Today I went to the store shopping for my dorm and their associate Ivan gave me the best customer service ever. Words cannot describe the immense help he gave me, he gave me the best recommendations for what to get for my dorm! His name is Ivan and was working in the home living section. I left the store feeling great and ready for College! Love this store !

I went into the store this evening and purchased $385.26 worth of clothing and nail polish with my Bank of America debit card. When I got home and looked at my bank account, Target (or the employee) charged for this purchase, which is correct. THEN I immediately have ANOTHER Target purchase for $325.69 and this is NOT my purchase. I do not know how to get this resolved. I will go to the store as soon as they open in the morning. I love Target, but I am completely distraught over this and very hesitant to shop in your stores again. I can not financially afford this type of error. I want my money back, since it was money that I did NOT spend.

I love target. I get my son cat and jack clothing and I love the clothes.

I purchased a blender from a wedding gift registry from Target for pick up at the Conroe, Texas location. When I picked up the item the next morning, the box was severely damaged and not suitable for gift wrapping. I asked the employee that handed it to me to please get me another one as it was a gift and she politely pointed me to the isle the blenders were located in across the store to select another one and return. I had a broken foot which was the reason I ordered online for pick up. I will not be returning.

Target is really best place for shopping.They have almost many things that you are looking for. You can go there for electronic material and clothing. They carry good brands of clothes which are not very expensive. It is located in the shopping complex where there is best buy, home depot, office depot etc.You can find Starbucks inside target. I went to target looking for new things for my classroom, I was helped by Ivan, he was really helpful and friendly, he helped me pick things out and recommended some as well that ended up being very helpful! He is a sensational employee, I am very satisfied and will definitely be returning!

Im able to shop as Curbside as well as with the electric scooters. This pandemic has made it much easier for people who have mobility issues or other disabilities. Im very pleased with shopping at Target.

BEST STORE IN TOWN!!!!I’m not much of person who writes reviews, but this young man Ivan deserves all the recognition for his hard work and making a great name for target ! I’m fairly new to town, and I’m a Pokémon card collector looking to find a spot to shop for cards, i particularly have never really shopped at target, but the Walmart in town did not look to pleasing, and the card shop here is very rude. I walked in amlesly walking around trying to find the toy and card aisles. No one had really helped me yet or asked if I needed assistance at this point, but I had found myself by the home living section when this young man named IVAN came up to me seeming Eager and excited to help me like if I was family. He walks me to both aisles trying to help me find some cards. Not only did he help me find the exact Pokémon set I was looking for, but he made sure my target experience was one of the best ever. He made me feel right at home and part of the target family. I’ve shopped at many places where workers are there just to get a paycheck and clock out but that young man went above and beyond for me. Even told me next time if I’m needing something and he’s there he will help me no matter what ! If I were his boss I’d give him a raise for making target look like an amazing company to work at and shop THANK you ivan for your help it really made my day knowing people still love their jobs during this pandemic.

Stood in line to return an item only to be told they were having computer issues and would have to come back. Otherwise, I have enjoyed shopping here occasionally.

Pick up was super slow - saw others get theirs before me even though I placed my small order the day before and told the app I was on my way. Received a dirty item that I had purchased as a gift (along with gift wrap). Wont do it again.

Easy to use, FAST response to my arrival, within minutes an associate was handing me my purchases!

Well stocked even with current weather conditions. Employees were pleasant and helpful. Always a good shopping experience at this location.

They guy working your Starbucks tonight is not pleasant. I stood waiting for someone to come to the counter and when he does I said hello...no hello back, he said “just so you know we close in 5 minutes and I can’t make any cold drinks”Very unwelcoming and I will now take my business elsewhere. It’s a shame really I worked for a Starbucks inside a target before, never were we allowed to tern guest away prior to closing.

This was by far the dirtiest, messiest, disorganized Target I have ever seen in my entire life and Ive been to a thousand Targets from here all the way up to Northern Minnesota! EVERY single isle throughout the store was messed up. A lot of areas also had food and garbage everywhere! Consumable goods all over the floor. Id hate to think some straws I bought might have been on the floor and then repackaged. Disgusted!

The management at the store does not enforce the mask required rule in the store. I saw several people without a mask on. And I asked an associate about it and she told me they cannot make people wear masks. This is a management issue. If you do not have on a mask in Walmart and many other establishments, you are asked to put a mask on and if you refuse, they ask you to leave as they should. Apparently Target doesnt mind if their customers are infected with the coronavirus and does not care about their familys safety. I will not step foot in a Target store again.

Great place to find home goods!

