Nice selection of TVs. But I stood in the TV section from 7:15 to 8:00PM. Willing and ready to purchase an OLED. I asked two people to help, they said they would send someone over but they never came.
I bought an hp laptop at best buy long time ago its the last computer I ever bought from them . Plus buy Dell hp is junk . I like seeing all t h e tech in one place . The great reset means we get deleted . We are not in the 500,000,000 club so stand and fight .
I went in to purchase a car stereo not knowing what to expect due to the pandemic. I was pleasantly surprised. The stereo area was basically empty but the sales person helped me order the one I wanted and set me up for the install. When I came in a few days later for the install, I was pointed in the right direction to pick-up my equipment and the install was fast. Very fast. It only took 15 or so minutes to complete and everything works exceptionally. Thank you Best Buy team.
Absolutely horrible experience with Best Buy regarding this TV. Ordered online with the premium installation for $199.99. Scheduled delivery online. My credit card was charged seconds after I completed my order even though my delivery was several days away. On day of delivery, installation guy called me, said I likely needed a different mount. So now I must order this and reschedule my delivery. However, when trying to reschedule my delivery, my order was already in the in process of delivery status and couldnt be rescheduled. Called Best Buy every day for the next four days - no one could fix the issue. Created two escalation tickets for this, was supposed to be called back within 24-36 hours. Never received a callback on either ticket. Finally managed to get it rescheduled. Day of installation, delivery guy calls and asks me how far I am from the store. I say 50 minutes. He yelled 50 MINUTES? Then he started making up excuses for why he couldnt come that day...couldnt hide the cords/cables, etc etc. Later that day I received a call from a specialist and we reviewed the order and I got rescheduled for installation the next day. That evening I get an email that my product is now out of stock. Yes, two weeks later after I PAID for the TV, now Im told that its out of stock. And theyve had my money for 2 weeks. Called to question this, and the rep was incredibly rude and said I dont know why they take your money when the product is in stock, so I asked for her help to cancel the order. She said she would, then she hung up on me and then a few seconds later the order was cancelled. Still havent received any refund. Worst experience ever I will never buy anything from Best Buy again. And just so Best Buy can verify my identify and my story, my order number was BBY01-806487572856.

Best costumer experience I had. I was looking for a new laptop. The guy that was helping me was new there but very patient. I asked many questions and he took the time to make sure I understand what he was saying for every single one. I love my new laptop, thank you David T.
Alec was a great help with picking out a radio for my car. He was patient and I formative. He was very friendly and helpful, went the extra mile to insure I was happy and got what I wanted and needed. It was a great quick and easy encounter that had me leaving the store with a smile.
I noticed the wheelchair ramp was blocked by the curbside pickup sign. I let one of the employees know and he was so polite, respectful, and showed genuine concern. It was fixed in a matter of minutes. While this shouldnt have happened in the first place I realize people are not perfect and errors will be made. I was so impressed with how this was handled.
Typically the employees here are helpful but sometimes they are too helpful and won’t stop following you around. I purchased a google Wi-Fi kit even though the sales guy was trying to steer me away from it. I also wanted to purchase an Apple TV but the employee refused to price match it from Amazon directly. This location also seems to really push their new $200 annual subscription that gives you discounts and geek squad warranty’s. Wish I could shop in person and get similar deals without being bombarded.
Horrible customer service. We have spend a lot of money at Best Buy over the years, but I dont think well be going back ever again. We ordered a television that was scheduled to be delivered on a Monday. Monday night rolled around and we received a call requesting a reschedule for Wednesday. Wednesday came and around 3PM I decided to call to see if there was an updated delivery time only to be told it was rescheduled again (with no call or notification). Friday came and I received a call from the delivery guy stating that Best Buy would not release the television. I went down to the actual store in Conroe, TX (because it was not receiving phone calls - WHAT?) to see what was going on and was told that we had an appointment for Saturday between 7AM and 1PM and that I should call the delivery service myself to make sure theyll be there.What in the world? If youre going to use a third party to deliver your products, you better be sure that you can communicate with them and that theyll hold up their end of the deal. Dont expect the customer to do your job for you.
I love electronics, best buy has little competition in my area so I visit from time to time... Be ready for long wait times and high prices.. The open box items they sell at extremely high prices, cant understand pricing a refrigerator with a lot of damage 50 bucks below a new one.
Horrible as always. Went to buy a tumble dryer. No one came near me for 40 minutes. I left and went to Home Depot instead. Will never be back. Also closing my credit card too. Good riddance.

