Fantastic service! Service rep Raynard Williams was kind and very knowledgeable about the phone products. We were in and out with a new iPhone with less than 20mins. Go see him. I highly recommend this location which is a small store yet the BEST SERVICE.
Ellis Eddington was great with awesome customer service, I came in thinking I was going to have to pay one thing and he was able to put me on a better plan that was cheaper! He was very patient with us!! Love the service will be back!!

Switched services from T mobile to att and upgraded from iPhone 7 Plus to iPhone 11. After opening the new phone the employee stated that he could not transfer info from the iPhone 7 to the iPhone 11 and I would need another phone. Upon opening the new phone he informed me that I would have to pay a restocking fee even though they were at fault. I was told this would be refunded and they would contact me back within the next couple of days. After a week waiting for a call back, I called them in which they informed me that they had no way of issuing a refund and that they would send my concerns to upper management who would contact me back. It has been almost 2 months and I still have not received a call back from them. On top of all of that, we never received a receipt or any paperwork from the store when leaving..Also worth mentioning is the person we were dealing with added extra insurance, etc that increased our bill that we specifically asked not to be included. It seems like they did not really know what they were doing. Would recommend going the extra mile to a different store. I have switched service providers multiple times and have never had an experience this bad.

They did everything right keep up the good service
The employee took 15 minutes to tell me that he couldn’t take cash after he told me that he would be right with me.
Ordered online for a curbside pickup (for a phone case and screen protector). Upon arrival, I went through the process of checking in, only to have it say there was a glitch, and I needed to call the store. I did, and was told someone would be right out. After 11 minutes I went in, and was told, “oh, we didn’t know what car you were in”... 1) when I called, he did not ask for my car description, 2) he had caller ID from when I called and could have called and asked, 3) he could have seen the # associated with my account and called to inquire, and 4) there were only about 7 cars in the entire parking lot, and mine was the only one that was occupied. The other gentleman took 2-3 minutes to appear from the back, and then did not quite seem to know what he was doing, as it took another 3-5 minutes just to get the order I had already paid for. The 2 employees seemed overwhelmed, and neither were wearing a mask.
Candy and Ellis were beyond helpful. I haven’t had this good of customer service in a very long time.
Five stars for Matthew Midkiff... Man this guy did everything he could to make sure I had a left with the phone. it was a 7 hour technical difficulty debacle.so I was porting over from metro pcs they gave him the wrong account pin which messed everything up then the power went out then port support activated my line before the bill was built.Mr. Midkiff stayed on the phone with no power no AC for over 6 hours trying everything that he could and pulled out all the stops and after 7 hours I walked out what the brand new phone Operating on a network that is way faster than anything Ive been using for the last 10 years. none of the difficulties were his fault but he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed.I work from home so I need a phone and when metro ported my number over my phone was no longer active so I couldnt leave until I had a phone most people would have told me sorry the powers out theres nothing I can do come back tomorrow The best representatives Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. Whatever it takes is apparently his policy and I cant thank him enough.
Ray was very helpful with us upgrading 2 phones and service. We took a lot of time but Ray was great.
Had a small problem with my Sa.sung Galaxy S 21+. The young man was very nice and helped me workout my problem.
What a great experience this was. We had a great time and got two new iPhone 11 pros. The phones are fantastic but not as fantastic as the folks here at the AT&T store. Leslie was so helpful and got us just what we needed. She put the cases and screen protectors on very professionally. I would recommend her with six stars. I would definitely ask for her when you come into the store. She did a great job!!!!!
Ordered a replacement phone through my insurance plan and couldn’t get the new one set up myself. Stopped by the AT&T in Conroe at 105 and 336, and Matt got us up and running. The store was busy and they were training a few new employees, but he juggled it all well. We definitely appreciated his help.