I have to say this place could be in better shape. I know Target is a pretty big store, but the employees still do the absolute minimum to keep the aisles clean and tidy for other costumers. The restrooms seemed as though they hadn’t been washed in ages and smelled even worse. The staff was pretty nice overall, but still couldn’t get over the fact that many of the items for sale were strewn along the floors and wrong aisles all throughout the store.

The employees at this Target (Conroe) are some of the rudest and I only shop at Target. Sad it’s the closest one to my house.

Went in to pick up my order. The girl at the pick up counter ignored me, as did several other employees who walked passed. When I finally managed to stop one, she said that I had to pick up at the Exchanges & Returns. By this time that line was long enough for me to write this review. Why that first employee couldnt take the 2 seconds to acknowledge me and let me know in the first place is beyond me. And apparently common courtesy was beyond her!

The associate was delivering merch to the car next to me, but took the time to walk over to my car and ask if I was waiting on an order. I explained I was, but it was my first time to order and pick up in parking lot. He looked at my information on my phone, finding the bar code and quickly came back with my order.

Usually very friendly and helpful staff. Not the best grocery selection.DONT come here if yourre a toy collector. Somebody is running a very successful business.

Curbside is a complete joke and waste of time. Check in and wait 15 minutes and when I call they say they arent doing curbside at the moment even though it let me check in

I have been shopping at the Target off loop 336 for years. This particular location just had the BEST customer service! Returns, exchanges, cashiers dressing room staff all phenomenal. I wish I got more of their names but miss Abigail at the register and I had a great chat about plaid and colors schemes Pinterest and cats.So not only a great shopping experience with great quality, great prices and great color selection and TOP NOTCH trendy items (literally my entire Pinterest board) I had a great experience with the people there. Amid COVID pandemic where anger fear and rudeness dominate this retail therapy was EXACTLY what I needed. Good job!

Good section and store is always pretty clean. The Target staff is pretty friendly and offer good customer service. They also have a Starbucks at this location which is nice if you want a snack or coffee before, during or after shopping.

I have been using the “drive up” or “pick up” features quite often the past few weeks. Each time I have had a smooth experience & have been able to get in and out in a matter of minutes. Regardless of if I come in during peak hours or when it’s close to closing time, I have received great customer service each and every time.

Items in stock and easy to shop

I make a point to shop at Target at this time of year. It always has some of the best and most unique selection of Halloween candy and party items. I, also, bought our dog a cute costume. The prices seemed reasonable and there was no wait at check-out.

THE BATHROOMS HERE ARE FILTHY AND DISGUSTING! THE KIND OF NASTY I EXPECT TO FIND AT WALMART! SERIOUSLY CLEAN IT!!!

I have been in Target stores twice since the pandemic began and both times, the clerk that waited on me was not wearing a mask and did not practice social distancing. I like Target, but I will not return to a Target store until this pandemic is over.

This is a nice store and the staff is very friendly. I always find what I need at a good price. Ive really enjoyed it a lot more since they added the grocery side. Im glad the did the remodel its a much nicer place to shop. I have always loved the freshly popped pop corn too!

This is the most unkept, unorganized Target I have ever shopped. The store manager should be ashamed! Nothing is in its proper place, unlabeled shelves, dicontinued/out of stock items still on display. Total mess of a store.

The lady smiled and was friendly and went out of her way to help me.

Disgusted from the moment I walked in on Christmas Eve at 9:55 when hours on Google clearly state theyre open till 10. Which I understand lot of businesses dont update their Google hours even though they should especially retail businesses. The very first person I see when I walk into the door keeps yelling out how they close in 5 minutes and that they have families to. Well heres a word of advice for your employees who seem to lack simple customer service skills. If you cannot handle hours of the retail business world find another job or just keep your mouth shut.

Love this target! Its pretty quiet in here because of the fact that its not crowded. I love the toys, games and clothes. Its nice to see a wide variety of merchandise.

I think target is easy and affordable. You have everything I need and the employees are always so friendly.

My debit card number was stolen twice. Its too expensive. Customer service and manager rude and basically called me a thief when the shirt i bought didnt show up on receipt. I bought 5 shirts. They actually charged me 14.99 for the 8.49 shirt. The customer is always right. I will be returning all 5 shirts tomorrow and i will NEVER shop at Target again. I will tell everyone i know to ban Target. I was treated like a criminal over a little girls St. Patricks t-shirt. These were gifts. I will happily go elsewhere.

Its target, what else can I say?! Its the place you go to when you want to maintain the sanity you would have lost had you decided to shop at the Conroe Walmart. I love that its clean and much less crowded. However, the restrooms could use more attention.

Ordered and prepaid this stroller online. Due to the weather my wife called and asked lf she could pick up the next day. The lady assured her it was ok. Went to pick it up and theyd sent it back, refunded our account. 1 to 3 days. Repurchasemlm. Never again from Target!

