Ive been using Lone Star for about 4 years. The prices are always fair and the install service is high quality. Communication and turn around time has improved greatly the past several months.

WARNING!!! THIS IS A VERY SHADY BUSINESS: Spent over $1k on a set of lights and was told they would be installed in one week. A month later I couldn’t even get them to return my phone call nor my supervisor’s call. I went in and tried to get info and the owner wouldn’t even come out from behind the wall to talk to me...kept call his secretary back to give me messages. I finally asked for a refund and was told he was too busy, but would refund my card in 3 to 5 days.

Everyone there is nice. They do awesome work.

Ordered parts for a Eotech 512 on line never stated they were on back order. Ordered Thursday called Tuesday found out it would be another week before they got them in. Had I know they were on back order I would not have written a review I would have ordered them from Amazon and had them in time now I half to spend extra money to over night them to have them in on time to be ready on Saturday morning. They were polite on the phone. They could have emailed me or called Friday to let me know that they had to order the parts and what time frame they would be in.

Ordered my product 12/02/2014 ...... today its 01/16/2015 ....ive called twice and spoke with a John ....both times he stated he would find out whats going on and call me back...... never called back..... Disappointing
