I was in town visiting some family on a lengthy road trip and stopped in here due to my check engine light intermittently firing for a repeated misfire in a cylinder.The shop was quick to get me in for a diagnostic as well as try some initial fixes for the issue (read: lower cost to me up front). Unfortunately it ended up being a larger job than originally thought.With that said, they were extremely fair on the pricing (charging for the cylinder head replacement and not the work/diagnostic leading up to it) and were quick to turn the car around. They were also very communicative throughout the process and let me know ASAP when the replacement parts arrived and when to bring it in.Id highly recommend this service department and the folks working here. They were great to deal with .
We are vacationing from Nashville area and realized a noise as we were driving to beach. We stopped and realized the noise was the oil access cover hanging below car. Profile of our Dodge Charger is low, so we were unable to access and repair. We called while driving to Conway Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram and were assisted by Cory. He was professional and friendly. Cory said they would do their best to get us in quick. When we got there, the service department was beyond busy. Yet, they got our minor, but necessary, repair in and out in less than 45 minutes. Time is money on vacation and Cory recognized our limited time and worked magic to accommodate our need. If we loved in the area, this is a dealership I would take our Dodge too and trust.
This service is one of the best I have ever seen. They are young and take pride in serving their customers. They have a great work ethic which you dont see a lot these days.
Fixed the sunroof in my Dodge truck. Very nice and kept me informed about the work. Inexperienced worker at service desk and had to wait after we were told it was ready. I will go back for work on my truck though. They do good work!
I was treated very good. My car. Was there 2 weeks and they kept me informed of the progress. It had 109148 Miles. I feel that Chrysler corporation should reimburse me something for the parts (not Conway Chrysler) i am very happy about their service.
I went to the parts department to get a speed sensor for my tire and they didn’t have it in stock, which is fine. They ordered it and told me they would call me when it came in. After 2 weeks I went back in and still no cable. A week later they told me that ups told them it was delivered but they couldn’t find it. A week later they told me ups delivered it Ohio and they were gonna get it back. I eventually decided to order it myself from the mopar site. It arrived in less than 24hrs.

Bought a Jeep from here today. Did most of the deal through text and phone calls. Brian Bashaw was very professional and straight forward about the process and pricing. No game playing or shenanigans. No surprise fees at signing of the papers. I like keeping my money local, You cant always do this and still get the best deal. But in this case that just what I was able to do with these guys. I recommend giving them a shot if they have something you are interested in.
Went in to possibly do a trade on our Durango, sales manager asked what we wanted for our 19 on great shape with only 50k on it and when we answered 2k higher then he was thinking he straight looked at the sales rep and advised him to not even bother calling us if he found what we wanted 🤔 first time ever hearing a sales manager ever say something like that. Of course tried to keep us after we mentioned if the “right” one was found we might take the 2k less then we desired, no thanks buddy but you were extremely rude. Not sales manger material or response whatsoever.I’m not sure how to reply to your response or if I even can, he was wearing a purple shirt yesterday. The sales rep was very friendly ! The sales manager, not so much. My husband was inside, sales manager came out to my car to have me move. We’ve bought many suv/trucks from dodge and never have been in and out of a dealership so fast.

Extremely disappointed in the service department. Took vehicle 6 times for same problem and took them over a year to fix it. Thankfully the manager took control and handled the situation and got those fellas on the ball and fixed my car.

I bought a 2010 Jeep Liberty from this dealership with 123,000 miles on it. Lee sold me the car. I am 20 years old and I knew I was not buying a new car, but it was my first car I bought on my own. It ran great for the first few days. but after about a week, my car would not start. it wasn’t a battery problem because it was not clicking so it was a starter problem. my passenger door also does not lock and unlock with the button on the key or in the car. my heater also does not work. Lee never told us of these issues and I have the paperwork to prove it. it is is sad that Lee knew there was problems and knew I was young and was really excited about the car and felt it was right in his heart to sell a young 20 year old a lemon car. we took it to 3 different places and was told that it needed a new fuel tank and fuel pump. got those fixed but my car still would not start. we took the car back to the dealership and Lee refused to come and talk to us. he was “too busy” with another customer. the dealership told us that there was nothing they could do. thankfully, the myrtle beach dealership took it in and found the problem and fixed my car. very disappointed in this dealership and their customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED LIKE ME.

