I want to thank the staff at the Oak street,in Conway Arkansas location, all were friendly, but Ryan went above and beyond. I needed a new battery and a cable end for my negative, I recently had shoulder surgery and my left arm has zero range of motion. I need my vehicle to start my physical therapy appointment. I truly appreciate everything he did to help me get the battery hooked up. Thanks Ryan!

Most of the people they hire have little to no experience with auto. If they cant find it in their computer they are dumb founded. The problem they have is any real mechanic would not work here because if their a good mechanic they can make better money as a real mechanic not a part boy.

Absolutely terrible store. They overcharge on all products that you can get the same thing cheaper at Walmart or oreillys. For instance a spark plug gap guage is 3$ here. Walmart is 0.75 and oreillys is 1.50. If you want to be overcharged with terrible service this is the place for you.

I love this Autozone! The staff is very helpful and good at what they do. This is the main parts store that I use because they always have what I need and even if they dont they can usually have it there by 3:30 the same day or at the latest the next morning! I definitely recommend this location!

Very kind and helpful staff. They read an error code on my daughters car, explained what caused it, and how to avoid it in the future. They saved us an expensive repair on what was simply a sensor error.

These guys are great! I thought my battery was screwed up, but they caught that it was the alternator. They were able to replace the thing right away and gave lots of really great advice for taking care of it. Also, all of the workers there were extremely polite and helpful.

My truck broke a brake line so i was stuck on the side of the road, after speaking with another parts store and being told yes they have it.and they didnt i called conway auto zone, i was helped by a very nice lady by the name of Lo. And ill tell you. See wasvery professional, she actually looked at the part to positive she had it. Ive been dealing with quit a few different parts stores. But now ill only be dealing with one and hopefully.ill only be dealing with Lo. So you people who own and run autozone this lady needs a raise and quick advancment in your company. She is a deffinit winner

The employee which looked to be a manager argued with me over the technical/acronym name for the part I needed. Ive bought the part every 6 months for 3 years due to a common issue of heat deteriorating them. He understood the purpose of the part I needed and what it did. No matter if I called it one thing or another, he knew the function of the part I needed but was too focused on being correct (when he wasnt) to even just get it finished. Ive come to find out autozone doesnt even sell it, thats why he couldnt find it in the computer and was changing the name to possibly find it. orielly, advanced, and Napa carry it and have my business in the future. Oriellys found it in seconds and happily sold it to me without any corrections.

The young lady helped me find everything I needed and hooked me up with some great deals. When you go in ask them employees about store deals. You definitely get more for your money and they will help you save.

Chris was extremely helpful. I went in to get a new battery for my Elantra but couldnt bring the car in itself for them to help me change it out. Chris sold me the battery and explained exactly the process of how to change it out properly. He even loaned me tools to get it done. Excellent service from folks that care about you even during a time of crisis.

I’ve been having trouble with my brakes and I went in to this location to get some assistance. A woman that works there, Lauren, was the worker that helped me. She was knowledgeable and helped me get what i needed. It was nice to speak with a woman that knew what she was talking about and didn’t make me feel bad for knowing nothing about vehicles! I will only go to this location from now on-when she’s there! She is the best for sure.

There’s a young girl with glasses that does not understand anything nor does she have ANY knowledge of vehicles or any of their parts. I mean, general understanding of such things should be a requirement. You’re better off watching a YouTube how to video

I love Conway’s autozone, they really care about their customers. I went to them hopeless for a part on my driver’s door on my car because I was told by O’Reily that I would have to go to a salvage yard to get the part. Clerk at O’Reily seemed very uninterested & didn’t even try to come out & look at the part. Autozone clerks jumped on it immediately. Looked at the part, found it in the store, & fixed the latch on my door, free of charge. 😊& they should be allowed to accept tips. Those guys are awesome!Thanks Autozone!

We had a bad battery on our way from Little Rock to NW Arkansas. The manager, Martin, was extremely attentive, kind and professional. It was 95 degrees outside and we had an eight-month-old. He guided us to the bathrooms and a place for me to nurse my baby. He checked on us to see if we needed anything before leaving after the battery was installed. He double-checked that the new battery worked properly by having my husband start the van and turn on the AC. We really appreciate him! He turned what could have been a very bad experience into a much better one.

I live in Texas and was in Conway visiting and my car started overheating, so I stopped by autozone and asked for help and Chris got me everything I needed and explained to me what was wrong with my car and got me up and running again! Chris was great. We struggled hard changing our lights and he came in and swooped up like a mighty hero. Much thanks. If he hadnt come along we would have been there for hours on one screw.

Went looking for freon but noticed prices were much higher than Walmart. On my way out of the store, I was stopped by Lauren (I think that was her name) who asked if she could help me find anything. I told her no I was checking out the prices, she said that AZ will price match Walmart. She looked it up on her phone and I got my freon at A.Z. for the cheaper walmart price!!! Thank you miss Lauren!

My daughter is in AutoZone right now, getting a new battery. I am 3 hours away, and always nervous when she has to do these things on her own. They put a new battery on for her, and tested the alternator before they let her drive off. Puts my mind at ease knowing there is an AutoZone we can trust in Conway!!!

Fast friendly service

The great thing about AutoZone is their Tool Rental program. Ive had to rent several expensive tools and while they do make you put down a large deposit you always get it back. Very handy! Oh, and they also have auto parts.

The employee said they didnt have a hose or gauge I could use to check my ac. I find that highly unlikely. So Ive now spent 40 dollars for nothing as it didnt need freeon.
