Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was in the store over three hours just to get a line transferred to a new account (the guy was working on it the whole time, there wasn’t a wait). While there I was told I could trade in a device for a $700 credit. However, it has been multiple months since the trade in and I haven’t seen any credits to my account. I’ve dreaded the idea of going back so I tried to work with customer service online. The first time I called I was told the credit would be processed shortly. The second time I was told I would have to go to the store for assistance…
Jackie was amazing and patient. She did everything she could to make sure that she saved me the most money and all of our needs were met. When I have bought a new phone in past, I have left feeling like I paid too much. Jackie explained everything and made sure that we only paid for what we needed. Definitely 5 star service! This was while dealing with 3 kids asking questions. She took the time to answer all questions and give great service. Thank you again!!
DO NOT GO HERE, go to an actual Verizon store. If you have I would take your bill up and have it looked at from the actual Verizon store, also have them check to see if you have sub accounts you didnt set up. Got two phones and a computer upgraded from this location. They talked us into the promotions of 425 off the phones. Come to find out They never applied it to our account. When we spoke with them they told us it would show up over time. Fast forward a few months, we tried to upgrade another line at the actual Verizon store and our account was blocked because we had a 85 dollar past due balance on a sub account we didnt set up. Called customer support and they said they should have never moved our lines. When they did it caused fees that did not apply for what we were doing. We went over our bill with customer support and they charged us 80 dollars for services that should not have been there. We went back to a previous bill from the same place and they over charged us 60. If you want to keep your account correct and money in your pocket, do not go here.

My experience was great with Mr Wa G after being frustrated since I got switched to Verizon he was the only one that was able to resolve my issues with my promotions and on top of that he explained to me all the new deals and got me to enroll to get insurance on my devices and made sure he could save much money as he could so I felt he was actually looking out for the customer definitely needs some kind of bonus.

It blows my mind how tough of a time I had today with having my account suspended due to none payment when I didnt have my pin code to my account to make a payment. However, that didnt stand in front of Wa_G to ensure I had access to my account in order to make a payment to restore my services. So Thank You Wa_G for going above and beyond and providing note worthy customer service. I hope that management and corporate see the level of service that you sir are catering to their clientele and covering Verizons Assets when Verizon aint even covering them. Thank you again Wa_G for making sure... how does one of Verizons slogans go again? Making sure that Im covered. So if his manager or the owner of this store, or corporate is reading this! Then please give this man a much needed pay raise, or an office with an ocean front view. Whichever comes first sir, thank you again, and I know your going to be successful wherever you are employed a d make a career. Hopefully Verizon sees that your taking care of their Assets, and decide to take care of your Assets. So they have happy and loyal customers and you have a career or employer who values your service.

We had a good experience with the friendly and helpful staff at Verizon off 242. The sales person spent over an hour helping us to select a new phone and was even able to transfer a lot of my info off my apple phone and onto my new Samsung!

Waj is the man to see. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me understand billing as well as the proof I personally needed for promotions that were out of his control. I went in to cancel in all honesty because of concerns that were of no issue with him but Verizon itself and LG. Way to go man for making it all happen for me and doing every last thing you could. If you dont want to make $960 mistake, learn from my lesson. When I saw Verizon sign on the new plaza of our neighborhood, I went to the store. As you can see on the picture attached, I didnt notice that it is a 3rd party authorized retailer. I desired to move my 4 lines to Verizon at low cost possible, so I went there twice to ask 100 questions about starting fee and the plans. All I heard from the representative, it is only $19.99 and $200 MasterCard gift per line for switching to Verizon. After the process was almost finished, they surprised me that there is an additional cost of $10 per plastic sim card. Now it is + $40 more. After I downloaded the Verizon app, I found that there is another $30 activation fee per line.Oops, another + $120 more. When I went home to apply for my $200+$200+$200+$200 gift cards through the website they gave me, I found that I am not illegible because I didnt buy a new phone from Verizon and the promised prome didnt work. So I lost the hope to get $800. My mistake was that I didnt go to official Verizon store which I didnt know there is a difference. As I found from Verizon, they dont charge $10 for sim cards at official Verizon stores. Also, Victra doesnt have access to Verizon accounts, so they couldnt tell me that there is extra activation fee per line. The Victra worker was not knowledgable like Verizon reps to say to me that $200 promo will not work for me. Now, you may have a question - It is your mistake, why did you rate them 1 star. As a small business owner, I believe every business should operate with integrity. I gave that store 1 start for lack of integrity. None of them told me that they are Victra and not official Verizon store. They didnt tell me right away about an extra $10 sim card even though I stopped twice to ask it. They reassured me that I qualify for $200 promo per line and will get it in the mail within 30-60 days to spend for anything I want.As a conclusion, next time I would spend 5 mins and drive a few miles to a nearby official Verizon store than go to Victra. However, you may have a better experience with them. They just opened, and maybe I was first to encounter it. So good luck, but check on integrity first!

I was there Tuesday night. I had a smashed phone and didnt know what to do. The young gentleman there was very attentive and helped me get a brand new phone. The manager on duty was amazing and explained to me my contract and helped the sales man get me not only a new phone but one 100xs better with new earbuds free of charge. This store has been by far the best store I have ever had to go in and actually have the employees talk and care about the customers instead of having a tablet in hand waiting for the next big sale. This store is one of the last few that understand customer service and they deliver 100% I would go back there before going anywhere else.

I walked out with an iPhone 11 a Apple Watch series 3 and a tablet because the deal he got me was way too good to pass up. I’m a hard customer to sale too but Wa-G was super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my purchase and I know he’ll always have my back with the devices. My fiancé and I loved working with him and had the best experience then any other carrier I’ve been with. Sh I could give zero stars!!! GO TO AN ACTUAL VERIZON STORE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY!! I went in early sept to see about switching my 4 lines from T-Mobile.. They told me the iPhone and androids were bogo and with my USPS discount I wont have activation fees.. So I traded in 2 phones on the spot and mailed one in.. Got my first bill for almost $600 .. I was told it would be high the first 2 months but they had activation charges of $160 on there.. My second bill they credit the $160 after I called customer service.. Well come mid October I havent got the $450 for the phone I mailed in or the bogo on the iPhones. So I go up there and krysten said she look into it... She called me 10/17 telling me she was working in the bogo and also looking into the $450 credit on the phone I mailed in and shed call me back in an hour.. Well after a few days if hearing NOTHING I sent her a text, no reply, so the next day I sent her an email.. Still NOTHING! So today 10/28 I go up there to see whats going on and she wants to get an attitude with me.. Bless her heart! Thank god I had just took my meds and was able to count to ten before I let her know Im not the one!! She called customer service and was snappy with that rep . today was the first I heard that I was suppose to submit for 4 $200 gift cards for my trade ins.. So when I left today not much was accomplished and Im REGRETING ever going to Verizon!! Nothing but lies to get me to switch to them.. If its not straightened out by Nov. 1 Im canceling and going back to T-Mobile and I will get the phones I traded in BACK!!

The Greenspoint Verizon store near beltway 8 was pitiful, and I was ready to leave Verizon. Crystan helped restore my faith in this company. She cares about customers and is genuine. She cares about customers more than any other store staff I have experienced in Houston and El Paso. Thank you Crystan. You help alot of people.
