Loved being able to walk in and leave with a piece of furniture I wanted. staff was helpful and not irritating. they were super short staffed but took time to wrap my dresser up to make sure it arrived safely.

Brandon P. Was AMAZING!!! My wife and I set out today to find a simple fridge because mine went out. We left today with my wifes dream fridge and the matching dishwasher she was EXTATIC! Max at this location was very clear and excellent with his customer service experience. If your looking for help to furnish your home and are on a budget or even dealing with space issue’s then Max is the one to help you on your visit. Also the manager Darryl I think it is was very helpful on helping with my checkout process when things went wrong on ringing things up.Only thing I can say bad is that delivery is really exhausting when waiting on your items to arrive honestly, no calls on when items will arrive and basically I have been a sitting duck all day. Hopefully my stuff will come by the end of today like it was promised from the store.

Very helpful staff, delivered same day within hours. I was missing pieces for my night stand Thats the only reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars but they handled it right away. Quintin was the sales man that helped me and I would recommend shopping with him if you ever stop by.

Had an overall good experience here. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a washer and dryer. The only issue I had was they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for in a matching set unless I upgraded to a larger capacity with a larger price tag. I don’t regret it. But dang even at an outlet like this those prices are killers!

This store is incredibly disappointing. We called ahead of time because we live over an hour away to make sure they had the appliance we needed in stock and they confirmed that they did. When we arrived we approached the front counter at which time we were told that we would have to wait and “don’t you see that there’s other customers walking around? They come first” It was very odd because because he was just sitting at the counter and wasn’t helping the two other parties in the store.After waiting for 45 minutes the rude guy finally helped us, he didn’t know how to use the computer to ring up the appliance so after waiting for well over an hour we were told that it was just too late and he was tired so we would have to come back tomorrow.We previously purchased most of our appliances here when purchasing other homes, after this I would never return or recommend it to anyone.

I went in to buy a box spring, and was help by Jeremy and Dylan. They were professional and extremely helpful on getting me what I need to sleep better at night! I would highly recommend Mike. We went in looking for a washer. While the store did not have what we were looking for I still wanted to recommend Mike. He was able to give us great advice on washers and was patient with our questions and really appreciated all he shared with us.

This is in the former Sears Outlet building and this is no Sears outlet. The selection is limited, the quality is questionable and I wouldnt feel confident in buying here. Feels like they might be gone tomorrow if you needed any kind of service on a previously purchased item. Lots of beds, pressed paper furniture and a few appliances. I gave this two stars rather than one because we were greeted very politely and not pestered as we walked around. No other people shopping in the store on a Saturday.

Jeremy was great even with a heavy flow of customers he had to deal with alone. He was able to help match myself and husband with a great sofa and loveseat with a beautiful rug!! The bonus was the fact we were able to order a table set that was very rare and only sold at this location.

We went in looking for a washer. They had a good variety of washers and we were able to find the one that we were looking for with the help of Dominic. I would reccommend others to come check out this place if you are in need of appliances or furniture.

Went in here a couple weeks ago to buy a fridge. Found a great deal but the rest has been a nightmare.The delivery team dropped the new fridge off the truck resulting in a hole in the back of the fridge. This unfortunately made us refuse the delivery and it’s been only problems ever since. The owner Ty is extremely unprofessional and rude. He was never apologetic to our situation and was not willing to help us out. He introduced himself as the manager and the only reason we even knew he was the owner is because of a salesperson telling us. He told us to come back the next day to work with the salesperson who sold us the fridge. He was constantly walking away from us and “waiting for phone calls from corporate”. Those phone calls never came. When we pushed for answers he raised his voice and walked away. Customer service is terrible, if any issues come up with your purchases they will not care or compensate anything. Thankfully we at least got our money back.

Walked around 15 mins no help whatsoever. Asked for the defects of the washing machine we were looking at, get the answer: I dont know, maybe some scratches. Bought it then brought it home. The washing machine was shaking like crazy when wash. In addition, made a load noise from the motor. Hopeless!! Be careful when buying stuff from this store: NO REFUND. DONT buy from this store, I got such a horrible experience.

Excellent prices, staff was helpful. The staff needs to be more proactive with customers. While helping me, another customer walked out. Maybe if someone had wandered over and ask if they needed help, they could have had another sale.

Super friendly and easy to work with, found what we were looking for an more.

Took over a week for them to confirm that it was pick up. They promised to contact us by Tuesday to set a delivery, we call Thursday and they don’t even know where the fridge is! They gladly took our 500$ to deliver it but now it a week late and no apologies! We have been eating out due to not having a fridge, and when you call customer service they have no idea what is going on! Super disappointing! Will never order through them again! We still don’t have it. They say it will be here by Saturday and will call Monday for delivery! Didn’t call Saturday... it ended up being 2 weeks late! Not happy!

