I took the iPhone 10 on Thursday to be repaired. He said it was the battery .He was supposed to call me the next day and let me know exactly what it was before he repaired it. I never received a call. I went to pick it up on Monday and he said that he had to update it. I called back later and he still did not have it done I tried to call today and the phone wasnt working there. A friend of mine finally walked over there and he said that he still hadnt got it done that it wouldnt update. We finally just told him to give the phone back. We paid the 85 for the battery but I shouldnt have. I should have had just had him give me the phone back with the old battery because I dont think he knows what hes doing. I dont think that he even ever worked on it until I came there. Never again.

Called to get my iPhone 11 screen repaired, and the lady that I spoke to told me she would check on a price and get back to me. She then hung up the phone and hasn’t called me back since. She was rude the entire time, I would not recommend coming to this shop for any phone needs.

Just to drop advice, notice how all the one stars share a story, and all the 5 stars sound generic. Also notice that ALL the five stars only have 2 reviews, this place and the metro store that’s also in HEB... ?Notice how there’s no 2, 3, or 4 star reviews, just real one star reviews, and a bunch of fake five star reviews... don’t trust it...

I purchased a long cord charger for my iPhone. Ill not work if plugged into a power strip on derictley into the wall plug. I originally only wanted a short cord. The lady talked me into purchasing a long one. Will not let me return. Will not buy from them again. 👎👎👎👎👎

I only clicked on one start so I could share this experience. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!I took my girlfriends LG G3 there to fix the phone screen. They said it would take 3 days. It took over a week to get my phone back because they didnt know how to fix it! When we finally got it back, it looked horrible. You could see light coming through... The screen didnt fit properly at all. Two months later, we are having voltage and battery problems. We had to eventually send to LG to get everything done right from scratch. Not only did they do a bad job, they damaged the phone further.They cost us more money than the phone was worth in the long run.DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

I purchased a brand new phone from this store in February. Well 2 weeks ago (August ) it just completely stopped working. Wont do ANYTHING. I called Samsung because Im supposed to atleast have a manufacturer warranty. After giving them the IMEI number i was informed that the store sold me a 3 year old REFURBISHED phone. So I called the owner Jay .. and he refuses to replace the phone. I told him it is illegal to sell someone a refurbished phone advertising it as a brand new phone. He told me he doesnt want to learn any legal advice.