The service department was great got me in and out for my oil change and rotation of tires.I love the Wrangler I thought it had something on it that I wanted and found out it didn’t. It was too late to back out I already signed the paperwork. I guess I should have asked Verna the sales person but I thought she said it had everything I wanted. I have spoken to her about this and maybe we can get one equipped like I wanted.

Not only did Lee work with me on this deal, he arranged for the trade of my 2016 Maxda CX3.The financing appointment was easy and I was able to drive my Wrangler home that same day.I highly recommend Lee and this dealership.
At the time it was great! Called three time to talk to salesman one time with a customer another time switched day off and third time was to sales manager and still no response.Will try again tomorrow.
Brought my vehicle in for routine service in early January 2021. I have a Ram 3500 DRW truck. I requested an oil change and tire rotation. According to MOPAR specifications there is a specific way to perform this service for the onboard TPMS to work properly. Not only did the service department not know the proper specs for front and rear tire inflation they also did not know the proper tire rotation and placed my inner rear tires on the front. MOPAR specs clearly states that the inner rear tires have specific sensors for one another and must be rotated according to those specs. I live 12 miles away from this dealership where I purchased the truck so I wanted to return there to have my service. It took 3 trips to this dealership to try and have them correct the improper tire rotation which caused my TPMS to show inaccurate tire inflation readings. On my 3 trip they offered to install a pair of valve extenders on my inner rear wheels for free. Not only did they incorrectly rotate the tires again they made up an excuse as to why they did not want to install the valve extenders. Manager was conveniently down at the body shop when I picked up my vehicle; obviously too embarrassed to assure me the work was completed properly. Technician I supposed to be a former NASCAR mechanic??? The whole service department is a joke. Nice but UNSKILLED and UNMOTIVATED TO CARE ABOUT THE WORK THEY PERFORM AT A PREMIUM COST!!!!! IF YOU WANT NICE GO THERE. IF YOU WANT PROPER SERVICE GO ANYWHERE ELSE. NEVER AGAINWell maybe you should stop charging professional rates until the trainees are properly trained to MOPAR specs for a TIRE ROTATION....
Real long story short...the guys in the service dept went above and beyond to fix my truck when nobody else would listen.....they have a customer for life

We found a truck online and called to make sure it was still there. The salesman that initially picked up the phone went and found the truck and sent us pictures. Everything was going good and he sent us a link for a credit app. We were driving almost 2 hours to get to this dealer because of the deal on the truck and we really liked it. Before we made the drive we asked 3 different times were we approved and we were assured yes we were. When we got to the dealership they said all the info on our trade wasn’t in the system when the salesman told me it was the night before and they couldn’t help us after we were assured that we was approved before making the drive. I do not recommend this dealership at all.

I have not EVER been to this dealership or ever even inquired about a vehicle from this location. BUT that has not stopped them from constantly emailing me. I say me but its really someone named Sammy. I have been sent personal information about this Sammy person. I have unsubscribed twice in the last 9 months and it has not stopped. I sent an email back asking to please be removed as I AM NOT SAMMY and I dont want to bring my car in for a check up. Very terrible customer management this Sammy guy is missing out on alot of info.

Bought a new Hyundai Sonata (new to my girlfriend and I). Everything went smoothly, just as planned! The gentleman who sold it to us was polite, friendly, and we didnt get any bad vibes...Took it for a quick test drive- she drives quite nicely! I gave him an offer, cash in hand, that was like $500 less than what he had originally posted in his ad on Craigslist, and he accepted !! :) all in all, good experience. Would recommend to anyone!

I recently had a bad experience with a different jeep dealership and thought I’d balance it out by speaking about a good experience. I was last in about January; I came in about an issue with my fuel tank, apparently the whole fuel pump needed to be replaced. It was an expensive part of course and was stressed out but then I remembered that I had an extended warranty. All I had to do was give them the number to call the warranty and they took care of everything from there. They told me it was covered and would be fixed in a week and that I could come in to get a rental. Everyone was very pleasant through this experience with the consistent update phone calls to picking up the rental and getting my car back. Glad to find a new jeep home since moving here.
I will definitely be going here for all my car needs. I went here to replace my key. They ordered it an they programmed it the next day. Cory was very helpful in explaining any questions I had.

