I have always had a very good experience with Honda World of Conway.Our service technician was Wendell when we were there recently.He was very accommodating by allowing us to use one of their vehicles since my car was going to be there longer than anticipated.I highly recommend Honda World of Conway - I know I will never take my caranywhere else unless its an extreme emergency.
They are always friendly. If someone can not answer a question they find out the answer. Love the car I bought there last year and love the service I have received since then.
Bought a used 13 Honda Accord. I wished there was a warranty but nope based on the mileage. They messed up their seller ID on the paperwork which delayed me getting the info to the revenue office, and it took forever to just get the paperwork in the mail in the first place. Not entirely sure Ill get the license in before the temp tag expires.The car itself is pretty solid so far. Smooth and no issues, no check engine light after taking it to Dallas and back. Overall they are pretty solid. I will say i think I overpaid for it by like 2k or 3k, but thats more on my poor negotiating skills than them.
The staff at Honda World of Conway could not have been more helpful during the purchase of our vehicle in August of 2021. There was a car at another dealership a few hours away that we were interested in. They had the car brought to Conway for us and it was just as they had described. We worked with several different people there and you could tell that they worked together as a team. We live out of state and have had to call back with questions as far as getting license plates etc. They have always been very helpful with everything that we have needed. We are very pleased with the service that we have received from everyone at the dealership.

My visit at this location was great from start to finish. Not to throw shade on the treatment at the colonel Glen location. However, I attempted to go there first because the location was closer. But I was met with I dont know if we cover your FREE service (I knew they did) since it covered anywhere is the US. This was a new fairly new purchase. Then the we are short staffed so It may be a while reason to prepare you up front that there is going to be a long wait was the deciding factor for me. I did not want a half a dayer wait time when the service itself was less than 1hr. The Conway service team was confident, informative and polite. This is how exemplary service should be. Sometimes you just have to go a little further to get the service you need in an acceptable time frame.Thank you Honda World of Conway!!! You Rock!!!!!
My husband and I were traveling through the area and weren’t able to get our oil change at our local Honda dealership prior to traveling, so we made an appointment with Honda World of Conway. The day before our appointment, the AC quit in our Pilot, so we mentioned it at check in. The service department was quick to diagnose the problem along with another issue that we weren’t expecting. They were able to fix the unexpected issues along with changing the oil as planned all in the same day. Bob did a fantastic job of keeping us informed and setting us up with a service vehicle for the day. We highly recommend Honda World of Conway!
Honda World did a great job....as usual getting oil changed and tire wear checked. I even had them change out a visor that would not close properly and was thankful for that being covered still in my warranty. They have a very nice place to wait while they work on your car and they even have snacks! I always enjoy being able to stop and sit still during my visits. Thank you to Service check in and the guys who changed the oil and to whoever washed my car as well. Great Job Honda World- Conway!

I highly recommend Honda World in Conway. We actually live in Cabot, but it was worth the drive for our purchase and our continued service. Rick Mayo is an excellent service advisor. He kept me informed through the whole process and the service department was very quick and efficient. He even had my car washed for me!
Never had a problem other than they dont rotate tires in the proper pattern, only front to back same side. I asked for front crossed to back, back to front, never got it. Anyway, this time I asked for oil and filter change, tire rotation, and was offered complimentary wash. guy came back in 15 minutes telling me tires were worn and for $862 he would replace them. I declined the tire sale and was checked out about 10 minutes later. When I got to my next stop I noticed the tires were not rotated nor was the car washed. I can only assume the tire sale declination caused a rejection of anything more to do with my car. I wonder now if my oil was even changed. I have decided not to use Hondaworld of Conway again for service or sales.

I am so impressed with ALL of the staff at Honda World. We recently had an electrical issue with our CRV and took it in to be worked on. We were first greeted on the parking lot by salesmen who showed us where to drive up for service, then by service team members who listened carefully to our problems. Everyone was professional and friendly, we were made to feel welcome and valued, and the place was clean enough to eat off the floor. They found the problem quickly and fixed it completely. It was well worth the nearly hours drive to have such a positive experience.
I just purchased the 3rd Honda of 7 Ive owned through Honda World of Conway. The buying experience was painless and my salesperson Rusty, assisted in moving us speedily through the entire process leaving us to wonder, why cant all car dealerships be this helpful. The negotiation process was also pretty much painless as all negotiations were conducted on-line and true to his word, I got a better deal then I expected. I went to get an oil change. They changed the oil,, rotavated the tires, washed my vehicle and offered me snacks and drinks while I waited. What better service could you expect?

However being a good Service Manager he went the extra mile ensuring he was giving me the correct information.I live nearly 90 miles away. And their is Honda Dealers closer. Wendell is great! However, I cannot give 5 stars because the person who performed the oil change did not deserve any, I had excess oil leak out in my drive way, which looks terrible ( and its a brand new car) I had to go back. Then left the small caps on tire off and had to go back a second time. Never had this to happen from an oil change!