They did not honor there warrenty. Did not even try. Refused to give me managers name. Or district managers name and was ask to leave when I ask for that information. Now best buy district office. Wont answer their phone. I would not give them a single star thats the closest they have

Im rather disappointed with the selection of in stock items and the price of everything. Its way easier, cheaper and reassuring to shop online.
They insisted on charging a restocking fee for a defective item for over $300 dollars . The item was defective just like the item I had previously returned for the exact same thing two days prior. The manufacturer admitted it was defective and said I would have no problem returning it without any restocking fees and boy they were wrong. The manger so very rudly said since I signed a restocking fee agreement that it didnt matter if theres anything wrong with the item or not. I really thought I was being punked and kept looking and waiting for Ashton r come out. The manager was very rude and at one point Id really felt like he was just gassing me up and having a good time trying to get me to lose my cool with him because I cannot wrap my head around paying hundreds of dollars for a defective item that I had no control of.
Quick and easy. I placed an online order for a laptop, approximately 15 minutes later I received notification that it was ready for pickup. I live 10 minutes away and was there in about 15 and back out the door in less than 10 minutes. Whats there to not like about that? This experience is very representative of the majority of my visits to the Conroe Best Buy store.

Latre helped me tremendously. I needed cameras for indoor and outdoor. He didnt even work that area, but he took the time to look up whatever I needed and helped me find what I was looking for. Greatly appreciated the effort and time he took to be of service.
Pretty much done shopping with Best Buy altogether. Every time I order something, it’s never ready by the date it’s supposed to be. Without fail every time I get an email around 6pm saying oh no it’s delayed with no other information or a new timeline. I think if something actually arrived on time from this place I would die of shock.
HORRIBLE customer service not taking calls at the Conroe locations, have to waiting for 15 minutes on HOLD for another rep from who knows what location.. if you need repairs, better know how to do it yourself because BEST BUY SUCKS…. Will NEVER shop there again

A bit overpriced.. Was shopping for a mini SD card reader.. Best buy had 1 for $32.99 Went next door to Target just to look before i bought the 1 from Best Buy.. Glad i did because Target had that same exact reader for $13.99

Walked in with the intention of buying a phone for my girlfriend and me. We were looking at a new service provider and two Samsung like phones. No one but the greeter acknowledged us. All the girls working in the phone section or too busy talking about their boyfriends. My girlfriend and I strolled around looking at all the phones. I even made sure to pull out a lot of cash summing up over $2,000 and still no one came over to us. We left and went to a T-Mobile store right after, and bought two new phones and signed up. This clearly isnt the Best Buy for us.
If you feel like wasting tons of time, and enjoy horrific customer service this Best Buy is for you! I’m currently a college student, and I have a warranty on my surface laptop, I turned in my laptop to get fixed and I’ve made 3 unnecessary trips to this location because of Geek Squad mistakes, biggest waste of time.
Great shopping experience. Young man who helped my husband find just the right computer was so very helpful and kind. Then when my husband needed extra help with keyboard lites, a geek squad gentleman fixed the problem right away.. a super shop at Best Buy.
Had a galaxy watch that burned my wifes hand, got there but buy appointment only for someone to look at it, waste of time an 359$ out the window, and wifes burn mark on her wrist. Another company who tells customers to bad nothing we can do after waiting 3 hrs for them to tell us that.
Not good very misleading on product pricing. And they never seem to have anything like it use to be . No wonder amazon is putting them out of business. I want to give them half a star but it didnt work out that way .
Best Buy Conroe is a good store with good employees, but the last 2 times Ive been there I left because there wasnt anyone to help me. First with a digital camera then about a drone. Both times there was only one employee trying to help everyone from just behind the cell phone area all the way back. Both times there was 6-8 people waiting for help, ahead of me.
Ordered a replacement microwave oven online and had it shipped to local Best Buy for pickup. I parked in designated parking space and an employee verified id, brought it to car and placed it in the back of car.Well done!

This must be one of their Express locations or a scaled down store as it had products to sell (hardware) but very little in the way of media (DVDs, games,and software in general) staff members Anthony and Marcus made the shopping easy and quick.
David was very sweet and helped us on our entire visit, going and getting everything we needed... my husband wasnt feeling well and David made a huge difference... ty
Not a great experience. Selection was poor, service was very slow, and it was extremely hot in the store while I was there. One of the sales guys (once I finally found one) said that their thermostat is controlled by Corporate located up north somewhere. I dont know if thats true, but I left without buying anything after I started sweating inside their store.