Took my vehicle in and had both headlights changed, been in 3times and each time its worse. What good is a warranty if they cant fix it right. Theyve broken clips in the wheel well and the front isnt aligned properly and you cant see. I took vehicle to a bodyshop and they thought it had been wrecked. Thats how bad a job. I have to make a appointment with someone to fix it right. Even Cory agreed it looked terrible. Im normally very happy with there work, but now I have to get it fixed somewhere. Its like they dont want my business. Its a shame with all the vehicles Ive purchased there. Dont think Id buy another.
Mike was a great advisor. I love my Jeep. Had a few issues with warranties from the sales manager and service department. Do not trust their word...see it in writing or they will screw you out of the extended warranties they say are included in your purchase. They also may ask you to lie to the lender?!? I wouldnt purchase another vehicle because of that. I will however purchase another Jeep, once the recall of the screen is handled. I may have to go to another location to get it done. Follow up later.....
My wife has been a loyal customer of Dodge since 2007 when she purchased her first dealership vehicle where they have taken advantage of her from the beginning! Immediately after paying off her first vehicle, the motor blew. They scammed her into trading in her much loved vehicle for a new payment which is now paid off and having issues! She will only allow the dealership to perform service and maintenance, yet an issue arises where it could only occur during service, yet they refuse to take responsibility. I guarentee her next vehicle will NOT come from this sleazy dealership. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!
I never ever write reviews but here it goes and I pray you read this as it is so the truth. We were so pleased with our experience at Conway Dodge Jeep Ram. My husband was in a terrible accident where his 2019 Ram 1500 Classic was hit by a driver in a red mini van. The driver left on foot staggering into the woods. My husbands Truck was flipped and skidded approx 150 feet with him not knowing wether he was going to make it out alive. Due to the excellent product Ram produces with Steel Ibeams and airbags surrounding the entire cab area my husband stood a chance of surviving. He was injured with a nasty laceration to his left knee, left eye, third degree burns on his left arm and pain reflecting from his left shoulder down his left arm. He is in continued pain but making progress every day.After his accident the last thing we wanted to do was go and deal with a sales representative at a car dealership, but we had to because the truck was our only means of transportation. Because we were so happy with our previous truck we chose to go to Conway Dodge Jeep Ram for our next Ram truck.Our experience was very memorable and painless. We went in on one day, picked out and drove the truck we wanted and told Milos we needed a bottom line total. To my amazement, from the time we walked in the door and the time we left it was only one hour. Two days later we went and got the truck. Milos was every bit comforting, professional and very accommodating. The finance manager Frank, Stephen and Ruffin was so helpful and professional.Thank you guys for all of your patience, kindness and professionalism during a major financial and emotional time in our lives. We look forward to our continued friendship and service with all ya all! 😂😘

Great experience. As I showed up knowing the vehicle I wanted. The car was already priced right; therefore, there was very little negotiations. Barry, my salesman was very personable. The only disappointment was that I was told the car was cleaned and gassed before pick up; and the gas was empty—barely made it to gas station. I spent a lot of money not to gas the car.

I was suckered in off their web pages. They promise a great deal, an e-price (just click the button), and great savings. I saw a vehicle I liked, filled out the information request and sent it in. A salesperson answered and I made an appointment to see and drive the vehicle.When I got there, after a long drive, I opened the showroom door and there was no reception area to ask for my contact, just a bunch of booths with salespeople. I thought that was odd. That should have been my clue to leave but I stayed and eventually found my salesperson. I drove the vehicle and came back in to fill out the paperwork. The salesperson left and when they came back I was presented the offer.Full price, minus the manufacturers rebate. I was completely shocked! Not only was I not offered the great deal and great savings but they were discounting the vehicle with MY manufacturers rebate. Thats the cash offered to the customer by the vehicle manufacturer as an incentive to buy from them.I was so upset that I just got up and left. To me that is flat out false advertising. I wont be back to that place, ever!

We purchased a used van and just signed the papers tonight. However, the drivers window wouldnt go back up and the vehicle died no less than 3 miles from the dealership. So far 2 trips from Florence SC 4 hours in the car and now we will have to go back again for another 2 hour ride.We knew that the van had some issues with a check engine light that was on and the rough idle which the salesman said was the car needs a tune-up. Which seems a little odd that the dealer would only do a safety inspection and not spend any money to repair the issues before putting it up for sale.Now we have to wait for them to replace the battery and fix the window which should have not been an issue since it worked the night before. Plus now we have to make another 2 hour round trip to go back to pick it up.I worked at a car dealership in Ohio and it was normal for them to replace and fix the issues on a used vehicle before putting it up for sale. Something small like spark plugs and wires should not cost that much for them to replace.As an update on the status of the vehicle. We took it to a local repair facility and the cost is around $900 to fix this morning. Ouch.
