Stood at the door for 10mins without being asked what i needed help with or offering to put me on a list to be seen all i got was a well be with you as soon as we can.Had an employee walk by me twice without ever asking what i needed. I even had a customer ask the salesman that was helping her bring it to his attention and still nothing.I eventually walked out of the store without receiving help.

I went to get 2 phones with alot of memories i just got 1 with 128 the other with 64 i ask the if i can change the 64 for a 128 they told i need to pay $200 more for the switch i told you crazy and then the 64 i got it with the wrong case and the 128 i got it with the screem protector all scratch out and then i went to ask for them to replace the case a mexican guy toll me that the 14 days already pass that i need to buy a new case but the nice indian manager with no ploblen he gave me a new phone case for my phone about my screen protector for my 128 i havent got it yet they need to do their job a little better.

I have had the best experience in this store than any other store. The staff is friendly and very helpful. That wait is about 10 to 15 mins. But anywhere its going to be the same. As soon as you are called, they give you the assistance you need. They are very well trained.

Stopped by and the manager was extremely rude. I stopped by to get a new SIM card because I’ve noticed my coverage on my property isn’t the same. I waited 45 minutes and the manager finally greeted me and said she will be with me soon. Maybe after an hour I got called over to the counter and she was very pushy to get me into some cheap tablet. I made it clear that I just wanted a new SIM card and she said I’m wasting her time and that I should have called customer care for that.. excuse me? I called them and they told me to come to your store. Next she charged me for the SIM card after customer care explicitly said they will not charge me.. I’ve never been charged for the sim in the past at different stores. It’s $10 so whatever, but still... I don’t want to call customer care on this lady because I know nothing will be done, but I don’t want the same cruddy copy and pasted response they give to every person with a bad review. I understand everyone has bad days and that it was right before Christmas so she may have been stressed out. But geez, getting a new sim takes like 2 minutes!

Im giving Tara a 5-star rating because we came to the store for account issues that she COULD NOT FIX but she helped us anyway, and checked back with me the next day to be sure it got taken care of. Tara is the gold standard of customer service.Unfortunately, we came in yesterday when she was not there and bought 2 new phones, requesting an upgrade from the associate. When we got home, we realized he had sold us phones that were actually OLDER and SLOWER than what we were replacing: NOT an upgrade at all! I called TMOBILE immediately and was told we had 14 days to return the phones and the store had the option to charge a $50 restocking fee, but given the circumstances we could request that be waived and they probably wouldnt charge it. Wed only had the phones 2 hours and the associate should have known something about his products, right?We went back within a couple of hours and they charged us $50 each restocking fee to exchange them for actual upgrades. Today I called the store and spoke with Alan (very rude) who refused to refund the 2 $50 charges. I then called the company directly and was refunded half of it ($50). I dont recommend dealing with this store unless you go when someone polite, amazing, and trustworthy, like Tara, is there. Otherwise you dont know what could happen. Alan, btw, needs some lessons in customer service, politeness, and basic human kindness. Zero stars, Alan: in case that wasnt obvious. This person should not be any kind of manager.

I went to this store recently for my daughter to upgrade her Iphone. We were greeted immediately walking through the door. We then waited a few minutes and a gentlemen by the name of Olmon helped us. He answered all our questions quickly & accurately. (And we had plenty of them!) He never once acted impatient. He was extremely, helpful and knowledgeable. Not just about one phone but several phones! He helped explain and go into details on our warrants, monthly payments and better options. It was great working with him! Then we came back for myself a phone and Deborah was there to greet us at the door this time. She was extremely nice, professional and made you feel welcomed. She had answered a lot of questions while we were waiting for our tech to help us out. She even got me started on switching over my phone information so it would take less wait time. (She knew I was in a hurry that night.) Then we had Jonathan to lastly help. He did a great job as well! This team has really confirmed my faith in being a 9 year T-mobil customer. With services like this why go elsewhere? Thanks for taking care of my family and I. Keep up the great work!

No one answers the phone. When I finally did get through to a person, they disconnected immediately. They dont attempt to help you, they just refer you to the customer service number (and the customer service number will suggest you go to a store for better service, so its a never ending circle). Employees are too busy talking, socializing, and playing on their own phones to assist you with yours.

