Everyone in NAPA had excellent customer service. Greeted as soon as I walked in the door . I was clueless about parts what I needed for my hitch. The staff was very accommodating and helped out. Prices are very fair. I purchased my parts as well has a staff member installed for me right after. Best service in town.

Website says they close at 6pm, called the store, employee said they close at 5:30pm. I said “website said 6pm”. He said “yeah I’ve been meaning to change that”. 2 days later it’s still not changed. Napa didn’t help me that day, I went to Autozone.

Used to shop at a newly built store in Atlanta where I knew the Manager and Im an ASE Certified Tech and Parts Specialist so I have high standards. Having said that, this store is awesome. Bigger than most, lots of experienced help behind the counter...
