Went and got phone service here and I just wanna say all the employees were super nice and very knowledgeable about their stuff! Moe was the main one we dealt with but they were all awesome. Go see MOE.

I went to metro today to activate 2 new phones my bf told me the night before it should 117 with activation for 2 phones.I talked to Natalie, she activated 2 phones that are cheaper than the ones my boyfriend looked at the night before . She told me my total was 182 dollars but because I was a new customer she could give me some wireless ear buds and a fast charger about 85 bucks free .when I got home I gave the recept to my boyfriend and he said thats not right she charged for the free stuff after going to another store it was determined that she lied and charged for things I did not want saying they were free to boost her sales .

Nataly was so helpful we where going to perchance a phone from another company but she offered a year warranty and it was cheaper and Nataly was so informative with us and answered all the questions we had . 10/10 would come back

Dishonest business, I went to get 4 phones from a promotion. They told it is required to buy some stuff and added that to my bill. I called different Metropc locations and got to know what they are doing- went to other MetroPC store inside of Fiesta Conroe and saved lot of money.People should avoid these type of businesses. never give scammers a chance

Just paying your phone bill can take 30+ minutes because employees spend 10 minutes or more double-teaming pushing upsells to each customer.North Conroe location HOWEVER does make an effort to upsell, but is ALOT more considerate of customers time.It is quicker to travel across Conroe to the north location than to come to this store.

Phone service sucks, price is great. And you never know who is a authorized dealer. And they never tell you about deals they have on services unless they are just trying to make a sale.

Rude unappreciated bad serviceWent with my daughter to transfer her service over to a much better metro phone. She lives in Tx I live in Florida and recently upgraded she needed to but could not afford to. So I gave her my lg k20+ but as soon as we walked In the 2 ladies working didnt speak look bored and rolled there eyes and didnt want to do anything after being told the issue. She said to go to another metro. So I asked if she didnt know how to help she said she did but didnt want to.I told her I would contact Metro and notify them how disappointed I was her name tag said Esmeralda never saw name tags before.

Dont waste your time here if you are doing anything other then making a payment.They will try to overcharge you on items. Example: 40 dollars for a 10 dollar case is outrageous.Rude, if you are not buying a phone they will be short with you.Drive down the road to their sister store in HEB. Great customer service. They took the time to check a phone I was buying off CL. Answered every ridiculous question with a smile. Bought the same phone case here for 10 that this store tried to sell me for 40.

Metro by T-Mobile dealer charged me an extra $50 worth of accessories per phone without my understanding. Salesperson said the store policy claims I must by accessories in order to qualify for the Promotional discount on the $49 iphone 7. But would not give a price breakdown on what I was buying extra until I had paid for it. Extra charges: $19.99 screen protector and a $30 phone case from a bin that had only ten choices. I would of preferred to buy a case i like on Amazon. These cases look like something you can get for under $10 on ebay.So after leaving I had to return to the store in-order to get a receipt with a breakdown of charge and then noticed why I have a sour taste in my mouth and a feeling of being screwed over and taken advantage of. NO REFUND.Metro by T-mobile corporate Customer service was contacted and their reply is they are not responsible for how local authorized dealer run their shady business practices.

I dont recommend Metro PCs. There internet is too slow everywhere I am. Metro Pcs sucks. Good price but horrible service.

Ive used prepaid service for years. This is by far the best plan Ive had and the cheapest.

Phone service is terrible and not worth it. and i pay the unlimited everything. still waiting for my phone to load a web page and its been 7 minutes exactly. switching asap back to verizon!
