I came all the way from Florida and my headlamp bulb blew in my VW and Joseph the manager helped me out. He went above and beyond and changed my light bulb hes an awesome gentleman! Id recommend this place to anyone!My sincerest thank you!

I have been in this store on Harkrider street a few times and Joseph has helped me every time. This man, he has gone above and beyond to set me up right. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain the problem and help me come up with a solution that 1. I understand and 2. Is cost effective. You have a great employee here, and you need to make sure Joseph gets some recognition. I will definitely be back to this store, just because of his help.

Good and fast service with what I went in there looking for.

I used Advanced Auto Parts a few times . my most recent visit was for a 5R55S transmission for my 08 mustang GT after my decided it needed a few extra neutrals and less gears. I paid for my transmission up front $2,200 or so later and I got a piece of paper and a date. I gave the cashier my phone number for the file and promptly left after all was in order. I was told between the 13th and the 20th of april the unit would be there. I called the 13th and still no luck. Called the 20th and i was informed my transmission has been there for a few days. Apparently, the did not put my number on file so they called my old number . No matter. I picked it up later on the 20th and they helped me load the new unit into my girls light duty jeep/fiat . 190# transmission weighed her down a bit. All be all, I have a new trans that i couldnt find anywhere. Decent folks though.

This place is the best when it comes to customer service and employees more than willing to help in any way possible. Last Saturday an employee named Joseph installed a new fog light in my vehicle in the rain! Another employee replaced a key fob battery and helped get the correct wiper blades. Im sure they would have replaced those if I had had that car there. Highly recommend for any car repair items!

Yes we did and had to get a starter for the truck and my son in-law will fix it on hid day off sunday

Had a hard time getting a bolt off of my turbo. The staff was extremely helpful, and assisted getting it loose. They have a good assortment of tools you can borrow. They have also assisted me, in getting the best price for a cold air intake. This is the only auto parts store, in Conway that I use!

Staff had no knowledge of autos. Asked where something was & told just replace our radiator. Needed some clearance lights & didnt understand what wanted, just needed some light bulbs for our truck.

I didnt need parts, but I need tape for the UPS drop box near them and they gave me some.

I had just bought a used a used RV and was getting ready to drive 1250 miles to Stuart Fl. The batteries in the coach were reading low voltage. I stopped by for some help. The Store manner was very helpful in removing the batteries and cleaning terminals even though it was raining. In 30 minutes we were back not the road with new batteries. He would not take a thank you tip. What I nice way to begin a road trip in a new vehicle. I can not remember his first name but want to thank him publicly.

They did a quick check of my batteries in my 2500 and found one was bad and one was on its way out. Provided a couple options without pressure to make an immediate decision. I love thier style.

Theres a couple of guys working here that really need a pat on the back James really good worker and helpful and Joseph has always been really helpful goes above and beyond to help any customer really great guy and thats hard to find anymore at an auto parts store from my experience.

Yes good staff and very experienced but the business dont treat employees well.. The company will hire 12 people and give everyone 13 hrs a week rather than 5 people with 32hrs a week which is still part time so it would not hurt the company.. Its safe to say from what Ive experienced from my boss in the past that the company cares about itself and not the customer or employees. Yes there nice and we always was and will be but hidden behind the smile is just another employee holding back so they dont get fired or thrown aside.

Be careful I bought some lights, they turned out not to be the problem, I tried to return them but they didnt accept the return. The return policy is posted in small print by the door. They didnt have any kind of visible sign by the register. I am shopping somewhere else from now on.

Went here to get a code checked and was informed they don’t do it anymore because they didn’t make any money for it. Then was told I could go to Oreillys. I’m pretty sure they won’t amy money that way either! I said I guess it’s not about customer service anymore to which the employee replied no not really anymore. This has to be the dumbest business model I have ever heard of. Don’t help your customers and send them to the competition!