I am a repeat customer at Honda World. Just purchased a 2021 Honda Accord Sport. The buying process was a breeze, no haggle, no BS. Mr, Drake my salesman was very professional, I highly recommend. Now, why the 3 stars. The vehicle was supposed to be detailed when I arrived to pick it up. Looked like someone just ran a water hose over it, no one bothered to hand wash the hood cause there was BUGS all over it. I am very disappointed with the way my vehicle looked at delivery.
The transmission went out on our 2021 Odyssey while we were 600 miles from home and Honda World of Conway was where it was towed. Wendell, Teddy and Chris provided outstanding customer service! Honda World of Conways Service Department accommodated a last minute appointment to provide regular maintenance and service for my 2018 Honda Fit. Upon arrival for our appointment, in spite of their booked schedule, we were checked in immediately for full service including transmission fluid drain and fill and were checked out sooner than the projected hour and 15 minutes. We were informed of expected cost of the maintenance ordered, and approximately how long it should takeprior to our car going to service.

From me getting an online quote to when I decided to go to the location to look at the car, he never pressured me to buy. He also went above and beyond to get me another car to look at with the same specs but I ultimately went with the car I initially asked about. He is up front about everything in the process including finance. I will definitely return to him and recommend this location for any car purchase.

About a month ago my parents bought a Dodge Caravan from Honda World and now today me and my wife bought a 2017 Chevy Equinox from them as well. Brian, our salesman, was so phenomenal and went above and beyond to help us. He was so dedicated to doing us right that he actually worked up a deal with us while he was sick at home in bed. I drove almost an hour away to see if I could find a 2017 Toyota Sienna minivan. I checked around while I was in Conway and called Honda World in hopes of having one. One of the managers said that they have 2 sister stores that had them and I could come over to look. I went straight there and the salesman showed me different ones online. I saw the one I liked and said it’s $22,500. Hmmm. Well, I told the salesman I really wanted it and of course they came back with a quote without checking my credit. No way could I afford the monthly prices based on what they showed me. I got a little heated and the manager comes to hand me my van keys. They eventually ran my credit and then proceeded to tell me that the van was $24,100. Well, the online said $22,500. Well, they came down $1,000 off of $24,100. I was still not satisfied knowing that it said $22,500 online at their sister store. Deal was made and not to my liking. Needless to say I could not afford any warranty and I was there for way too long. The following day I found the van I purchased and there it was $22,500. I was furious and even sent them photos of proof that I was right about the price before. Manager fed me some bull saying that he was losing money on my van and that he had to pay a 3rd party to detail it for $560. Well, that night the van was delivered and guess what? It had pretzels, oyster crackers, red crusty stuff, and black powder marks in the back and other areas. He couldn’t work with me on a deal to fix the price, but they supposedly detailed the van. What a joke. I would not recommend this place what so ever. This was absolutely unfair for them to cheat me on the actual sale price shown online of the van and then not detail it as told. I highly recommend everyone go somewhere else than do business with them.