It was easy for my wife who is disabled to pick up a Christmas present for our grandson.

Horrible. Me and my mother were just walking around. This employee that me and my mother seen, was is following us around the store, this employee made us feel uncomfortable and thought it was really rude!! He followed us around the entire store!!!!!! I will never go back to target!!!!!

I made the mistake of stopping here for a quick purchase of cards against humanity on turkey night because my family wanted to play, instead of being able to shop I was forced to stand in a ridiculous line until 6pm and then talked down to by the staff for having a conversation with a friend who was there before me. I will be filling a complaint with their corporate office over this, this is piss poor customer service and I will not be shopping with target in the future.

Shop there on 7/4/16 cashier name Anna give me very hard time during check out, I had target coupon and cartwheel 25% off offer, she refused to give me combine discounts. Anna set her own roles and regulations for coupons and discounts.

It was so easy to order from the list, convenient to pick up, allowed me time to shop for my personal needs besides the gift.

It was quick and easy and the associate was very courteous.

This location is usually not crazy busy. They could Spruce it up and little. It seems like a Walmart with a tux on when I go in there. I mean that, aesthetically and customer service.

Went to buy specific items. Went into the store, got the items -that were priced and out for the taking.... I goe to pay for the items and they tell me I can’t, someone made a mistake and they are not supposed to be “out”.

It was easy to find products, and check out fast and helpful at the self check out.

Great place to get some fast snack and do a quick shopping. We were driving for a long time. We took a break here and it was nice and enjoyable.

Bought a television from this location only to arrive home and realize the screen was shattered. We were told that they were out of stock and if we wanted to replace it we would have to go to another location. We did that, only to receive two more televisions completely broken. We figured it was due to a poor shipment, but what happened next is the main reason for this poor review. The spring location contacted this location and worked out a deal so that we could finally get a working television. The spring location called me and told me about the deal she had worked out for us and that the conroe manager said he would honor it if we went up there before they closed. Keep in mind it was about 10pm at this point. Regardless, I drove up to Target and I could see another television that had been pulled for the deal. The ladies scanned our receipts, the television and everything and told us that we now owed them $130.00 when the difference of the televisions was on $70.00 to begin with. I told the lady that wasnt correct and that the manager was aware of our situation and said that he had agreed to waive the difference if we came in that night. She went back there to confirm the deal and came back and began typing on the register. She told us that we now only owed them $100.34. Still approximately $30.00 more than the difference. We ended taking the broken television back home and informed the spring location that the conroe Manger went back on his word. She told us that if we came in the following morning that she would honor the deal for us since they wouldnt. Its sad that the Spring location did more to help remedy our situation than the store we made the purchase from. It took three days to get a TV I bought and paid for. To date, a regional manager has not called me regarding the aforementioned incidents.

They have really improved on their merchandise in Conroe! Really love the woman and childrens clothing departments! Never bought much there but now its my favorite place!

Had a return to do. “They’re not doing returns or exchanges until the 27th”. 3 days from now because “of the virus”. They’ll sure take your money any day. Wasted trip!!!

I love target! But the workers are really nice and helpful and always makes it easier if you cant find something or new to the area.

The manager or managers in charge of their dairy and food section in general need some additional training on how to properly delegate their employees and overlook their departments. Expired dairy stays on the shelves for over a month sometimes. I bought milk from there only to go home and discover it had been expired for a month. I returned it to the store and noticed that multiple items were expired in dairy. Went back a few days later after telling them about it and the items were still there. I finally told someone working sales floor in the dairy section and showed them. Next time I went those items were gone. Multiple examples of this exist in that department. It isnt the employees fault either but rather whoever manages them. Poor management creates poor employees. This store has never been perfect because retail isnt perfect, but theyve continued to decline in quality. Even their price checkers seem to all be broken.

My husband and si are handicapped no carts waited 45min witnessed children abuse cars while we waited brought to attention of mgr stated not her problem boycott walmartmany of us waited I got discussed. Today had ok experience bought otter phone case found same case at Walmart 14.00 cheaper wouldnt do price match but they. Did give me my money back. Lesson learned shop Walmart first

Nice store, good location. Usually a nice step up from Wallyworld. The employees seem to be on the ball. The negative - The cafe is always a mess!

They kept me at customer service for an hour trying to fix an error in my order. They switched shifts in the middle and had a new person try to do it and she started the whole process over because she didn’t know what was going on. Got home and it still wasn’t right and I missed out on a $20 gift card. They’ve lost a customer.

Always great selection of quality products and friendly customer service. The clearance area usually has a great selection that can have rock bottom prices that cant be beat!
