Excellent customer service, above and beyond expectations

If youre thinking about buying a car here read this and think twice. I bought a car here, few months later it started having transmission problems, they did send it to the shop but it took a month to get it back, and they didnt fix the problem but added another one, long story short Ive taken it 3 times over the course of the loan and the problem remains, stay away from this dealership.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Woodlake Motors, I could not be any more pleased. Always a good experience, honest & fast service. I highly recommend them for your automotive purchasing needs.

They Sold my son a car saying it was a good car and mechanically sound. Not so, it had a bad head gasket. A few days after driving the vehicle, oily coolant started boiling out of the reservoir. We took it to our mechanic and he said it had been that way for a while. We told Steve, the owner of woodlake motors, and he said too bad. He said it was our problem. He wouldnt even repair it or help. Hes a thief and a liar. Scam artist at his best. Dont trust him.

Talked to a salesman Steve - rude and short with me the entire time. Came in knowing what I was looking for and didn’t seem to like my questions or bother with taking the time to answer them properly. No price tags on anything and when asked got prices pulled out of thin air that were not consistent when asked more than once. Overall terrible customer service and inconsistency with the vehicles. No idea how this place has gotten more than one star at any given time or how they are seen as any kind of a reliable dealership.

This place was very understanding of my situation and yes I got a older car with a lot of miles but that what happens when u experience hardships in life. I love the Honda Accord I got and there were some minor adjustments they fixed with no issie!!! These people are extremely caring and friendly !!!! What do u people expect when u but something with a lot of miles yes things are going to go wrong but if u could afford a real dealer ship u would not be here be thankful for places like this one !!!

They do NOT finance!!!! Even though they have a sign that says WE FINANCE it is not in house! You still have to fill out credit application. I cant stand false advertising. I even called up there and they told me they do in house but when I get there its the same story about filling out an app! I also dont appreciate Steve having a little attitude asking if my husbands credit is bad or something....wake up call buddy: if a person is shopping there rather than a REAL dealership then OVIOUSLY there are credit issues! So expect it and dont shame people for it!

I was forced to use a buy here pay place after idenity theft. I choose this dealership after being re assured my payments would be reported to the credit beaureaus, not the case. Staff was super friendly, and most helpful just not completely honest.

Most of the cars at Woodlake Motors that Ive found have previous problems that were not reported to Carfax. If you can verify the car youre buying is ok, then by all means purchase it. If not, buyer beware!

This car dealership is a total joke . The customer service is absolutely horrible . They say that they do in-house financing but they do not . It is nearly impossible to get a callback from anybody that works there . I highly recommend for anybody thinking of going to this place to go elsewhere .
