We searched High and Low to find a Chrysler Pacifica, optioned the way we wanted in white. We found that car at Superior, reached out via their website after business hours and received a prompt response from Robby in the sales department. We had located a car closer to home but it wasnt the color we wanted and the sales team at that dealership was less than willing to work for a sale. The team at Superior was fantastic! They went the extra mile to get us a great deal and prepare a flawless transfer that was ready for us when we arrived. Robby worked with us every step of the way, answered all our questions, picked us up at the airport, drove us to the dealership, had the car ready to hit the road and the financing team secured us a really great rate! Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and courteous! We will have a wait to receive all the paperwork for sales tax at our county office and will update after that portion of the transaction is complete but I couldnt be happier with our decision to purchase at Superior! Well worth the 2800 mile journey!
Great dealership. Fantastic service department. Everyone is super nice and helpful. They are honest and straight forward as well. Thank you.
Service department tried to sell me $700 dollars worth of service I didnt need. Took car in after the shift linkage broke for the recall on that part and a couple other ones. Had a couple other minor things that needed fixed too. Got a call when they had it saying I needed a cooling system flush and refill (2years/40k miles before the manual interval) for $200, a transmission flush and refill (not required at all according to the manual unless towing, using the car as a taxi, etc etc) for $300, and a brake system flush and refill (not in the manual at all) for $200. Trey in the service department told me the tech told him all this. So Im not exactly sure who over there is ripping people off, but dont trust their word for anything.Update after response: I looked up the warranty from BG Products that was mentioned in the response, and the maintenance intervals for the three things I mentioned in the original review are 30k miles, with a 500 mile grace period for the first service. My car has 56k miles. So the warranty wouldnt have been available anyways. Also, there was absolutely no mention of this warrantys existence until this review (which again, my vehicle did not qualify for anyways due to being at almost double the required maintenance interval mileage) So the response to the maintenance advisor trying to rip me off, is for the service manager to tell me that they had hoped to rip me off better? Yea, still dont trust em.
I was very pleased with the prices and honesty of the staff but I really liked working with Dionte Callaway. He didnt make me feel dumb or rushed. He was smart and patient and really made me feel or my time mattered. My dad was a salesman for years and even he said I was talking to a strait forward guy!
Please take the time to read this. I just bought a Charger Scat Pack from this dealership. Henry Holden took excellent care of me. Everyone at this dealership is a true professional. At no time did anyone pressure or try and persuade me into making a decision I wasnt comfortable with. They gave me a very fare offer for my trade. This is the only dealership in Arkansas that has the scat packs. They had a few beautiful ones buy they were a little out of my price range. Henry contacted a dealership in a different state to get me exactly what I wanted and could afford. He had the car shipped overnight so I could have it for new years eve. The financing was a breeze. I got a 3.8 percent financing and thats with 9,000 on negative equity to roll over! You need to let these people work hard for you because thats exactly what they did for me every step of the way.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and I was out in about 1.5 hours and the service was great.
I took my sister-in-law there to look at a car and she bought a Jeep Cherokee Lumina. Actually we went car shopping and turned it there by mistake we thought had turned into a different dealership but she spotted the Jeep Cherokee Lumina and fell in love . The people were fantastic and she really really loves her car
We bought a Dodge Durango there 2 months ago... if I could I would leave 0 stars! We were told we could haul with it and we had it wrote in the we buy order; they have done the bare minimum and still had problems! It spent half the time we had it in the service department! The GM told us he would buy us back out of it but didn’t live up to his end of the deal; tried to give us less than he said and it was only IF we traded it in;
I do not recommend anyone use this car dealership. This dealership does a real good job of making you feel like you’re making the right financial decision. However, when your newly purchased vehicle begins to suddenly have problems they are no longer in the picture. I guess a quick fix is what they do at their dealership to get vehicles off their lot. It is sad that I put a lot of my trust and money into this dealership and all these problems began to arise. I really wish someone would’ve just taken the time to fix the problems as I did not cause them. When I purchased a vehicle I made an agreement with the dealership that they would fix the issues that I noticed prior to purchasing the vehicle. The dealership told me they would fix the issues, however when I took my vehicle back on the day that we had made the appointment to fix the issues they did not completely fix the issues. When I got home and noticed the issues were not fixed I contacted the dealership again and they never got back with me to fix the issues with my vehicle. So because of this, I do not recommend superior Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to anyone. I would recommend the dealership in Little Rock, Searcy or other dealerships and surrounding areas whom have better customer service. Most of the salesman are very friendly and professional, but do not let that fool you because the dealership itself is not worth wasting your time on.
Jay at Superior DCJR really made my experience buying a new vehicle easy and very informative about different options. Great job to Jay and especially the finance dept. All around very pleased to be a new Jeep owner.
Came from out of state and drove off in a new car in the same day.