Ok Ive never leave reviews but cant let this go any longer. I was a Verizon customer from day one. Wife talked me into taking a look at ATT so we stopped at this location and dealt with Matt and Derrick. Was persuaded to trade in my like new Verizon phone on a new phone contract with ATT for upgraded phones. ON MARCH 14TH IT WILL BE A YEAR AND THEY HAVE NOT GAVE ME CREDIT FOR MY PHONE TRADE IN OR ANY INFO IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE. I feel like this place scammed me out of my phone trade-in and got me in a contract now that is way more than I was paying at Verizon which is why we stopped to get a quote in the first place. When I call ATT main office they tell me this is not even really ATT store and that the problem has to be resolved through this store. I called them every week for the first 6 months with nothing but run around on whos fault it is. They have my tracking # and IMI # where it was sent in but cant tell me anything else but sometimes this happens. So now Ive lost that phone and paying full price on a $1200 dollar phone I was supposed to get for starting a contract! This was one of the worst mistakes Ive ever made and I truly feel like I was scammed. I cant believe this review makes me leave one star, this should be no star review.
I went to the AT&T store yesterday and the people there are always so so nice!!! They always have such a nice disposition no matter how long it may take to satisfy you. Plus they always have such Great specials going on!!! Thanks AT&T for everything!!!

My wife and I cut some expenses, which included switching from Verizon and DirecTV to AT&T. Although we were hesitant, knowing Verizons cellular reception is good in most areas, we ultimately made the decision and now save over $300/month from these adjustments. The sales representatives in the store were friendly and helped us find the right plans to suit our needs. After being with AT&T for over 2 weeks now, I must admit that Ive encountered some dropped calls while traveling, albeit nothing significant to justify what we were paying before.

We had troubles with the corporate store off of I-45 in Conroe for the last 4 days and had the worst experience I have ever had with a mobile carrier. We refused to go back to this store so decided to come to this store. Our intentions when we walked in were to cancel our service with at&t and move to a different carrier, but we were greeted with Derrick, the store manager at this location. He completely changed our minds and were able to help us with our problem in under 5 minutes. The location off of I-45 could not help us and were very rude. This is the only location we will go to for now on. Thanks, Derrick! AT&T needs to recognize this guy because he is saving them customers!!

Great store! They arent afraid to yell you like it is and will help you out on any entertainment and wireless questions. The guys in there told me everything I wanted to know and even let me watch the Astros game on their Direct TV inside demo. Thanks At&t. Yall got my vote for life.

First of all, why are there only 2 people working here. Second of all, I came in to buy a charger and after waiting for like 5 minutes and not even getting acknowledged, I left. I understand they were both with a customer but saying something like hi! We will be right with you wouldnt have killed them. Thats just common sense when it comes to working in a customer service based industry.

Every RUDE. My wife and I went in to the store Saturday morning to switch our 5 line service. When we walked in no one greeted us or acknowledge us at all, I understand there are other costumers but a simple Hello may have helped. Why are only two people working on a SATURDAY at Christmas time? Anyway we waited our turn then the fun began. The staff member that helped was rude Im sorry if I dont know about all the new technology and phones like she does but you dont have to treat costumers like they are stupid. Everytime we asked a question She kinda rolled her eyes and would answer it with a pissy attitude. My wife and I just walked out and went to our provider (VERIZON) and upgraded our service. We were greeted with an open door and a smile by a very happy staff. I guess its true you get what you pay for if you want to save a buck and be treated like Crap AT&T is for you. P.S this is the first review I have ever written that should tell you how I feel.

I recently visited this AT&T store on Wednesday, 9-19-18 and purchased two new Samsung Galaxy note 9s. I paid cash for one and made arrangements to pay off the other through monthly payments. The saleman open the containers/boxes that they were in and said one of the phone sim card was missing. He also stated that this was a normal occurrence. At the time I didnt think much of it put did noticed the phone that did not contained the sim card had a small crack around the camera lens which, at the time, I thought the package flim was wrinkled around the lens. When I arrived home and removed the flim from the phone thats when I noticed the phone camera lens were cracked. The next day my wife and I left for Cuba and returned Monday, 9-24-18. Upon our arrival back, my wife noticed the power cards to the phones were different colors, one was black and the other one was white. I called the store and spoke with the manager and he said he would call me back, as of today Saturday, 9-29-18, I havent heard back from him. I will visit the store this coming Monday, 9-31-19. Stay posted.As of todays date Monday,10-15-18, I havent received any compensation or satisfaction for the used cracked phone that was sold to me as new.I thought, after reading a post from AT&T (Owner) asking me to contact them at a web site that I might receive compensation. I filed out the form listed on the site and as of today, Monday, 10-15-18 nothing. No phone call, no e-mail, nothing. Nothing but beening sold a used phone, $1000.00, as new.
