We ended up wanting around 30 - 45 minutes which was fine as we were walk ins. MacKenzie helped us out and she was amazing! My phone had completely died on me, couldnt get it to turn on. She was able to hook me up on a great deal for the S21, my old phone, and even pointed out a discount we werent receiving. She helped navigate us through the process and explained everything. Not one time did she seemed bothered by us, our issues with the dead phone, or the challenges that came with it. She was totally awesome and I recommend her!

If I could get a signal from another provider, I would leave them in a second! The most rude man greeted us, they do NOTHING for customers of 18 years! And as an FYI if your new phone battery explodes, expect to pay 200 bucks for the warranty fee. Then they send you a refurbished phone they turn around SELL for 200 bucks! But, if you get a new phone you pay an ACTIVATION FEE! SICK OF the bs. Might be time to go back to landlines. Sucks to be dependent on poor service!
Friendly staff tried to help me with my Galaxy watch and allowed me to stay for quite a while even though we werent able to correct the problem.

I went to Verizon Conroe a couple of days ago was having phone issues and the guy at the door immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it within less than 5 minutes I really like that store because its easy to get things done and their prices are good
No one ever answers the phone which is to say the least disappointing from a phone store. You would think with as much revenue this location pulls in there would be a someone answering calls. Never in my life have I had to make an appointment to spend $1400 on a phone. Good job guys, Best buy is getting my business today.

Quick to make a sale, poor for customer service.I spent 3 days off and on on hold trying to speak to a live person in regards to an upgrade and new phone purchase I made and had issues with 2 days later. The online support is very poor, and in some cases non functional when directed to different links.I understand with Covid you are limited to in store occupancy and the need to drive sales virtually, so instead of cutting staff to save labor costs, Why not put more staff on the phones to help with customer service?PS... Issue still not resolved. Not looking forward to making a 20 mile drive to Try and get in to speak with someone.

Fabulous Customer Service, Purchased a phone out of state, and even though the Company Store was not obligated to correct an Independent Retailers mis-information related to a defective phone exchange issue, the Store Manager and Staff went above and beyond the Call of Duty to correct my situation. Terrible terrible customer service! Trying to resolve an issue that is MORE than 6 months old on a CLOSED account! First visit, service rep was less than helpful. I waited 30+ minutes to get into the store and all he could do was to give me a number to call. Called the “number”, rep was courteous and advised that I go BACK to the store and get the issue resolved. The “solutions manager”, Evette, was almost RUDE while I tried to explain . After 30+ minutes with a rep (once I was finally allowed in the store), hopefully this issue is resolved, which is LESS than $100. Left hand doesn’t have a clue what the other “hands” are doing!!!!! So glad, I am NOT with this terrible company!

I have always loved dealing with the employees at this store until today. Had to wait outside for over an hour because of COVID 19 issues. Absolutely no problem with that except they only had three people helping customers and two of them spent more time visiting with the security guard than helping customers. Finally I get an employee. Prior visits involved being helped by very knowledgeable employees. This gal knew absolutely nothing, she was nothing but an order taker. Extremely disappointed in my visit today. I was going to upgrade my phone but after dealing with her decided to not bother. Hopefully this store will return to its prior exceptional service.

The lady at the door said there is a two hour wait time.And was very rude with the way she said it. So I will be leaving a 1 star for lack of customer service and 1 star for lack Of employees there was only Six people in the store I counted.
Blame blame blame. Manager tried to help, but knew my phone had a chip that would make transferring carriers impossible. She did try. She also made sure my balance was paid off. It was $.02. Never purchase a phone from Verizon. Ever.

I understand social distancing and how a store must adapt right now, but only allowing ONE person per family sure makes it difficult to shop WITH KIDS! Sadly I was told this policy was so that they could help other customers. What about THIS customer? I am disappointed that this was the solution. Happily found what I needed at another place.

I arrived today 20 minutes before the store was scheduled to close. I was greeted outside by someone who treated me with indifference and said the only way I could purchase a phone is if I took it home and did everything myself because we would be in the store past 4 pm if they did the transfer. Really? So I drove 30 minutes arrived at the store with plenty of time and was turned away. Since when can’t you be in a retail store 10 or 15 minutes after closing after arriving when the store was still open?
Horrible store they never answer the phones, I went to this store twice once on the 29th of October to upgrade my phone the girl who sold it to me seemed like she was in a rush and just wanted to sell it to me, so I can leave. Then I went back on the 14th of Nov as I was walking up they had a girl by the name of Evette/Evetta that was checking everyone in at the door, she was so rude I heard her being rude to the customers as I was walking up, and then when she got to me she was still rude with a attitude, you can tell she thought very highly of herself, if I wasn’t in a rush to get the phone I would of went to another store to give them my business, I tried going to another store before going back but for what I was trying to do sadly I had to go back to this store! I pray I never have to step a foot in this store again.
One thing I am frustrated about is that I was online and for some reason they do not sell the Samsung galaxy s4

Rude staff, doesnt listen to customers, tries to upsell you on phone you specifically said you dont want, sleazy, Shady, and unprofessional, I almost switched to another carrier due to the attitude of the salesman, and had I not spoke with Frankie at customer service I would have left taking my 3 lines of service somewhere else. Screw this store, I wont be back.