First, allow me to say that this rating is not a reflection for the dealership as a whole, but for one particular salesman. If the dealer does not take the review into consideration and allow this type of behavior to persist it could be detrimental to the success of the dealership. My experience was with Jacob the guy with the ponytail as he describes himself. I called to inquire about a vehicle and explained to him the circumstances of my visit. Once there we waited for about 15 minutes and then was shown the vehicle. Jacob was offended when I reached for an umbrella instead of the one he offered, and act as if he was not going to test ride with us, but hopped in at the last minute. My hubby who was going to test drive the car could not fit because the seat would not extend back far enough to compensate for his height. Not only did Jacob do nothing to assist, but when my hubby asked if there was something wrong with the seat, Jacob ranted about it being fully loaded and if we fitted in the other model we should not have had any problems with this one (as if the seat was our problem) After asking if there was anything else in the price range he stated he did not know and began pulling cars up without conversing with us about the style, price or anything in regards to what we would like to purchase. He clearly had his own agenda and went with it even as we decided to leave the lot. So today Jacobs arrogance cost him a sale and at least for a while and our consideration for the dealership as a whole. I hope that Jacob with the ponytail learns how to add to his resources people-person skills, listen to the customer and consider what they would like instead of Jacob with the ponytail. You see Jacob, you will not be paying the note, driving, or operating the vehicle, but we will, and it should be up to us to make the selection.
Service is a joke. I was told the recall would take 45min-1hour. Once there 2 recalls were needed and it would take “a little longer.” 5 hours and two follow up calls later i was told the tech was working on it and that it would be ready tomorrow. Tomorrow (Saturday) at noon we showed up to get the Jeep and guess what?! They hadn’t even touched it with the excuse they were backed up. So now 24 hours later we will be starting over with a new dealership to get our Jeep recall fixed. This isn’t the first bad experience at this dealership however it will be our last.
UP ANOTHER STAR. Great inventory and sales are not pushy. It appears management has turned this once blood sucking dealership into a respectable new car dealership. The maintenance team were very friendly and respectful. Not sure what Superior Dodge aftercare is... but hopefully better than 2015 under Gregs management. Not sure if I will buy my next Dodge from this place... but, starting to have a more positive view of Superior Dodge of Conway. The management seems to be improving and are more approachable than Greg, the General Manager a few years back. Inventory is much better. Many options to include many types of Chargers. I do feel more welcomed... however, not sure if Dodge will be my choice of a new car again. Well see, we are watching you Superior Dodge.3 STARS... NOW. 8.25.2017_________Careful if you buy from this dealership. Very little trust that the sells department is trying to get the best deal for you. They will spin and twist numbers and youll end paying thousands over the market price. It happened to me. On a good note, there is a new general manager and perhaps things could change. Mx dept was knowledgeable and helpful. TWO STARS.5.18.2018: Looking at the purchase of a new Hell Cat and trade in my 2015 Charger. However, the current reviews are very troublesome. It appears little has changed with management and the new GM. Additionally, seems the finance department has not changed with their tactics. They are still having issues of trust and integrity with the customer... more like linning the pockets of the management. This was the only dealership that totally overcharged me... my bank actually called me on Monday and would not honor the contract signed on Saturday in 2015, Superior did a new contract that was about $3.5K lower. THEY WILL TRY TO SELL A CAR SHOWING YOU THE MONTHLY PAYMENT, ALWAYS LOOK AT THE TOTAL TICKET PRICE. . In 30+ years of buying new cars, Ive never been so screwed over as I was at this dealership. Landers will be my dealership for my dream car purchase in 2017. ONE STAR SUPERIOR DODGE..hi
On2-10-21 I took my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee To get fixed. I had a oil leak and the heat was not working. When I brought the vehicle in they key me in on a electric pad. the car supposed to be under warranty. The cost was $125 deductible for the oil leak, $125 deductible for the heat AC, and a service charge of $63 total $313. My warranty would not pay forward for some reason .Which had nothing to do with the dealership. So I had to go pick it up. Mr Doug to me the car is not ready yet he did some recall work on the car. Then he gave me a bill of $190.00. The bill did not have my name on it, did not have the car that was being worked on. So I asked him what was the $190 for he said diagnostic. I said there’s nothing on this bill say $190 and does not say you did any diagnostic work. He jump off the subject and point to some spark plugs that was on the invoice and told me I change the spark plugs because they needed changing and more jaber that was on the Invoice/bill.I tell him to give me something that say Why am I paying I was told I had to pay when I brought the car in. Mr. Doug they say it will be $150 .He come back another bill. this time he do not wanna check me out. So he tell the young man to check me out. The young man say that will be $350 I’ll tell the young man to go get the manager. Mr. Doug say now you still have to pay they deductible. I told him you just said $150.The young man proceed to go get the manager.Mr.Doug stand up from his chair and say I will handle it. Go back to the computer and print up another bill changing it back to $150. I went on and paid it and went to talk to the manager. Mr. Stephen Wantulk Which he took up for Mr. dude. I am taking this situation higher up. I have copies of the invoice kept changing
I had a great experience here. I drove over 200 miles to shop with Superior! This purchase was very pleasant, no pressure at all. I had a vehicle in mind but when I got there I looked at 3 more vehicles - ultimately changing my mind about the color of my 2020 Challenger! Great customer service- I highly recommend Superior. My salesman was Tony Moya -he’s the best, very professional at all times.