This location is fine, the selection is okay. They can be helpful, if you misplace your receipt or someone accidentally throws it away they can find it sometimes in the system. Sean in the television department is very misinformed about manufacturer guidelines for television to wall spacing since he told my husband it was perfectly fine to put the TV in an enclosed space with less than 1/4 inch space between the wall and the television on the sides. This would absolutely interfere with with proper ventilation and the manufacturer strongly disageed with what Sean said. I guess if my televisions keep burning out that is good for Seans sales.
So cool. Beats Amazon or any other online shop. Must support otherwise no more local shopping

Went to our scheduled installed time for an alarm system, remote start, back up camera, and new radio. Made the purchase on June 17th for all the above items. We ask several times about all the items making it on time and pushed the install date out to accommodate all the items. Today July 5th comes we are here early for or eleven o’clock appointment. They open up and that’s when we find out that the radio is not here yet. We asked why Best Buy could not of contacted us about this before we drove an hour to get there. They said there system doesn’t do that. They best they can do is set up a new appointment which is almost a month out. Can’t believe that a computer giant built on technology can’t message you to let you know all the parts are not here. When I canceled the order it let me know that by email before I reached my truck to leave. This kind of service makes me seriously question Best Buy’s abilities in the electronic/ technology world. Just thought BestBuy was better then this
I love Best Buy! I always go here first when buying Electronics or accessories. One of the main reasons I do this is because of their return policy. Its so nice being able to buy a product with the peace of mind that if I dont like or it doesnt work it I can just throw it back to them and get my money back almost no questions asked. This particular location has excellent customer service, its clean, easy to get to, theres a great stock of items, and Im in and out in minutes. Ive never had an issue with this Best Buy. 5 out of 5 all day.

I purchased a small sound bar that will end up in another room but it will be a start for my husband. Probably wont shop again since the have discontinued a military discount program.
We went in to get a cable to transfer phone to tv. But the 2 ladies that helped us informed us that we would be on a wild goose chase so we asked what the best option was and they kindly informed us roku or Amazon fire stick would be best. 10/10 would go back.
DO NOT BUY PHONES HERE!! THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE OR REPAIR IT UNDER WARRANTY!! You will be stuck dealing with the manufacturer yourself and out a phone for weeks!! No other phone service provider that Ive used works this way. All other dealers Ive dealt with replace it or fix it in the store. NEVER AGAIN...
Don’t go here to buy phones from Nataly. Nataly has the worst attitude and horrible customer service. All of the other mobile associates were eager to help but Nataly specifically was just ready to clock out and leave 45 minutes BEFORE the store was closing. Ive worked at a mobile phone store and we’ve stayed HOURS passed close time to make sure the customer was happy. If you don’t like your job, work somewhere else. If I could put zero stars I would.
I’ve shopped at Best Buy for years, and this particular location has to be among the worst I’ve shopped at. I actually cringe whenever I look online and it shows the closest location to me with what I’m looking for in stock is the Conroe store. It’s not every employee, nor every time, as a few visits have been pleasant or normal. But twice now I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with Kimberly at this location. The prior also involved the store manager which was just has argumentative as she is. The first issue was over a simple misunderstanding, and once we figured out what happened the store manager and myself were fine. The fact it turned into an argument is what’s bothersome though. As both Kimberly and the store manager at the time seemed all to happy to push it to that point.And again, I look online and the only store in my area to have both items I wanted in stock was Conroe. So I drive all the way to Conroe to pick everything up. Only to find they don’t match Amazon on prime day. Yet, prior to driving out I tried to call the store to confirm the items were available. If I could have reached the store they could have told me then that they didn’t match Amazon. But you can’t call the store directly anymore. So I get to the register and she scans everything, I mention the Amazon price. And she quickly tells me they don’t match Amazon yesterday or today (prime day). I ask why, as that seems ridiculous. She says they don’t match prime day. No real, I’m sorry or anything more just a very short we don’t match Amazon yesterday or today. I say okay I’ll buy them online and turn to leave. To which I hear “good”. I then realize it’s the same girl I had the issue with before. I stop, turn around and ask her name she tells me Kimberly. I ask to see her name tag which was covered up, she shows me and again mumbles something when I turn around to leave. I again stop to ask what she said and then leave. She like the store manager I dealt with prior seem all to happy to be argumentative with customers if the opportunity presents itself. Admittedly, it may very well be Best Buy’s policy not to match Amazon’s Prime Day. But it’s how you choose to explain that policy to customers, and handle their obvious frustration with that policy that determines how well you do your job. I can say with all certainty that Kimberly, has no concerns in helping customers and is happy to argue with them if given the chance. While I might not be pleased with some of Best Buy’s changes over the years, employees like Kimberly would make even the best store unpleasant.
Has amazing TVs. A new $8,000 TV. Was a wonderful, awesome TV if you can afford that. Really cool Frame TVs that was awesome. Hung on the wall flat, just like a picture frame. We actually purchased a washing machine. Which is what we came in for. Maytag that was on sale $150 off original price. What a deal!!!
Not a fan of the dehumanizing experience that is curbside pickup, but they handled it well. Stuff I had ordered was out to me quickly after I got there. Follow up email was a nice added touch.