So I came in on Saturday May 23, 2020 was told they close in an hour which would have been 4 pm the solutions manager told me she could not help me even though they were on the only Verizon that had the phone I wanted to get my daughter for her bday she even looked the phone up and told me she had it in stock, told me to return Tuesday when they would reopen after the Memorial Day holiday. So an hour before your store closes you start refusing sales that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. If you want to close at 3 pm post hours of operations for 3 pm not 4 pm.
I made an appointment and got a call back from Anthony, who was extremely rude and told me that he could not let me pay in store like the website told me. Then he told me that if I showed up, he would not allow me in the store under any circumstances. I am wondering if he was trying to give the appointment to someone else, ir is all of thee employees at this store that rude and outright hateful. I wonder is I need to change carriers if this is the way Verizon intends to treat their loyal customers, regardless of the pandemic. I do not appreciate being talked down to or yelled at.
I had the pleasure of Chris work with me on the purchase of 3 new phones for my kids. Chris is knowledgeable, efficient, and patient, I told him that I had forgotten my eye glasses and that he would have to help me out. He said no problem and went right to work. Love that guy!

OmG.. we sat there for over an hour while Antonio was helping us with a phone, we have been having problems with since we bought it. We had spoke to numerous techs, even tier 3 techs on the phone. Numerous phone calls to different techs, numerous visits to different stores. It seemed nobody could help us with this phone.Then Antonio had a thought... Im not reall sure what it was I was so upset I had stopped paying attention. He swapped something on the phones and now it works!Wow.. over an hour, he was determined not to let this phone beat him. He did a fantastic job!Much praise and appreciation that Antonio didnt just give up like all the others did.

I purchased the Note 10+ with the buy one get one as a preorder and I was to receive a $200 gift card for adding a line and switching to the unlimited data plan. I did all the steps they said to do, through the Verizon sales rep that sold me the phone, I was then denied the promotion because the sales rep lied, you had to switch from another carrier, not add a new line. Verizon refused to honor what the sales rep said and now had to pay to close another phone line, I lost my lower rate date plan because he switched me to unlimited. Verizon will tell you anything to get you to buy a phone and get the sale and they do nothing to honor it. Very distasteful.
Been with Verizon for more than 20 years. I have never had a problem with any of the staff. I (we) have been extremely happy with Verizon and I dont plan on making any changes now or in the long range future.
I have been coming here for several years now and it had always been a good place to go. However, they have change more than their show room. The last 3 times Ive come here the service and attitudes have been very poor. Im done with these guys. There are too many places to shop to be dealing with this particular Verizon dealer.

Sales person didnt listen nor seem to care about what we wanted on a new phone. She just looked at our old phones and showed us newest model of the same phone (Android) We asked about different brands and which would best meet our needs. She never answered our questions, just told us the monthly prices of the different phones. We finally left in frustration.

I cant believe it! We have been with Verizon for years, always Android! My mom was sold a deal today. 3 free iPADS. We dont own a single Apple app... ANYTHING! Now, she is going to have to pay restocking fee because someone sold her something she didnt understand. Shame on that salesperson!

I’ve been a Verizon customer since 2006, I moved out to Conroe a couple years back. This store has exceeded expectations for me, more than I have ever experienced in the past. WOW, Avoid this store if you have technical problems. Went to store to get some help w downloading pictures to my Co. Program for residential installs, the pictures were locking up when I would try to transfer them, had over 4000 pics and 500 were needed for installs not started yet. Veronica apparently did not know how to back up the pics to the cloud. After starting a factory restart She informed me she had to punch out and would put me back in the queue and left me hanging.I waited for the restart to finish and upon completion all my pictures were gone, all my contacts and texts were gone and not saved to cloud. After numerous attempts by tech support they are unretrevable. The store Mng. Brandy would not talk to me or call me.Time and effort to retake pics will cost me thousands. Corporate offered me $25.00 for my trouble. BYE BYE VERIZON Had service since 1996.Reply to your reply, your Mng. Brandy will not return my calls and is always not in the store when I try to talk abought the problem. Some find it easier to run from their problems.

I went to this location because I knew that it was a corporate store. I just changed from Sprint because of coverage issues around my job. Adrian assisted me and was very pleasant to deal with the entire time. I left Verizon 10 years ago because of poor customer service, but it has certainly come a long ways since those days.

