I owned my 2018 Ram for three years now. Never had a issue with the service department. The service person and mechanic. Seamed to look out for my best interest. Emily was awesome today.Very helpful in chosing a lube program and 6 choices of replacement tires. Plus the stats and knowledge. Ill be calling you Emily for the tire replacement.

Rick in service does a great job at customer service, he was prompt and clear when i dropped off my car, and updated me on status. I also had a pleasant experience with Mason in service, he is friendly and informative.
My daughter has to turn in her lease vehicle so she could turn around to start paying the remaining balance to buy it. The experience was good. The salesman was very helpful, and the finance guy was also.
I took my car to routine maintenance, but when I arrive, they do not specify in which of the lines you have to park to be attended, they attended like three or four cars that arrived after me, and they saw me that I was first. I think they should give better instructions.
Big shout out to Jim in service. Called Jim on Wednesday when I experienced a power loss, he got me in on Thursday and out Thursday evening with a full turbo replacement all handled by warranty. So Ive been to a lot of dealerships believe it or not even though Im 27 which is sad to say Ive had a lot of totaled cars. This particular dealership seriously made my buying experience amazing Id love to go back here if I need another vehicle some day and Id highly recommend it to anyone heres why.So I came here to buy a kind of beater just to get me to work I already have 2 brand new cars so I was looking for the cheaper with the lowest miles I didnt like the way one car looked but it had lower miles so I ended up being vain and going with the one that looked better... at first... the guy let me pull the car around and started the paperwork for that car about halfway through I had remorse about picking the car with about 25k more miles just to look better for a work vehicle that would mostly be driven 1 time every 3 weeks and just needed to be reliable I felt bad for wasting the guys time and he took it like a champ he said no problem we just want to make this experience good for you whatever you need Ive got all day and that really just made me feel welcome and like I had a choice no one was going to shove a car down my throat like most dealerships Ive been to of course I was buying a used and not new car but they still did offer warranties you could buy but they didnt try to sneak it in there once I made the mistake at Reid Planet Ford of telling them I was in a hurry so they rushed the paperwork with everything they could throw in there knowing I didnt have time to get them to fix it and my car had been totaled so I had to have something Ill never make that mistake again and again I wasnt buying a new car so I dont know how they would be here but they gave me the impression that they wouldnt have done that. I feel like the car I bought was decently priced for being what it was see I like coming to Houston area about a 2 hour drive for me because the prices are better than local dealers they are much bigger and do not have to Comp overhead into the car or atleast not outrageously I once had a dealership local tell me thats why they couldnt give me a better price I understand they expect me to feel a sense of pride buying local or even a sense of being to lazy to go somewhere else but your overhead is not my problem your running a business not me if you cant compete pick a different business anyway its worth the trip out of town.

Not next time, thats for sure. Scheduled recall and additional service work and confirmed my appointment with rental ride. I should have known from the moment I checked in. There are no available rentals for a week and a half out and the quoted price was wildly different from the scheduled quote. I called for any information FIVE HOURS after I paid my own ride share back to work. Hung up on once, routed to voicemail the second, well call back in an hour the third. Finally got the service group without update, only to be put on hold and back to voicemail again. Whatever the quote is, my answer is no. Finally, the service writer let me know the tech left and they forgot my vehicle and they could get it done tomorrow.
Very big problem with this service shop. Very inexperienced. They had my jeep for over a month and got a diagnostic and they told me that its the master cylinder or the abs brakes I told them if it fixes the problem Ill replace both. It didnt fix the problem. It has the same spongy brake and pushes to the floor. They keep giving me the run around that there busy and all I want is to fix the problem. If you can take your car somewhere else please do so...They dont have a clue what the problem is. They think using customers money to throw parts at it to diagnose the jeep.
Bought a 2018 Tacoma in July. Brought it home heard a noise coming from the front wheel. After removing the cap noticed a wheel stud was broken. Then a week later driving in the rain experience a leak in my windsheild. Called multiple times no called back till last week.Update they sealed my windsheild. But after talking to dave last week he failed to order the wheel stud that was broken when purchased. Just got done talking to Pam on fb messager and she was no help.
Kelly was very helpful, he answered any questions I had he didnt pressure me to buy anything and was very patient. Gave us time and space to think about our decision. And the car buying process went smooth. Keep up the good work Mr Lawin 👍🏾