On New Years Day 2019 my family and I were in a 13 car pile up in the fog in San Antonio, Texas. We were lucky to walk away from such a horrific crash and we were very grateful to the manufacturer’s of the Toyota Tundra. Needless to say we started shopping for another Tundra once we were done with the claims process through our insurer.We were looking for a low mileage 2nd generation Toyota Tundra exactly like our previous one. We found a sub-30k miles Pyrite Mica Tundra at Honda World of Conway located in Arkansas. I called the dealership and spoke with Jeffrey Dean. I asked Jeff if there was anything about the vehicle he wanted to disclose before I sent a Lemon Squad Inspector. Only a fool would drive 600 miles to buy a truck without having it inspected it first. Jeff sent me a lot of nice pictures showcasing the truck’s good qualities.I sent Lemon Squad their $150 fee and waited for their inspection. Lemon squad sent me more photos showcasing the best qualities of the truck in question along with a generic essay that had two false claims.The first was “There are minor misc scratches around the vehicle. Normal for mileage and most too small to see in pics” I noticed in this picture provided by the Lemon Squad inspector that there was perhaps a scratch above the tailpipe. I asked Jeff to send me a picture of the area and he did rather promptly. I really appreciated the honest disclosure of this scratch, it is after all a 6 year old truck. It’s just that I wanted to know as much as possible about this vehicle before I drove all the way to Arkansas to buy it.The second false claim was ”I hooked up my Scan Tool to the computer system and found no current or pending codes. All of the live data looked good with no issues reported. Overall a decent vehicle.”.Based on this claim I drove 600 miles to Honda World of Conway. Jeffrey Dean was a great salesman and didn’t play any pricing games with me, he was quick to respond with any questions I had. I did notice that the truck had been quite dirty but that Honda World of Conway had done their “best” to clean it. The steel rims were quite rusty, I found globs of dirt on top of the engine, and an extremely filthy fuel filler tube (the area underneath the fuel cap). My impression was that the previous owner lived down a dirt road and had left it outside before they traded it in. I felt like Honda World of Conway had done a decent job of cleaning the vehicle up so I signed the paperwork Yes I signed a paper that said that I agreed to purchase the vehicle “AS IS”. That doesn’t mean I have to keep my mouth shut about my experience after the purchase.On the drive home, the accelerator pedal seemed to be acting funny. I was on the highway and it cut out and threw a Check Engine Light. My blood pressure went through the roof and I immediately stopped at the nearest AutoZone to have the code checked. It was a P2121 and a P2127 code which was a Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor fault. After clearing the code, and reigning in my blood pressure I continued on home. Once I arrived home and after a good nights sleep I went to the junkyard to get a replacement accelerator pedal. After swapping it out (and $75) and still getting the check engine light, I took it to my mechanic.He found a shoddily repaired wiring harness connecting the accelerator pedal to the computer in the passenger fender well. He told me that this is a common place for rodents to dwell in the cold months on vehicles left outside. This set me back $257.23 but I counted myself lucky to have such an honest mechanic.The next day my family and I went out to install some seat covers. When my wife opened the tool and jack compartment behind the rear seat this is what my wife found. A literal rats nest.Overall it could have been worst, hence the 2 star review. I had a great salesman but otherwise a typical dealership experience.
Asked for a trasmission flush they said they could do it an hour later they said they drained and refilled the transmission fluid for 150. When i asked why it didnt say flush they said honda doesnt recomend it. I didnt ask for a fluid change i asked for a flush i can change the fluid myself that isnt hard. At beat theyre incompetent at worst theyre thieves. Make them be very specific about what thwy will actually do if youre outside of warranty period

I had a great experience and I love my new (used) car! I thought Dillon was kind, thoughtful and went the extra mile for me. He also delivered to car to me in Russellville and took back the trade-in. Very happy. :)3 mos. later...Still love my car. Still happy with the purchase, but do yourself a favor and pay the taxes yourself. I had a glitch with that part that took almost 3 mos to fix, but they did work to make it right.
We had a good experience at Honda World. We bought a Honda even though that was not what we set out to buy because the Honda World sales staff were more straight forward and provided better customer service than any of the other dealers (we had been to about 7 other places). There was one issue when we went in to sign our paperwork that was kind of irritating... they didn’t tell us the brand new vehicle already had 700 miles on it because it was a dealer trade. We love our new Odyssey and overall had a great experience and would recommend Honda World to others!

I needed a replacement fob for my 2006 civic. Most places $150 or more. The 2006 fob has the chip installed inside of that black piece that has the button. I paid $46 for a replacement fob and they had to cut the key to fit the ignition.
The whole staff is very friendly with excellent Customer Service. Kim is fantastic she is always very nice and goes the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of. Service is always completed on time. I will always take my vehicle here.
Honda World is a decent dealer. Decades ago they were exceptional, an amazing dealership, but times change, and theyre still OK. If you have a Honda in Conway its a fine place to get service and original equipment manufacturers parts.I feel like I can generally trust the service department to do a great job, but its definitely expensive. (Independent shops can do a fine job for less money.) Honda World has a good arrangement for dropping off and waiting, though fortunately I have not had to wait on a car since the pandemic. I havent used the website or app to arrange service so I dont know how well that works.I have only ever bought one car here, a couple of years ago, and the process was similar to other dealers where even if you already have the financing arranged and a check cut for the car, you still have to sit through an interminable process where they try to sell additional products and services. (Most cars Ive owned Ive bought from places other than a dealership and I prefer handing over a check and driving off without all the rigamarole.)
I didn’t think I’d find another Honda Civic I loved better than my 2017 Civic EX and I did. All transactions with Honda World of Conway was done over the phone with Skylar mainly by text. I told him what I wanted and he exceeded my expectations by far. I never had to leave my home. Honda World delivered my 2020 Honda Civic EX 155 miles away to my home and picked up my 2017. Easiest & best experience ever, plus I was so surprised with all the great upgrades on my new Civic. It’s beautiful.I’ve done 2 road trips since buying my new Honda Civic EX and I am so thrilled with the ride of this car. It’s quiet and hugs the road nicely. Love the Lane Keeping Assist System, Adaptive Cruise Control, plus so many extras. I drove the back roads from Stamps, AR to Arkadelphia and I averaged 50.5 mpg. I was amazed.This is the 2nd car I’ve bought from Honda World of Conway and both times they made it an enjoyable experience beyond my wildest dreams. They made it all seem easy. Very easy to work with, very easy to find a good deal, (I am picky and will not pay full price) and gave me an extremely good warranty! 120,000 mile warranty is unheard of. Go Honda World of Conway!!
