Whatever you do dont take your car here. They are crooks and take advantage of people. My elderly mother took her car here to just get a key fob and it programmed. When she left her car was in panic mode Everytime she would try to lock or unlock her car. They blame it on tire sensors and say that they cant help her only if she spends hundreds of dollars more with them. Ford dealership themselves say that this is unheard of. And bumper to bumper refuses to get money back.

Fantastic service! Dale was knowledgeable, efficient, and very nice. I had a great experience during my visit. My car was fix quickly at a reasonable cost. I am definitely a customer for life for all car needs.

Great Business. I recently rented a U-Haul Truck and trailer to move me and my vehicle. Rick and Trey were amazing, and super helpful. The managers and owners are fantastic, as well.

After having them fix 6 cars for me, one of which was a BMW 740, my Audi tore up. They misdiagnosed it as a transmission replacement. After $2850, they have told me that its a fuel pump problem. This particular model has 2. They quoted $1400 and its still in their shop. I really do not recommend them any longer

So sorry Lori you feel like we did not meet all of your expectations. The transmission was definitely bad. We towed it in, since it would shutter in gear when driving. After replacement (with a Lkq) unit, it took so long for the owner to pick up the vehicle, that the warranty thru lkq was expired. The owner picked up the vehicle, however it does need a fuel pump replacement from it obviously sitting so long waiting to be picked up. I truly wish there was something else I could do. And Im certain we can, with a fuel pump replacement.

Do not rent a u-haul, they rented a truck out in front of us that we reserved. We were also there first.

Always have what I need if not they have it the next business day

The reviews for this establishment are far from accurate. Horrible communication, even worse service, and overall one of the worst experiences I have ever had to deal with from customer service, follow through and integrity. Do not get put in the same place i have been in for 6 months, take heed and go somewhere else!

I needed a U-Haul Van and I attempted to accomplish this online but it was much more efficient to just go into the store. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Amanda walk me through the steps which size to rent and use of the vehicle as well as where to safely store my car which I was leaving on their property. This is at the intersection of Church Street so I recommend go past the store and turn around,so you can pull in safely you dont want to be taking a left hand turn across the yellow line there due to the danger of so many people turning on Church Street then some NOT. The bulk of the store is automotive parts but they have several very nice large U-Haul vans.

Used them for U-Haul moving. Good service and had various sizes of boxes and trailers. Friendly and knowledgeable. Have used multiple times with good results each time.

Dale and his crew have been nothing but great to work with. They go out of their way to explain the issues with your vehicle and sincerely try to make only necessary repairs. They can fabricate parts instead of just swapping out parts like most mechanics do. They are trustworthy and honest. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.

Called and ask if the could do a job..which is 3-5 min..I had the parts..was charged $50 for 5min of time.I could understand 15-20$.I have done business there before but will never step foot in the business again..what a RIP OFF. !!

If we rated places by the employees and owners personally this place would receive a 5 star rating. But this is business and to be honest I wouldnt recommend this shop for any kind of repair. Never bring your vehicle here!! I brought my 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan here because it had a rear main seal leak. I was quoted $800.00 for the repair. After they replaced the seal they called me and said it also need a new crankcase ventilation valve, because it was still leaking oil. After they replaced the valve they said it now needed another rear main seal. This shop also damaged my passenger CVC axle when they removed it. In the end I was charged for two seals, a new CVC axle and 900.00 in labor. My total bill was $1286.00 plus another $80.00 for the CVC axle that they damaged. This shop also had my car for 6 days to do what should have been a 1 1/2 day job. Once again if personally won the day this would be a great shop. But it doesnt. They made many mistakes with my car and I had to pay the price. Never again will they get one cent on my money.Update - a week after the repair my car has gone back to leaking oil from the same seal they replaced. So how I have to put my car back in the shop to have the same repair done that Bumper to Bumper done. Im told by the Volkswagen dealer that this seal needs special tools to replace it and most mechanics hasnt the knowledge to do the job unless they have Volkswagen training. The mechanic at Bumper to Bumper told me he was a ford trained mechanic, after the fact. Do not bring your car here. And no they will not stand behind their work. Very disappointing that I now have my car in a different shop at yet another cost of 900.00

Rented a uhaul from them, they charged me for everything that day, told us he owned the truck and that the gas was below a quarter so when we return it to put a few dollars in gas back in the tank. 2-3 weeks later they charged me again and when I asked why they did, I was told they didnt know, so we disputed the charge and got our money back. Fast forward to a few days ago, I go to pickup a uhaul for my brother and I am told I have to call a number and talk to them to resolve an issue before I can get it. They were trying to charge me again, $76 this time, they told me he was charging me for not filling up the tank!!!! He is a LIAR!!!!! I would give them 0 stars!

I will say they are kind of pricey! However they do great work! Everytime I brought my car here, they tell me exactly whats wrong, and I dont feel like they are giving me the run a rounds. Also price wise, I say they are pricey, but truthfully if you have a foreign vehicle and need to get it fix, bring it here, they will do a great job, and do charge wayy less than most foreign vehicle shops. They do a great job, and do not face your car just sitting for weeks. Never takes longer than a week.

Worst garage I’ve been too. Told me 3 different prices and I ended up paying $150 more then the original. Don’t ever bring your car here, they won’t call you when it’s finished or to confirm with you anything. Bought the most expensive parts and didn’t tell me til after they were put on.

Owner Dale and his son helped me out with my 1967 VW Bug. It was a stroke of luck on my part. My friend and coworker Roger saw the Bug and was taking a picture of her, I asked him why he said a friend of his (Dale) had worked on VW’s for years. So I went on my way needless to say a half hour later she quit on me on Hwy 17 S NMB a police officer pushed her into a parking for me (wish I remembered his name) anyway I called my friend Roger and asked him for his friend’s name and number. Luckily for me Dale answered he told me where he was located and said to bring her over. Called AAA (best money I’ve ever spent) cause he was 30 miles from NMB. I was there no longer than 20 minutes!!!! and Dale had her running!!!Very fair price!!He now has my 98 Riviera her computer is all screwed up.Tell your friends!!Bumper to Bumper is the best!!!Many ThanksEvie B

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. They were illegally working on my vehicle without giving me a quote or without my consent which is illegal in the state of South Carolina. My mother in law actually had to call the police on them because they were refusing to give me my car back because we wouldnt pay them a diagnostic charge of $80. According to South Carolina law a diagnostic fee cannot exceed $50 without prior written consent. Bad business. They will charge you an arm and a leg. They will not call you back either. They had my car over a week before even giving us a quote and we called everyday and the person who was working on my car was always conveniently out to lunch or not in today and would give a call back and never did. Avoid this shop!

We took my car because not only was my ac not working my defrost was stuck on! And they knew I needed my car as quickly as possible for work and got it done in a day and a half and my ac is kicking like brand new!

I cannot stress enough how pleased Ive been with their great service at affordable prices.