Not enough characters for a detailed review so i will summarizeEvidence of fraud, lying and negligence May 5th, 2021 DeMontrond started work on a 2014 Eco Diesel with oil in the coolant system.Replaced oils cooler, erg and 2 failed hoses.Negligence - returned SUV a couple weeks later with as stated in the receipt “oil in the coolant system” and work not completed because parts were on back order. Was told its no big deal.Fraud - they were reimbursed for a rent car I was never offered through warranty reimbursement. They have 3 sets of receipts, the customer receipt, work paid for by the customer, the warranty receipt they give to the customers that shows the work done with 0 charges and the bill they send to the warranty department with charges. That is where I discovered the fraud and was told I should not have that copy. They said they “fixed the clerical error”.Lying - called them after the SUV broke done again and after emailing customerexperience, I was assured if it was anything they did they would cover the transfer back to Conroe and rent cars. I paid to have it transferred back to them and received a voice mail a few day later stating “it actually was a heater hose that just split and its nothing that we wouldve touched or messed with when it was here um it just needs that heater hose replaced its a little 90 ___ lower 100 bucks give”. The problem is the failed hose attached the the EGR so ya they touched and messed with it. Also worth noting, I just learned this, oil in the coolant system destroys rubber hoses and that’s how they returned it.I requested for Demontrond cover my rent car, transfer back to Conroe to be fixed since this happened in Alabama on the way to a family vacation but as the voice mail state it’s nothing they touched.

Bought a vehicle in February 2021. A warranty that I did not want was slipped in. I was able to catch it in time and cancelled it though VW drive easy. VW confirmed it was cancelled and statement was sent to the dealer for a refund to me on March 1 2021. I still haven’t received the refund in June of 2021 and I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone at the dealer. I’ve left several messages for different people and no one calls back.
I’ve had it up to here with this place! Let me say, “beware of the Forever Warranty”! A few months ago my clutch burns out, they wouldn’t cover it, came out of pocket to have it repaired. Now, my engine will most likely need to be replaced because the lifter has ruined the camshaft, a problem Chrysler/Dodge has known about for years. Again, I went to see if it would be covered under the Forever Warranty and found out that even though I’d serviced my car at other shops, they told me, essentially that if I didn’t call to get permission to have it serviced elsewhere, they wouldn’t pay for the repairs. Even if I had gotten said permission, I’d have to produce receipts. I know of no other extended warranty company who makes you get permission for an oil change, not only that but won’t cover a repair they’ve known has been a problem for thousands of vehicles! I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t have $11,000 for a new engine! So, I’m stuck with a car I can’t drive and they could care less! If you don’t call for permission ONE TIME THEY DENY YOU for a problem they know exists.

I truly appreciated the lady checking us in, she honest about the wait time which allowed me to make sure my schedule was going to allow the wait.We were in no rush this day, so we decided to wait. Some sales guys down in the VW showroom allowed us to use one of their tables so we could sit down and play some cards as we waited.Love doing business here!

Really bad experience. Isist to provide a business card in order to have the vehicle registerred under company name. Provided tons of documents to prove that the buyer is indeed the main shareholder (75% above as well as CEO title) but its so stubben to reject the sale. They really dont care about the customers at all. Awesome job

Terrible service department that doesn’t know how to work on their own trucks. I took my 1 year 2020 ram 1500 there for a check on ventilated seats. The team changed the motor called it good, they didn’t even test the vents in seat to make sure they were pulling air, they told me it blows air and that all the trucks they check on the lot performed the same. Paper test shows the driver side seat wasn’t holding suction while the passenger was holding the paper against the back. Then I get in the truck and drive off and notice my seats aren’t even clipped in on my passenger or drivers side. Jeez what a pain, they had the truck 3.5 days and accomplished nothing. They have no idea what they are doing. Wouldn’t trust your vehicle here.