I called to get a price on exahst work and the service advisor that o spoke to was very rude and got mad when I saod that we would call back if we decided to go threw them very high priced and rude. Would gove 0 stars if able to.
This is the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with after buying a new vehicle. After problems after problems only a week of having it and calling every single day I’ve yet to be able to speak with a manager or any management for that matter. They continuously say they don’t have a loaner car for my vehicle to get fixed and have yet to even try to make the problem right. It is pitiful that I’m even having to be dealing with them from the day after I’ve bought it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Tanner in sales went above and beyond expectations. Thanks!
Great service and the guy was really understanding with explaining everything.
Superior dodge has superior service! It was a PLEASURE doing business with them. If you want a nice honest sales representative ask for JOHN he is the best and has supreme customer service!! Thank you for all of your help!
We made 2 separate visits to Superior looking for a Charger for my wife. Spencer had helped us the first time but my wife didnt see much that she liked. Then we traveled to a few more Dodge dealerships in the Central Arkansas area. Looking online without any luck for any V8 Chargers that my wife liked, we decided to return to Superior to look at the only V8 model they had sitting on the lot. We asked for Spencer again since he was much help the first time. He was busy with another customer, so he introduced us to Cade. Cade was just as friendly and knowledgeable as any that i have ever came across. He was a pleasure to deal and talk with, was lighthearted with a good since of humor, as well as being professional at the same time, people like him are hard to come by for sales. Both of them were great, Im always a loyal customer and will be looking forward to doing business with either of them again in the future. Very pleased with the buying experience at Superior. And we ended up buying a 392 Charger off the showroom floor.
Service DepartmentPros :Ease of making appointmentFriendly staffThorough jobConsIt took an entire day to fix my truck and they didnt give me any updatesI was kept waiting at the dealership and I even took a nap!I requested a loaner and was denied.Biggest issueWhen I made my appointment, I told them what time I was dropping it off and that I would require a shuttle to work. It was 8:30 in the morning on a weekday. Their shuttle driver was nowhere to be found. They could not get a hold of him. After a 10 minute wait of trying to find their driver, they had to get one of the mechanics to drive me. I was late for work that day and I have NEVER EVER been late for work. And the reason I got for why the driver was not available was he doesnt report to work that early. Your service department opens at 7:30 am... a driver should be ready and waiting.I dropped off my truck at 8:30 am, and I didnt get it back till almost 4:30 pm and I was kept waiting and waiting the entire afternoon without a single word of its progress. And even when they told me that the truck was ready, it was not. They took it for a test drive and found something wrong and I had to wait another 15 minutes. At Smith Ford, they have a driver always ready and waiting and I dont even have to tell them in advance that I need a shuttle. Their driver is there before they even open. Now THAT is service.Needless to say, I sold my Dodge and bought me a Ford. Getting that kind of service from Ford is worth it. They value my time and they make things work for the customer always.
Great knowledgeable staff, easy to deal with
I am so happy with the service here! I have never used a dealership for service until now. I am so blessed to have Doug in service dept, he makes a bad day better.Im sure the other service representatives are good as well and if the dealership didnt back them up, it wouldnt work.
Sales man and staff were very helpful in all regards
Made an appointment to get my truck serviced for a oil leak. I had to change my schedule so I could have enough time to drop it off for service. I show up for my appointment and am told it would be about a week for them to get to it. I cant be without a vechile a week to get my truck serviced. Why do they book appointment times if they cant do the job? Wasted my time and wasted my money on a warranty that the dealership cant perform in a timely manner.
I didn’t even get past the initial phone call before I knew that this was not the place to buy a vehicle. Don’t even bother calling.
Went in for a routine oil change as a walk-in. Customer service was very friendly and polite and took care of all my vehicle needs and updated me things that I needed for my vehicle.
The guy named jay that works there is so awesome to deal with!
Moved here from out of state. Looked for month trying to find a Jeep that I could afford and Superior had the one I wanted AND they worked with me and the discounts to get me a payment I could afford. They also gave me the best trade in offer in town. I had a great salesman and finance manager that went above and beyond and I’m grateful to now own my dream car-Jeep Wrangler Freedom edition. Ask for Robby and let him help you!
Nice customer service.
Super polite, helpful and knowledgeable. A salesman greeted me immediately. I was just there to pick up a part for our dealership. Undeterred he walked me to the counter, where I met more friendly and helpful people. Class act throughout.