I recently purchased a new plan, phones and accessories for my company from this location and so far I have had excellent experiences with the associates. They were very helpful and informed. The store is comfortable and clean and the time spent there wasnt noticeable. The wait time was non-existent and the inventory is excellent. I made the mistake of ordering over the phone which was a headache and the employees did not work in my best interests. This store certainly did.

Wish sales associates would warn customers about s9 Note, be aware that the s9 note screen protector SUCK! Got mine replaced 3-4 times because it would fall off very easy. Dont have time to be going back everytime to get it replaced so now my screen cracked. (apparently a common issue since they always run out of screen protectors for this phone)

Seems as if the employees at this store, cannot seem to understand that bad service and or trying to trick people out of money doesnt work for you in the long run. Your service plan says you get to upgrade your phone for low cost, but they have some other agenda. It now costs a few hundred more because of multiple fees and must have service connections. If they can find a way to make a dollar off of you, they will. They can be kind people, but you just cant get anything done right without getting charged something that doesnt need to be, or shouldnt be in the first place. Go in if you like, just be warned about the sales tactics or last minute increase in price for whatever reason. Ask everything before signing and paying.

I took a working phone in to this store had the Sim replaced then my phone would not work. The employee tried to tell me the problem was the phone and said I needed a new one. He refused to revisit the look at the SIM and refused to give his name. Ive had the same problem with them before. DONT do business with this store. They dont want to help you they only want to sell you a phone. The problem was the employee never activated the new SIM. Called TMobile and they fixed it.

****Update: T-Mobile took my complaint seriously and contacted me directly to fix all of my issues. In the end they worked with me so that I remained a satisfied T-Mobile customer. After working with Ruben, I can honestly say I am appreciative of his help and his customer support. Thank you T-Mobile for addressing my issue and fixing it!***This is my second trip to this store this week to try and add a line and purchase two new phones. The first time I was told my trade-in was too old for the current promo, today I walk in with qualifying trade- in (4 days later) and suddenly no trade in necessary. Greeted and told to “hang tight” and someone will be with me shortly. The sales associates here literally sell a different story with a new sales pitch with each visit, and this is a corporate location! I’m sick of hearing the long widened rebuttals to my issues when in the end I still receive no benefit being an established customer. I’ve been with TMobile for 13+ years and do not feel at all valued as a customer, in fact it’s quite the opposite.I am currently sitting in the Conroe store waiting for one of the 4 employees hanging out to help me, it’s been 35 minutes. There is one other customer in the entire store and they are being helped by the 5th employee on duty. I always come to this store due to its corporate status, however I will just take my business to a third party moving forward, maybe even a new carrier. This is absurd. Ridiculous! I’m seriously contemplating switching my service to a provider that will at very least help me, especially when I’m trying to spend money with them!Update: Just kidding I don’t qualify for atrade-in today now either, that promo has now changed too. The current promo is only for new customers that switch from another provider. No matter what the promo, current customers seem to get the shaft at the bottom line. New customers get the benefits of their corporate promotional rollouts. Established customers can kick rocks as far as TMobile is concerned.The T-Mobile Sprint Merger does not seem as though it it will be in the best interest of current T-Mobile Customers. Current T-Mobile Customers beware, this merger will not benefit you.I’ve still had no solution and no consideration to this moment by TMobile. Looks like I will start shopping a new carrier soon. Between the bad customer service and the corporate promotions geared toward new clientele only, T-Mobile isn’t giving me any reasons to stick around. So fraud! I don’t even know where to start! I went to purchase my iPhone X 256 GB phone at the T-Mobile store (Conroe location), paid cash $1314.00 to be exact. I left the store with what I thought to be the phone that I purchased only to find out two weeks later while on vacation that it was not the phone that I purchased. While on vacation the phone was stolen so I, like any other person who has there phone stolen, report a claim on the phone through my insurance company, seeing as how I was on vacation and the phone not being in my possession anymore, I did not have the serial number so luckily the insurance company was able to verify it on there end except that they were not pulling up the phone that I thought I had purchased they instead were pulling up the phone that I received which was a 64 GB iPhone X. Soo my claim with the insurance company was denied. I did my own investigating because I thought “wow that’s odd” I know I paid an extra $300 for the larger GB phone. I found my receipt and the box that the phone came in and for sure I paid for an 256 GB phone however the bottom of the box and the top of the box did not match, the bottom of the box belonged to a silver iPhone X 256 GB and the top belonged to a black IPhone X. I took this up to the store and asked why I would even have been charged for a silver iPhone X when I originally came to the store to purchase a black one and it clearly states silver on the receipt as well (just putting this out there I had already spent an hour in store waiting and purchasing the phone so my bad for not catching that sooner either and not double checking myself but after all the t mobile employees do this everyday right?) so come to find out someone opened that box took the silver iPhone out and replaced it with a black iphone (not sure if it was used/demo) and to make it harder to catch they switched box tops to a black iPhone as well. The employee apologized that this happened and promised to take care of it. 3 days (and 3 lunch breaks up at the t mobile store) of going with out a phone and finally I had it and went back up to t-mobile to see where the phone that I originally purchased and should have been supplied with to begin with was and they tell me that I have to pay the in house deductible to receive that phone because they actually have no idea where the phone that got switched out was. so my point is why should I have to pay their deductible for loosing the phone? So they filed a claim on a phone that I never even received and I have to pay for it? Finally I just had enough of the run around so I paid the money and they supplied me with another phone (hopefully the correct one) just crazy!!!

