Ive been buying cars from Mr. Bob for years. My family has been buying cars from him too. All of our cars we have bought from him. They are reliable, good, clean cars. I love my Chevy. You cant go wrong shopping here. Mr. Bob is fantastic. He wont steer you wrong.

Not easy to work with at all, I was all ready to purchase a car from them, even pay them their asking price (they accept no negotiations) but wanted to make sure it can make the 1500 plus miles home if I did, so I asked if they can send additional pics, they said no, I asked if they would be willing to bring it to a nearby shop so I can pay the shop my self to inspect the car, they said no. Also the car was brought to them from Illinois (a salt/rust state) so I asked them if there was any rust to the vehicle, they avoided that question at all costs, even ignored my emails asking about rust. Seems like theyre not very interested in selling cars. Ive dealt with other dealers (read my past reviews) who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase, unfortunately A-1 is the opposite

I dont think I ever mentioned this, but Bob deserves a shout out. Two years ago, I bought my cute little Chevy Cobalt from A-1 Auto Sales in Conroe and will probably buy my next car from there, too. Bob was honest and fair, did not haggle and put effort into offering quality vehicles that were clean and in good condition. If a used car is what you need, but dealers are not...give Bob a chance.

Although I didnt buy a vehicle from here, I would have to say I received excellent service! Bob allowed me to test drive their RAV4 for half an hour, take it to a mechanic for inspection, give me a copy of the Autocheck report, and talk with me for about 20 minutes about the vehicle and car maintenance. He was not pressuring at all and only wants you to purchase a vehicle from him if you would be completely satisfied with the purchase. He seems like a genuinely good person. 5 Stars!

Ive been buying cars for years and I could tell you tons of horror stories. I bought a truck from A-1 and I could not have been more satisfied. Bob goes out of his way to make you feel at ease, treat you with respect and tells you everything he knows about the vehicle. The price I paid was extremely competitive, the truck was solid and Bob is hands down the best used car salesmen I have ever ran across. He doesnt have a lot to choose from but if you are looking at purchasing a used car I would recommend buying from him.