The service department was very helpful!
I only had to deal with them through a buyback process which was very short and briefly but not painless. The salesman I worked with was wonderful. However the Service was VERY slow and the finance manager was not very cooperative nor helpful. Would not recommend this dealership!
Jacob was an excellent salesmen answering all our questions and getting us into a new dodge
Excellent work. I am TOTALLY amazed and satisfied with everything. Kameron is a great guy and very impressive to me for a young man, even the gentleman that did my financing work was awesome. They even stayed late just to wait for me to get there from Mississippi. I call that going above and beyond the call. I cannot sincerely express how I feel about my experience and everything Kameron and the fiance guy went through to get me this car that i so badly wanted. I have been telling everyone here, it might be a ways to go but if you really want a great experience and the no BS type of buying a vehicle, Superior in Conway IS the place you want to go. Thank you all so very much.Sincerely;Troy A. Hendrix
Clean facility, great service staff. Was a little dissapointed to find out they had to take the jeep to the Chevrolet store to get the alignment done which made the visit longer than it should have been, but overall a great experience.
Bought wifes Jeep here, wonderful staff. Did most everything over the phone on the way down no pushy service. Will be getting in touch with them for my 2021 powerwagon...
Jeff Peters and Ribbie did a great job as always.
I never have a complaint about the service I get at Superior Dodge
Worst experience ever buying a car. Was told that the warranty would be $13000 so we declined the warranty. The very DAY we drove it home we had an issue. Took it to the mechanic and was told it had internal motor problems. When we asked them to fix the vehicle they said they could not fix it. Would not work with us at all when we had to buy a new vehicle just days later. Worst experience ever. Finance manager is also a very condescending jerk. Do not buy from Superior Dodge in Conway.
Knowledgeable, caring, friendly staff.
The sales people are always friendly and helpful but the service department is a joke.
We are very pleased with our visit to Superior! Mine & my husband’s experience was pleasant & far from stressful! Terry Brown, our salesman, made the process so easy & smooth! Terry was extremely helpful, super knowledgeable & has a great personality! Really nice guy! 2 thumbs up! He is definitely an asset to Superior! We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! We LOVE our fully loaded 2015 Chrysler 300 with a panoramic sunroof & low mileage!
Great place to purchase a vehicle. They werent pushy or in your face. I did most of negotiating over the phone. I would recommend using Robby he was very kind, professional, and eager to help us find the perfect vehicle.
This was my first online car purchasing and the experience with the dealership was very simple and pleasant. Back in March I contacted them for a car that I am interested. Kim was quick on email exchange and deal making. Kameron was very efficient on paper work. Terry Brown, who greeted and picked me up from the airport, is an excellent sale professional. He made us feel very comfortable and took great care of us throughout the process. He was detailed and ensured everything was alright before I left the dealership. And yes, I enjoyed my 1000 miles road trip home in my new purchase.
Talk to steven or calvin with your service needs. Both are excellent in customer Care
They wasted a lot of my time
I purchased a used Dodge Journey from them 2 years ago. I have had a few problems with it and took it to Superior Dodge to get it fixed. It was not heating up on the passenger side, They took it in and they found no problems. I picked it up and started down the road and noticed a different noise coming out of it. I pulled onto the side of the highway to see what was going on and found that they did not put the entire top of the motor back on, it was missing the air cleaner, the cover for the top of the motor and a hose. Took it back the next day and told them what I found and they found my parts at the machinist area in the shop. They had another person look at it and found it was the heater core that needed to be replaced. They replaced it. 2 months later the same thing has happened again, I took it back and they found that the heater core was no good, so they replaced it again and then told me that the radiator had a hole in it, which it did not before I took it in there. So I had to pay for the radiator to be replaced but not the Heater Core. I was not happy about it....Then I had found the rear differential was leaking fluid, so I took it back in and they had told me that not only was the rear leaking that the Transmission seal was also leaking, they told me that I would have to pay for the Trans leak and that they had to replace the filter also which costs $59. So I had the rear seals replaced and the trans pan seal replaced also the trans filter replaced. I picked it up and drive for about a week when going down the highway the Rear differential locked up. It was a Sunday and the dealership was closed so I could not contact anyone till Monday morning. Monday morning I had to get it towed to the dealership, when I got there they told me that they had no car for me to use while my car was in the shop. They sent me to Enterprise where I had to sit there and wait for over an Hour to get a car. Finally after 4 days I had a phone call telling me that my Car was done but there is a question on the Trans pan gasket and filter cost that I paid which was dealt with by the Manager Jeff on my last visit who was on vacation and I was told that I might have to wait until next week to get my car back when he gets back in. Now 5 days later Im still without my car and waiting on a phone call from the dealership on whats I going on. From paying more than what I was told, to waiting hours for returned phone calls, to bad attitudes, I will never go back there again.Never Again
I purchased my dream Challenger through Phillip and his team at Superior Dodge. Phillip made the out-of-state buying process very easy. No haggling. No surprises. Absolutely wonderful buying experience and I would totally purchase my next vehicle through Phillip and Superior Dodge.