I looked around at the variety of items they had. Stock changes often, so if you see something you want, you better buy it, because it may not be there when you come back. I was looking at a specific item and had questions. There were three people behind the desk and one man working the floor. The man working the floor was chit-chatting with someone but it sounded like a personal conversation. I stood there probably five minutes in plain sight. They just kept talking. I finally, politely, asked if he was the only one working the floor. He said Basically yeah. They talked a bit longer. I said I have some questions on an item. They said good-bye, and he followed me over to the item in question. He didnt seem overly excited about helping me, but he did answer my questions.I understand this is an outlet, and customers are few, but wouldnt you think when they do have a customer, they would be more attentive.Maybe they dont need my business???

They have great deals already and with the July 4 here even more off things and great selection at this time! I was in need of a refrigerator wide selection with slight cosmetic issues almost half off regular price! They also handled the old fridge for 15.00$ perfect!😉

I am so glad this store exists. Yes, its a bit of a hike to get there. Yes you need to plan to spend enough time to find just what you are after. But do some homework online and maybe also with one of the consumer reporting publications, make some notes, and go have a look at whats available. Most of the appliances will have some minor cosmetic issues, some will just have been used as display models, but the prices are way more civilized. For us it was worth it to have a refrigerator delivered, and for another $15 get the old one removed. Not the best interior lighting in the store, but hey.

I walked in after a frustrating day of appliance shopping all over the metro. I wasnt expecting much and, truth be told, I had pretty much given up finding anything at that point.Immediately after walking in, we were greeted by Ben who couldnt have been more helpful. He was totally knowledgeable about all of their inventory plus knew tons of stuff about other brands they didnt carry. We took up an hour of his time but he never acted rushed or bothered by how much we were pestering him.We found a couple of great washer/dryer options with minimal dings and scratches, much cheaper than any of the other stores we had visited that day. We ended up checking out refrigerators and dishwashers too. At this point, the manager came over to make sure we had everything we needed- even though we were fine, she stayed for a bit to chat; so friendly!When it was time to make our final selections, the staff told us about a promotion that they were having later in the week. If we came back at this time, we would receive an even bigger discount.This place is great!

From the moment we walked in the door we felt well taken care of. Katelyn Brown hands down is one of the best employees this location has!! She is very friendly and approachable and genuinely put off that she wanted to help us find what would be best for our family. 😁 we purchased a washer and dryer and could not be happier with our purchase. Katelyn took the time and asked us the questions to lead us to a good choice of a washer and dryer for our family.

Staff was very kind and helpful, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. We bought a fridge, was told it would be delivered on Tuesday. Then they called and said it would be delivered on Thursday. Thursday we were called and told that they dont do delivery Thursdays, but we would get our fridge on Saturday. Saturday morning it was delivered all scratched & dented. We called and no one would tell us our options so we had the fridge sent back. I called again after an hour & was told my name is on a list but it was another 2 hours before Katelyn called and said she was shocked and so sorry this all happened. We were going to ask for a full refund but Katelyn was very kind and respectful, so they redelivered the fridge with a discount for our trouble. Its been 3 days and its clearly broken. Now we have to get a service person out here from Sears to fix whatever is wrong with it. So much trouble; I do NOT recommend Sears Outlet. (But Katelyn was absolutely our saving grace. She deserves 5 stars.)

I placed an order online for a washer for pick up. never got confirmation of when i could go pick it up like the temporary order email said i would get. i called this location over 8 times and never once did they answer. so i had to call the 800 number. they tell me the order had been cancelled due to the product not being available in store anymore and they have taken the money out of my account and wont return it for a week. i have a non working washer and now cant get a new one until they refund me. this has just been a terrible experience. NEVER again!

Love this store. Def the best spot to get good deals on appliances. We did our whole kitchen from here and paid less than half price. Tyler is very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a one stop shop.

Very helpful and kind staff. Weve gotten all our appliances from here. Most are scratch and dent sales. But you can find basically mint condition appliances here. Very very large selection to choose from and really great prices. They even can arrange delivery and removal of your old appliances. Would really recommend

This location is the biggest joke ever. Customer service is the last thing on their list. Just as FYI, when you buy a product there and have any issues with it, your on your own. We purchased a product for an small office kitchen and after it was installed, it did not work. When we called back to let them know about the issue, they mentioned it was past the 30 days and good luck, nothing we could do for you. Now we purchased it months prior so we would available when the office building was ready and then installed and equipment never worked. We purchased it and picked it up in the store 2 months later, but it was past 30 days of original purchase. Now if you call that fair, then sign me up on the Bernie Sanders bus.......Thank you for taking our money and hope to see going out of business sign soon.....Terrible sales and manager....