Went in to buy 2 samsung s7. Was told to come back next day to be eligible for Bogo on the phones. Great deal right. Salesman also said new lg tablet had 130 rebate making them 110. I got 2. Purchased phones the next day. 3 days later rebate promotions not working. Went by store, was told that they were sorry but the promotions had ended and my purchase was not eligible for any rebates. Or free phone. They refused to make good on the sale.

First of all I had EVERY INTENTION on buying a new phone and I read the reviews for this store, but since it was the closest one to me I went anyways. Plus everyone knows that most reviews get posted only because someone had a bad experience or didnt get their way. My galaxy S5 has been messing up all weekend and its annoying. After days of googling and researching I finally gave up and went into the T-Mobile store. Of course the phone suddenly starts working (Awesome for me, now I look like a complete idiot). Doesnt matter, Im done and I want a new phone. The guy helping me appears to be annoyed by something. Um ok, weve all had those days/moments, whatever. So I proceeded to help him by asking about a particular phone (Galaxy S7 edge) and what deals they have right now. Well black Friday is already done so theres really no deals now sales associate. Um, its only Sunday and Cyber Monday is tomorrow. Little does he know Ive already researched T-Mobiles website and know the deals. Now Im annoyed. So just to confirm, I ask again, so theres no deals going on right now. Oh wait, now he suddenly remembers 1 deal about getting a free ipad with added plan. Some people arent meant to be in customer service. Ive got nothing against T-Mobile as a service, but honestly their website had better customer service than this guy. AND no I didnt get phone!

This store has horrible customer service. The manager named by BEE is terrible and did not help me at all. The only help she gave us was giving us the customer service number and seemed like she didnt care about my phone not working. She could of at least try and suggest other options but only for us to call customer service to get a replacement which I dont want to do again because phones keep messing up. So all she offered was a # and the store phone(which had very poor signal). The other employees where just there talking and laughing not paying attention to us whenever we had a question, did not even bother to ask us anything. I live in Huntsville and Conroe has the closest tmobile, so definitely was a waste of time and gas. Will not recommend this store.

Me and my Husband been with Tmobile for over 5 years now and we just got some new phones about 4 months ago and they are not working we been haveing problems with them. I went inside this location and there was about 8 to 10 people working that day. And they was just all talking to each other like they didnt want to help me and i was the only customer inside the store. I went inside to see what is going on with my phone and a guy helped me after a little bit of time being there and just to say that he cant do anything to help me because its nothing wrong with my phone and I no it is. I been haveing problems with it about a month after I had it i called the customer service department and everything. Dont get me wrong I love T-mobile thats why I been with them so long and I have never had any problems out of any phone that I got from them but this one. And I understand that of course when I go inside a local T-Mobile store that my phone will work because it is a T-Mobile phone and Im inside the store and yall have boosters and everything else but my phone dont work any where else. Wow. But this location has very bad customer service and I mean the worst customer service you can ever have. I will never go back to this Location again. Ever in my life and I will let other people no not to ever go here either. The best T-mobile Location I been to is the one off of 45 and 1960. And the other one kinda bye the Willowbrook area.