We have been looking for a Dodge Charger for the past 2 months. We stopped by and Cameron Harris was the one that helped us out. He was awesome!! He made our visit so much fun. He was so nice, polite and so friendly. I will be sending my friends and family to your dealership and will be recommending Cameron to help them out.
I personally had an amazing experience only Bc of my salesman. Phillip Gavin was an amazing salesman. Was not pushy at all, we had great conversations and made the experience fun and worth while. Iv bought about 4 cars though dealerships and have been to several dealerships through California, Nevada, Arizona, and Arkansas. This is by far the best experience I had. Ask for Phillip Gavin you will not regret it.
They are willing to work with you and I really like that me and my wife are very satisfied with the service. Terry is the coolest definitely talk to him about getting a car or truck. He will help you out. Very Happy
Dionte was a very polite and helpful salesman. Bryant made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Clay was very helpful in getting me the best interest on my purchase. I drove in from La. to buy my truck. Bubba
I found a used truck on Car Gurus that I was interested in so I reached out. I was contacted by Siva. He insinuated that since I already had a car loan I couldn’t afford/the bank wouldn’t grant a second loan. After I gave him my income information, he insisted that I come to the store. I explained that I would like to negotiate by phone before making the long drive. Siva told me that he could not negotiate unless I was in the store. I told him that I had made 3 previous purchases at Red River Dodge and was always able to do the entire deal by phone and the vehicles were even delivered to me. Siva then gave me the contact information for a salesman at Red River Dodge. The next day I called and asked for a sales manager. I spoke with John T. who apologized for the interaction with Siva and assured me that he’d do everything he could to help. He gave me a price and estimate on a trade value. I gave a counter offer and was told he’d have to speak with the general manager and would call me back. I was never contacted again. I then contacted Brad Thomas at Red River Dodge and purchased a NEW truck, which was completely negotiated by phone, and delivered to my place of work. I guess Superior only wants your business if you are willing to walk in and pay sticker price. Won’t make the mistake of trying to do business with them again.
Terry Brown was an awesome salesman and very helpful. Terry, Kim, Justin and everyone we interacted with was a pleasure to deal with. We drove 7 1/2 hours and we would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Superior Dodge to anyone. They have a lot of vehicles to choose from. Thanks much for your great service.!
Today was the last opportunity that I will let Superior Auto Group service either my Chevrolet or Jeep... I had starting using Superior since moving closer to Conway due to convenience, but after having 3 really bad experiences in the last 4 service trips to these locations.... I am going elsewhere despite it not being convenient. There is a real lack of communication, prices are twice as much than other dealers that I have used for getting service(for the exact same services), and I due to feel that they have a true focus on their customers yet. I took my vehicle in at 8am this morning thinking that I would have it back in time before I left work, after trying to contact the dealership 3 times during the day with no success of getting an answer, late in the day find out that it was just taken back. I asked the Service Manager what the purpose was of making a appointment, only to be informed that it was basically an appointment with the Service Advisor.... They still have to try and fit you in as best as they can through the day. Again, what value does the appointment have for the customer. I normally do not put reviews out, I normally just take it and move on, but this is the third time that Superior has failed me as a customer, and three is the charm! I believe the Chevrolet dealership is starting to take steps to improve, but they still have a long way to go.....! At 5:30p, last customer around.... finally leaving with my car....only after they had to find my key because they also lost it to top things off!!!
The day that we came to this dealership we had been to a liquidation sale at another location and looking a different type of vehicle. It was a long disastrous, stressful morning and afternoon. We left mad and upset. We decided to drive through the lot and see what comparisons we saw compared to what they were trying to sell us. So glad that we didnt sign anything there! Shawn Hill greeted us on the parking lot and we saw this car that is my husbands dream car in a price range that we could afford. We told him up front about our day and that we werent signing anything on Friday night. Wee test drove the car and he gave us the information on how much the payment would run and it was within our budget. We went back on Saturday and Shawn had us test drive again and we started the paperwork and it was kinda long wait for finance dept. due to 1 being absent but many apologies were given. Heck they let us take the car and go eat lunch and come back.. Our experience was great with the people that we worked with and we love the car! Thank you Shawn Hill and Superior Dodge in Conway!
Have always had a good experience sales and service wise. Ive had bad experiences with other dealerships in the area, but Superior has always done me right. Service department is also top notch and my car has always been fixed right the first time and have never had to go back for the same issue twice. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable with their products, and are willing to answer any questions you may have. Keep up the good work and Ill always be back.