This is my favorite store to visit for all my Verizon needs. It is a corporate store which means the employees have a lot more knowledge and have more capabilities to help you out than an authorized retailer. I have been a Verizon customer for about 14 years and they show that they respect that customer loyalty by treating me like a VIP every time I walk in the store. If I cant do something at the store and need to go online or make a call, they help me do that right in the store.

I have been dealing with Verizon for 22 years and this particular location every since they opened the door. I have always walked out a happy customer, until today!!! I was charged a $50.00 restocking fee for one of their wifi boxes, the size of a cigarette box. I had 14 days to try it out and for any reason at all if your not satisfied, bring it back, no worries never once was a 50.00 restocking fee mentioned. Although at the very bottom of the last page it did mention it in small writing. I pay these people 125.00 month for phone service and have been for years and this is how they treat a long time customer. Its so frustrating!!!

This was the worst service Ive ever had!The verzon store rep began to help me then while I was put on the phone by her with another Verizon rep she went to help another customer. When the Verizon employee on the phone needed to talk to the store rep she came back after I gestured for her several times., then told the Verizon rep on the phone she basically didnt have time to help me she was now helping another customer buy a new phone. Then handed me the phone & walked away back to the other customer. The Verizon rep on the phone apologized but was unable to help me without the store rep.Ive been a Verizon customer since 2003.
Verizon customer service is usually great. Today we had the pleasure of dealing with Jese at the Conroe, Texas store and he went above and beyond to help our daughter. He answered all her questions with ease and suggested which plan would work best. Thank you Jese for all your help.

They have great service here and besides the cost of their accessories the really are one of the best mobile carriers. Never really lost a signal with them and always gotten the help I needed from the employees in store or over the phone.
Worst customer service and this is a corporate store!! If you are looking for great customer service and a friendly staff go see Andrea at the Woodlands location right outside the Woodlands mall. She is the store manager and will definitely take care of you. Verizon is a great carrier and may be a little more expensive but should come along with great customer service. The stores like the one in Conroe should realize we can spend our money with any carrier and when you are more expensive than the others we demand excellent service not only when activating a phone but also when there is an issue. Great job Andrea. Keep up the good work. I will refer everyone I know to your store.
This store doesnt even deserve one star. The manager, Jasmine, is rude every time I have come in here and she tries to avoid speaking with customers.My issue was trying to handle something that Tech Support told me to do. Tech Support also told me if they had any issues, to call them. The manager refused to do that. Save yourself the trouble and visit the Woodlands store. Well worth the drive.

Usually good and fast service and honest salesmen sometimes however they are persistent and actually lied about a tablet deal and then we were stuck paying for them for 2 years. We were told they were completely free with our phone upgrades and there was no hidden costs at all. Didnt like the lying. Also the Verizon name brand fast chargers are not that great Ive actually gone through 6 of them due to they always have shortages in their charging boxes. Probably not the stores fault but just worth noting. Same with one of the tablets also Verizon name brand we got one with a defect and had to mail it off for replacement and the one they replaced it with had a defect as well. After replacing it twice we gave up and are just paying for the tablets until the two year contract ends next month with them. Just hate how they lied to get a sale. Other than that usually very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite salesmen and team here.

The employees seem to struggle with simple questions and give slow service. They cant give a definite answer when asked about their plans. Its always Let me check or I dont know. Im not saying they should learn their products and services down to the smallest detail, but at least learn the basics of the plans.

Called back in Dec of 2013 to get 3 lines disconnected that were done with their contract. Lady on the phone went through the whole spill to try and keep them lines for me (no no and no) ok she said they are being disconnected. So then I got my husbands line on a 500min plan for 35$. I check my account today and find out they never disconnected the 3 lines and added a 500min plan to my account without removing the other 3 phones..so my bill totaled to 350+ dollars. Called today to correct the mistake and this lady told me that the lines are now disconnected but because they can not prove that I called to make a change that Im still having to pay the 350 dollar phone bill!!! Ive never had a problem with them until today!!!! Over 5 years with them....They just lost a forever customer.
This location of Verizon are not knowledgeable on the phones they sell! Just called looking for the Galaxy S7 with the Octa-core platform and he was like what are you talking about!!!??? This is just unacceptable they need to evaluate the current employees they have with knowledge about products and current technology that is out and is available to them!!!
Not all clerks are helpful. They told me I could get a new phone because of my loyalty. I drove there and clerk told me they dont have any free phones. What a frustration. Maybe they dont need my business after almost 20 years.

I just want to say that I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service at Verizon in my area. I just switched to Verizon from AT&T. The change was triggered primarily by coverage but I can now say that Customer Service would be a good reason to switch all by itself.
