Whenever my boyfriend & I walked in the two employees one female with blue hair and other male with brown hair didn’t greet us, only quickly asked if we had masks, then looked back down to their phones and didn’t look up the entire time, not even whenever we left. It was just rude and shows that the employees at this location are lazy, nonetheless I won’t be shopping here.

Knowledgeable staff, comparable prices with good deals, and the associate working was very professional and polite when a man came in and argued about having to wear a mask.

This place never has any new controllers. I went in to swap my controller for a new one with my warranty and the guy offered me a refurbished one. Out of desperation I accepted and I take it home and the analog pulls left. Get professional GameStop. It’s really not hard to order extra controllers

Gamestop is a great place to find Games at reasonable places. The staff at these stores are always knowledgeable on the latest games, and willing to give an honest opinion that is really helpful. The stores are typically small, and this one is no exception. It is well-stocked, and have a huge selection. If they dont have what you want, theyll work with you and help you find it at another local store. This particular store is sometimes difficult to get to, due to its location facing loop 336.

This has become my weekly stop for sales. I come here often for games i lile the resale value of hard copies still. The clearence and other toys are great for gifts. Staff so nice with my boys. I recommend coming often for good deals.

Nick is indisputably the best employee, not just at GameStop, but one of the greats among customer service employees. Hes super polite, patient, and will happily look into finding extra information pertaining to your purchase or trade-in games to save you more money or get you more store credit. The store has a nice atmosphere when its not too busy, and theres plenty to see when while your waiting for your turn in line.

This is the only GameStop worth shopping at in the entire county. The guys are knowledgeable, very nice and helpful. I highly recommend.

I will never shop here again. The heads of this company are ordering employees to stay open during the pandemic even if ordered by lawmakers. They are not giving workers paid leave, & are lying about cleaning the stores. Do not take kids here, stay home!!!

My husband tried to return a controller we bought the day prior. Brodix would not return it for him so i went in with my husband and show him that the reciept said it could be returned he was so rude he talked about me not reciting the recipt return policy correctly and that it would save us both time if i would have just told him to read the receipt.. He definatly needs more customer training and he also talked badly about the customer he had on the phone to us ..

Staff is very knowledgeable and kind. They said that they no longer take xbox elite controllers for trade in which is weird to me since the website says they do and they are as rare as seeing the California Raisins in concert.

Went to this store to trade in my Xbox one to which the man at the counter said he didnt like the way it smelled and sent me away as well as sending another couple away rather than helping them. Ive been coming to this store since I was a kid.. Unfortunately this experience has killed my respect for this location. Used to be a great location.

For starters having the district manager call me (the ability to do his job), employees stop playing favoritism on reservations 10 DAYS AFTER RELEASE, employees not have an attitude or argue with customers, store manager and assistant managers to not lack communition skills towards evening employees when switching over shifts. It’s an understatement when I say SOMEONE DROPPED THE BALL!

I love going to GameStop in Conroe Texas off I-45 and Loop 336. They have some of the best prices and games and stuff there to get.

Great customer service and always remembers who you are and game prferences. With a few questions they recommend games that are fit for you. The manager here really wants to help. Ive had several conteollers that have went bad and they always replace them with a receipt with a smile. Cheap games and lots of fun.

Jordan was totally cool with me calling him and asking 10000 annoying questions about how to buy things in the store with everything going on, and was very polite and helpful each time. My favorite store .

Came to preorder a star wars figure and was immediately told that GameStop only allows preorders for POP figures even though i had preordered a star wars figure at another GameStop a couple months before. Now I understand each store gets different products and quantities but when asked if they could please look it up the gentleman behind the counter rolled his eyes and started giving me attitude for asking him to look it up. I call the one down the road by target woman answers and is more than happy to help me order the figure I was looking for

Mgr is very knowledgeable and friendly. Store is clean and organized. However, they seem understaffed on several occassions.

Decent selection of games, accessories and the like. However, tonight is the last time I will be visiting any Gamestop location as this has been the 4th time I have gone up to the register to purchase a game I have been looking forward to, and they are unable to ever find the disk. While the people helping us were very apologetic, its very unprofessional (even during the holidays) to not keep your stock organized. The line behind us became very long and I was embarrassed that it took that long just to tell us they didnt have it. The gentleman helping us offered to have the same game held at their other location, but I wasnt in the mood to drive to the other one as it was cold and raining. Many used stores offer to transfer stock to other stores in instances like this, which again I thought was rude that it wasnt offered. Shop there if you want, but Half Price Books, Games Plus, Retro Game Pro, pretty much any place other than Gamestop will serve you better in the long run.

This location is the best by far that Ive been to keep it up the other conroe location really needs people skills and not try to rip the customers off

I was told when I called the location that they would get more Nintendo classic consoles. The guy said every Friday. I show up and am second in line. The guy in front of me said he called and that he was told they received 3 consoles. We entered the store when the worker opened the door. The worker said that they did not have any, and that all the other stores received three but not them...hmm odd! I went to the other store located in Conroe on Davis street and was told by workers before the doors opened that they had only 2...Fishy, fishy...could you guys be holding back on us and giving them to your friends and family. PROBABLY! Sad...This is why I probably wont shop here again...

I always have great customer service at this store. The last time I was there, the staff went out of their way to help me find an item that was difficult to locate. I went to GamesPlus across the street and they would not accept several of the games I had for trade because they had too many copies of those games already, which is understandable. I went into this GameStop and they took everything I had to trade in and gave me a decent price, too. For those who complain about low trade-in values: Are you retarded? Of course you could get more money if you sold the games individually on eBay or something, but do you know how much time and effort that would take? Too much to make the price difference worth it for me. No one is forcing you to trade your games in at GameStop, and if you dont like the prices they offer, then *shop somewhere else* or sell the games yourself.

Absolute crap customer service. Very limited selection, and overpriced used games. Trade in value of games is pennies to every dollar they are actually worth. Just go to GamesPlus right across the street. They offer you more money, and have a much better selection than gamestop for used games. I traded in 21 games at gamestop and only received $76.56 in store credit. But wait, theres more! The employee charged me for items that i did not purchase and only credited me $55.46. I could have gone to GamesPlus and received around ~150 bucks for everything.I have had it with this crappy company. They rip you off and offer you offensive trade in prices, only to slap a hugely overpriced price tag on that game you just traded in.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