Me and the wife went to look at a 2019 ram tradesman. While there we test drove the tradesman and then the sales lady Lindsey asked if we wanted to test drive another one that was a big horn. So we took the big horn for a test drive about 5 to 10 minutes. As soon as I pulled back up I told her that we wanted the tradesman. We went inside to get everything started and then her and chase the sales manager came out and said that someone is doing the paperwork on the tradesman. This all took place in about 15 minutes and I’m trying to figure out how you sale a truck out from underneath someone that is in the process already. I believe I would have been better off just going to Littlerock or red river instead of wasting my time with this place. I just don’t believe this is how businesses should be done. I believe you give the first one that is still looking a chance first. Hope your experience goes better than mine.
Thank you very much for the great experience on our purchase at your lot. Phillip Gavin was awesome to work with. Thank you.
The service was great. Everyone was super friendly and nice. I had tires put on my car here and every where else told me they didn’t offer the tires that go on my car and Kendra found them and they were there within the next day! Definitely recommend getting anything you need done to your car done at Superior!
At Superior Dodge in Conway, Jesse and Paul helped me on the front end finding the right truck for me. The finance guy In the back Kit really put in the work to get the overall price down to my budget. After going to Dealer after Dealer being told it was impossible, these guys didnt give up on me and really pulled through in the end. Highly recommended!! Go ask for Jesse or Paul and tell them Jacob Clark sent you. You wont be disappointed!
Update: so they got a hold of me after the horrible experience and asked for me to return, so they can make wrong right. I gave them a shot and I won’t lie, my anxiety was through the roof. They calmed me down and ensured me that I was in good hands. Brian and Tyler greeted me and made sure that I was comfortable and that salesperson I dealt with before made a mistake and will go through more training. They directed me towards Pablo which was a person passionate about his job and customers. Every customer that he might have came in contact with in the past that was there, he knew them by name and what’s going on in their lives. He had answers for questions and if he didn’t know, he looked it up. He is a good person with a bright future and if you are going to buy a truck from anyone, Pablo is the person to go to. At the end of the day, they respected me and I got over 20K off of a truck I really wanted. I shouldn’t judge a whole place on one bad salesperson but at the time of the original review, that’s all I had to go off of. If you are interested in getting a Chrysler product, go to superior in Conway, AR. Make sure you talk to Brian, Tyler, and salesperson Pablo. They will treat you like a customer should and I am pleased. If this review helps you get your vehicle from superior, please mention my name. Thank you for reading!Original Post: Trying to see and test drive a ram limited. The guy kept on giving me a round about answers and was trying to keep on getting me to come in on a different day. Also kept telling me about truck experts and such. Your customer service sucks or this guy is not good. Maybe y’all don’t want my business. I’m serious on wanting to see this truck, I already looked into the fords with no problem. I told the guy I will come in a different day but I didn’t feel welcomed to be there in the first place. Wasted my time and nothing is superior about this place. Almost forgot, I wanted to see the “new Ram” and they kept on trying to offer the “classic Ram”. I had to repeat myself multiple times that I didn’t want to see the classic. You can’t force something like that. What kind of business you running here.
Update 4/28/18: Matter has been resolved. I have been assured that coaching has taken place. I gave them another chance today and received good customer service. I would use or recommend this dealership in the future.Update: John has reached out to me to make things right. I have been assured that additional training has been provided to avoid this situation in the future. I am giving the dealership the opportunity to make things right and will update with future interactions. My initial purchase, in 2015, was amazing. I worked with a wonderful sales woman that has since moved on. My first year I remained completely loyal to this dealership. I even drove an hour for an oil change. At this point customer service began to slip. Service by far has the worst customer service. Long waits, days without return calls and just down right rude employees. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I had to return to the dealership for a new key. While waiting on my service to be completed, I asked for the sales woman I had previously worked with. It was at that time I was informed that she no longer worked there and they stuck me with the worst salesman EVER, Randall. Randall was very short, made me feel rushed and didnt take the time to address concerns I had. He left me alone in his office for a very long time. I eventually went and found the GM who was able to make things move a little faster. Fast forward to today. I called with some questions and I spoke with Justin in finance. Justin is rude and acts as if he doesnt have time to deal with you. This dealership only cares about making a sale. I will never ever recommend, purchase or have any service done at this dealership. I could go on and on about bad experiences but I dont have the time. Buyers beware!! If you decide to gamble with this dealership make sure you use Kit in finance, Mark in service or GM is very helpful.
I was very disappointed they have promised me stuff and never follow thru with any of it and are very rude Ill take my buisness elsewhere but the superior Chevrolet next door are very helpful
This was the fastest oil change I have ever had from a dealership service dept. I came in (by appointmet) prepared to be there all day and they were finished with my vehicle in a little over an hour. Friendly service advisors!
I literally agreed to buy a Jeep from this dealership only to be informed 2 hours later they were selling it to someone that just informed them they wanted to buy! I wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all!
