Terrible service. I came in to buy spark plugs and a socket for my sisters car. They sold me the wrong size spark plug socket, and when returning it they tried to exchange it with a 9/16 regular socket for the same price. I asked for a spark plug socket and the guy says it will work, it doesnt matter. At least I got my money back, thanks for trying to rip me off.

Good experience

Came up here to buy a light bulb and air filter for two different vehicles. When I got back home I found out both the parts were the wrong parts and did not fit. They were closed before I got back and had to go to auto zone to get the right part. I came back by to swap out the air filter that clearly says car quest on it for the right one and because I don’t have a receipt they can’t even swap it out. I wasn’t asking for money, just the right filter. They screwed up and now I’m stuck with a filter that is no good to me. Won’t be doing business here again

Everyone works hard, knows what theyre doing & if they dont have it, they still find a way to get parts or recommend a service for your vehicle. Everyone is down down to earth in a fast paced environment. Other places cannot handle the volume they recieve from customers. Nothings a challenge for the people that work together here.

Quick and reasonable prices

I called up here to get a part that I desperately need. I called on Monday 7/21/19 the man told me the part would be in Thursday 7/25/19. Now theyre telling me that they dont have the part at all. This was really messed up cause I work Uber and I really needed this part. If they would have told me Monday they didnt have it I would have checked other places for it now Im stuck trying to find another wheel hub right before the weekend so theres no telling when ill get it. I just cant believe they would do this to somebody whos only source of income is there car. They just played with my livelihood.

Worst experience in my life dropped my car off to the shop and my vehicle stayed in for 2weeks before even looking at it reason on return of vehicle lack of quality the shop provided the first time I went I paid 800.00 the first trip their had the same problem the second time on arrival and tried to charge me additional 300 bucks to fix what they didn’t fixed the first time

This place is ur one stop for any car to heavy truck parts. They stock more than most places service from cars to heavy trucks.

We ordered a part that we HAD to get the next day. They said it was ordered and would be there by 8AM. We arrive and someone didnt order the part. Needless to say, they werent sorry, werent polite and we had to drive 14 hours home without the part because someone dropped the ball. Do not trust this store!!!!!!!! Will also be calling corporate since they lost $420 because someone dropped the ball.