Ordered a very expensive monitor. Was told if damaged I could exchange. Item came damaged and I could exchange but only after I pay an additional $400 for price difference and repay for warranty.. on the same item! This location gave me terrible information. Do not go to this location. Theyre a joke. Go to the woodlands location. They actually know their product and take the time to actually help you.
Order washer and dryer from here both came in a day before schedule store pick and store associates loaded it in to my truck very pleased with my visit and online experience
I find that best buy is probably still the place to go for technology, yet if my most recent visit was indicative of anything it is a gradual decrease in the quality of service as online vendors slowly conquer this market. It wasnt subpar enough to warrant a negative review. however, it is my hope this review gets read and that best buy returns to its roots of excellent customer service, as this alone may be its saving grace.
With the Covid 19 pandemic going on everyone needs an appointment to shop. This helps protect the workers and customers, so good job Best Buy.We bought a Polk Signa S2 System and a 50 Samsung 4K. I installed the Polk system the same day. System looks and sounds great, easy to install even with the modifications I had to do to the front of the fireplace. The TV which is going to be replaced when they get the TV in.Might have been able to get the items cheaper through Amazon but I will get needed support from BestBuy if needed.
They have THE best price for new washer and dryer. And definitely THE best warranty for washer and dryer at no extra cost unlike other places, best brand, fastest delivery since their warehouse is in Houston and other places are not in Houston. Best all around deal. Thank you Best Buy. See you tomorrow for delivery of my new washer and dryer. Im a happy customer.
Disappointed. Curbside to pick up my order and the person doesnt say hi or anything/. She didnt check my Id or ask my code. just threw my item at me and by the time i looked in the bag and looked up she was gone only me and the tumble weeds

I went to best buy to get a ring doorbell because I wasnt sure which one I wanted. The guy sold me the second gen (which Is the one I was looking at originally) He proceeded to sell me a additional battery so I always had a charged one on hand for when the other one died.. I wasnt going to get it but he said the battery took 5 hours to charge so having a back up made it to where I would always have my ring available. WELL my ring died today. I went to change the battery to the additional charged one that I bought and come to find out the battery in the ring I got CANNOT be replaced so I have been without my ring all day and continue to be without it until it charges. Very disappointed that I went there to get advice for a product I wanted and end up purchasing a additional battery that was a waste of money and now have a dead ring!! I will be going somewhere else next time and make sure the sales associate knows what they are talking about and actually cares about my needs vs just selling stuff. Very disappointed!!! Ive had pros and cons with best buy but this is just the cherry on top of the bad things!! Make sure you have knowledge of electronics you are wanting to purchase before you come here. If not you are going to waste money on irrelevant items. This is the third time I have dealt with this IN DIFFERENT STORES!! They take advantage of you and just want your money. I do notshop there anymore but I went their this time because they had good prices and I do like the geek squad but of course, once again, they took advantage of me!

I like this store. Last visit I was looking for a white elephant gift. Kinda seems most things under $50 are things we all already have or specialty stuff that dont really fit the white elephant type of gift. Maybe ditch the car stereo stuff and make room for high tech camping stuff or something. Car stereo stuff kind died out around 2000. I am sure there is a market for it still but is it really worth having in your store? People seem to be getting into the whole overland stuff. There is some nice high tech accessories for that maybe? Maybe just put more cell phones or drones.

This was after several web searches, talking to Hisense, Roku, and talking to Best Buys support line. Nobody was able to help. Kris knew exactly what was needed to make it happen. I got the product home and it works flawlessly as he said it would. Thanks Kris!

Came in today for my first visit, looking for a drone that fit my budget. As a first time drone buyer, I didn’t know what to look for other than one that can shoot video and pictures. Upon entering the store, I asked if they had an expert in drones and was introduced to Shaun. I showed him a drone I saw on their website and he pointed it out to me; also gave me the specifications. But he said if I wanted to splurge a little, he recommended the Mantis Q. It was very nice and a little above my budget but not much. I decided to get the Mantis. He also helped me pick out the best carrying case for it and wasn’t too costly. Shaun was a very big help and gave excellent customer service!