Terry was a pleasure to work with at the dealership. I found the advertised prices to be accurate and a good value. Everyone at the dealership was very responsive to questions and email requests. We completed almost the entire purchase remotely via email, texts, and phone calls and visited the dealership for the final details. Terry was knowledgeable about the vehicle features and spent plenty of time explaining the truck. This was a low pressure transaction and I really appreciated everyone’s help through the process of buying the truck
Recommend to all buyers. Tyler and I made a deal in less than an hour. I followed up with Kim the next morning and drove 450 miles to get my Jeep. Brandon in finance was excellent too. So, go there, ask for Kim or Tyler.
Dealership refused to deliver purchased vehicle. I purchased a vehicle via online/phone because I work 7 days a week out of state. My 1st question to salesperson was if they could do everything by phone, online, or by mail and deliver vehicle because I could not go into the dealership. I explained that I live in Oklahoma but I am staying in West Texas for work. I was assured by multiple people on several occasions that the vehicle would be deliver to me in West Texas. I completed all the paperwork by FedEx and sent in my down payment. The salesperson then texted me to inquire about where we could meet for delivery. I told her that they were supposed to deliver to me in West Texas. She said that she could not sent a salesperson that far. That I would have to meet at least halfway. That she thought it was being delivered to Oklahoma. Which if that was true, why ask where we could meet. I told her again that I could not take off work to meet. She then ask me if I would like her to tear up my check or mail it back to me. Even though I was assured they would deliver, I would have been happy to pay for delivery had that been suggested. But she seemed to just want to forget the whole deal and send me my check back. So I will gladly take my business elsewhere!
Had issue(s) when I had my Jeep in for services recently. Once the lines of communication were established, Mr. Pike at Superior went well above and beyond what was necessary to resolve the issues. Excellent exhibition of understanding, humility, generosity, and grace since I was treated BETTER than I actually deserved. Thank you!
Called about info on vehicle. People there said ya had to do all this stuff instead of just answering few questions about the vehicle. Then went all the way out there and was a joke. If ya want good on trade don’t go here. They want to give ya the least possible and then not even come off there vehicle . Sure they will have some excuse when they reply to this . Number one good customer service is how you get returning customers .
The sales department was extremely focused on the hard sale of a vehicle on the spot. Upon telling them that I was there to look at one vehicle the up-sell started. They had a nice used truck on the lot I would have liked to look at, never even saw it, the salesman was too busy trying to get me to buy a truck that was 16k more expensive and ultimately more than what I told him I wanted to spend on a vehicle. I understand commission and how salesmen make money, but this salesman was over the top and downright degrading and condescending when I even slightly turned him down on up-sell. On the bright side, the dealership had a wonderful sales manager... extremely intelligent and straight forward with you.The rest of my experience:I agreed to drive the truck (not the one I came for, but the up-sell truck), it was nice... seemed like a quality ride and an amazing vehicle to own... but the salesman was fast at work adjusting the knobs and flipping all the switches before i could even close the door and put my seat belt on. Had I not looked down and noticed the tow/haul mode was active on the truck, I would have never known what the every day driving felt like on the truck and would have been sorely disappointed had I bought. Pushing the tow/haul button and exhaust brake every time I get in and out of the truck is obscene and downright annoying, not to mention extremely wasteful on fuel (more revs). When asked about more specifications on the truck, he told me the extreme basics... when trying to go further and ask more questions, was told well thats all technical engineer mumbo-jumbo. EXACTLY WHAT I WANT TO HEAR FROM MY SALESMAN, not.
Every service appointment that I schedule I always request Christian as my service advisor. He is by far the most honest, up-front, down to earth advisor my husband and I have ever dealt with. We had some major issues going on with a previous vehicle we had purchased and he helped us throughout the entire process. Every time we take our vehicles in for service I always make sure Christian is my advisor! Hes great and I highly recommend him!
My first car I ever bought was a Dodge Dart here, I’ve never had any problems with it until now when my fuel pump went out, they’ve had it for over 2 weeks now and still haven’t fixed it, the communication of the service team is awful because they never call to inform you of what they’re doing and most the time they don’t even know themselves. Very poor service I would never recommend coming here if you want to buy a car
On Sat Nov 24th I went to their lot at 12:30...was interested in a Dodge Ram and wanted to Check out their inventory. ...there were very few customers there, I noticed one couple and one family....I looked at their entire 1500 inventory, then check out all the used trucks...walked into the building and used the restroom, checked out the two classic cars in the show room...back outside looked at all the 2500 Rams, walked back to my car and left......The entire time there ...maybe 60-75 minutes NOT ONCE WAS I APPROACHED BY ANY ONE ! ! ! ...after leaving the lot I phone the dealership and asked to speak to the sales manager, was told by Russell that the manager was busy and if he could help....I explained that I was at their lot and no one approached me the entire time....first he alluded that I was at a different dealership, no Russ, I just left your dealership. ...then of course he spent the next 2 minutes apologizing and ended the call.....NOT SAID...please come in and Ill take care of you personally, OR...please come in and let us show you how good our customer service is, OR...can I have your phone number and have the General Manager call you ?There is NO excuse for ignoring a customer....Ill be buying for my new Ram elsewhere
Brought my Jeep in to get service, the Service Advisor Kendra was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice to top it off. She kept me informed on how repairs were going and seemed to thoroughly enjoyed her job, which shows how great of a company Superior is! Will only get my vehicles worked on here, and hope to see Kendra several times in the future!
