close to 3 Months! The staff in the store were extremely help despite our irritation with the situation. They provided us an alternative that is an upgrade from the microwave we ordered. While this new one is ordered and waiting for delivery (Hopefully this one comes) I left the store feeling better than I had when I entered.

After being told at another Best Buy store that this store had a phone I wanted I came here. They had one left but it was for another customer. The phone supervisor Breanna and cell phone associate Lucus were really helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations and called another Best Buy to put the phone on hold for me. Do NOT recommend the geek squad. They told me it would be $100 to back up my computer $85 to send it to get fixed and then they would contact me with the price to fix it. Brought it to a local computer repair place and took 5 min to fix. Geek squad said it was the inside of the charging port in the computer. All we needed was a new charger nothing wrong with the computer after all. Would not go to geek squad for any help Anymore!

I was talking to a sale s girl for over 20 minutes about a laptop computer. She was very nice and very helpful. Until she wasnt, when I told her which one I wanted she told me there were none in stock. During our conversation I told her I needed the computer that day. She tried to find a store that has one, closest was Baxter. I know its not her fault that there were none in stock, however, why are you pitching me something you dont have when I clearly stated I needed it today?! Once she realized she couldnt help me she simply said, Sorry and walked away.As I was leaving I spoke to the man at the door and told him what happened and that I understand not her fault,but also the way she ended the interaction! I was told he would talk to her and that they were short on inventory due to Covid. So sick of this being an excuse. I ended up finding it way cheaper some where else. Wont go back here.

I purchased dish washer told they would deliver on 6th Oct.Best Buy told me that I was not home for delivery. They stated they called my home they did not call also stated they were in my driveway they were not. Canceled purchase and will not buy any further appliances from them. Customer service was a JOKE.

This place wont even answer the phone. Tried calling 5 times and they say they are experiencing high volume of calls and it hangs up. Doesnt allow you to hold or ask for a call back number.