I went in a couple of weeks ago to look at a car Ive been interested in. Terry and the sales manager, whose name I cant remember went above and beyond to help me get in to my dream car. Although my credit made it a very difficult situation, they both worked their butts off to try to make the number work for me. If you go to this dealership, ask for Terry. He is super friendly and personable.
Would love to give a better rating, repeated inquiries have resulted in zero traction on a vehicle. My Cargurus inquiry received a single automated reply. I have written them directly through the website, and nothing. Would love to have bough the truck as it was a fantastic price, maybe we could have done a deal, maybe not. Hopefully they will contact me at some point and we can upgrade this review.
My husband and I have bought 5 vehicles from Superior Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in the last 4 years and have had the best experience with them EVERY SINGLE TIME! They treat us like we are family and we love them like they are a part of ours. The whole team never fails to amaze us when they work together to get us the best deals possible from our trade-ins, to the sales department, the finance department, and the parts and service departments. We are impressed with this team. Shout out to Shirley!!!
Service quality is below average. Numerous needed pieces of paperwork were missing when I came to buy the car even though I told them 4 days ahead of time I was coming. I had no follow-up with any sales rep, nothing was prepared. Also spare key was missing when I got the car and I was assured that I just needed to set an appointment to come get 1 at anytime. I went back to try to get one and was told that I would have to pay since it had been over 30 days.
Excellent customer service and sales experience!! Brian T, General Sales Manger, goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Jeff Pike, Service Dept Manager is the best and has the greatest team. Highly recommend Superior Dodge for all your car sales and service needs.
Had to redo my review. So in short sales sucks... Yet maintenance is great! Sherry thank you for contacting me and reminding me to bring my ram in for service. Wish that you could leave a review for sales and one for service.
Doug in service is outstanding. Great help, AWESOME attitude, and very informative.
My girlfriend and I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the last year. We have been more than pleased with the helpfulness and knowledge of our salesman Pablo Villatoro. This man came in on his day off to make sure I got taken care of on the purchase of my new Power Wagon. Any questions or problems I have encountered were taken care of quickly and completely. This will be the first place I go to when I’m interested in getting a new vehicle. Thanks to Pablo and John T. I’m truly a happy customer.
My wife and I just purchased our second vehicle from Superior Dodge, but our first new one ever. Spencer (our salesman), Justin (finance) and Tyler (manager) were extremely helpful and worked with us to get the right vehicle for our familys needs. Buying a new car should be this seamless everywhere! Good job, Team #CountryBoyLoaded!Oh...and the new Dodge Grand Caravan...it may be a minivan, but you should check it out...very nice!
Love my new Challenger I bought from these guys.... Excellent people to deal with... I will definitely continue doing business there in the future. Ask for Randell Johnson...hell get you the best deal possible.....
Pablo was an awful salesman. Way too pushy and didnt even give me a second to think. Terrible experience. Would not reccoment.
Wow! Wow! Wow! 5 star is an appropriate name...Out of state buyer with a lot of truck buying experience...hands down best price on my 2500 6.4 and give me best trade value in 3 states! I am referring every person I know to this dealership. Were talking thousands in savings over my local dealer. Thanks Kim (internet manager) for the Superior service
The guys in the service department do a great job. Jeff Pike and his team really took care of my new truck and went above and beyond to take care of us. Was a great experience from buying the truck to getting it serviced. Will definitely be back in the future and will recommend to everyone!
Getting my Jeep computer checked and some pricing they were very prompt response and no waiting...
Awesome dealership with a great parts and service department. I’ve bought two vehicles here and never had any trouble with either one of them. I get great service every time I walk in the door and I always know my vehicle is taken care of. Highly recommend buying from them.
Great salespeople bought a Jeep from them three months ago and will definitely go back
Seems like the dealership is friendly. When youre purchasing. After that, not so much. Very dissatisfied with the service. Over 3 weeks of having the car, and it goes back and forth of something being under warranty and then then maybe not. Pur time means something to us.
Solid service. Had exactly the car I wanted and the guy who helped me, Terry, answered all my questions and made the process as seamless as possible. After exchanging information I was in and out in less than an hour, keys in hand. Best car buying experience Ive ever had.
Best overall buying experience Ive ever had. The deal was so good that I drove from Alabama to give them my business on my new Jeep purchase. Highly recommend and will use again in the future. Worked with kameron, he was great.