Poor customer service, unresponsive and incompetent employees. I have 2 Volkswagens and a RAM 1500 pickup, we have used the bodyshop and service department at this dealership multiple times, not impressed at all with either department. Quality work, good communication and personal service is what its all about, cant say thats been the case here in our experience. Apparently this dealer has more business than they know what to do with and could careless if a customer comes back or not. Going forward I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I just bought a new 2020 Ram Rebel at Demontrond yesterday, and it was great! I have a LOT of experience buying and selling vehicles, and I dread dealing with most dealerships, but Adrian (the sales associate) was super friendly, and was very patient as I test drove four different trucks. He wasnt pushy and he was just super easy to deal with. Highly recommend him! I got the deal I wanted on the new truck, and a super fair price on my trade-in, so thats awesome. Then, you usually have to deal with the annoying finance folks, but that went great, too. Craig Clark in finance was fast, efficient, went through the options, but wasnt pushy about anything. He let me make the decision that was best for me and my needs, and BOOM! the deal was done and I was driving away in my sweet new truck! Thanks, Demontrond! Job well done all the way around!
Headache after headache with this place. Woke up early on Labor Day for an oil change that I scheduled AND THEY CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL only to find out they are closed… So yes they let me make an appointment and drive all the way there on a day they knew they would be closed.
I recently bought a 2019 Dodge Charger from DeMontrond. Overall, we had an excellent experience with our sales representative Shawn. We are very happy with the purchase. We just got it back with the installed leather and everything is perfect. It took a little timing and coordination through Shawn, but it was well worth the wait. The car runs and drives like a dream. I hope to come back and do business with them in them in the future.

Demontrond Dodge Conroe- if you actually have your car serviced there, in my case a 2019 Charger R/T, double check the work...a simple thing such as a tire rotation on directional rotation tires shouldnt be a problem, but all 4 of my tires were rotated incorrectly. Also make sure they give you the car inspection printout, I didnt and it was never uploaded. Had to get my car reinspected. I probably would have remembered but I waited 2.5 hours with an appointment. but I digress, just double check before you leave the lot
Liars and Thieves.Paid for a full synthetic oil change for my R/T end when going through the paperwork a couple of days later, I noticed a different part number. Come to find out... they did not put full synthetic in my vehicle.Make sure you literally watch them put the oil in your car if you request anything other than the basic.Bunch of liars.

I didnt get a bunch of hidden fees and no pressure from Craig Clark to buy a lot of stuff I didnt need. Both Neil and Craig have been around for a long time and know their stuff. I traded and purchased a used vehicle here. They gave me a reasonable price for trade, and a reasonable price for my new vehicle. They were the most reasonable and easy too work with dealer Ive ever done business with. I drove 8 hours just to work with them. The forever warranty is awesome too. I dont think Ill ever do business elsewhere again.

Dissatisfied with Eduardo in parts! My husband had been getting parts here for 10 years and also getting part numbers from them to shop around and see if he could get them cheaper. No one has ever had a problem with this until today! Eduardo blatantly lied and said they dont give out part numbers when in fact we just left there and got several part numbers. Get real Eduardo, you know sometimes dodges parts are outrageous in their prices and people are going to shop around. Get over it. By the way, thank you spring dodge for supplying that part number with no problem!

I worked with salesman Mario Mendoza. After being a Ford guy for many years, I wanted to do away with trucks and look into sports cars. I test drove a Mustang at my Ford dealership and didnt fit comfortably inside (Im 62 and around 300lbs). After researching about Dodge Chargers and Challengers, I made a trip up to DeMontrond and got to test drive both. Mario was very professional and respectful throughout my entire visit. In the end, I decided to go with the 2020 Challenger they had on the floor. Mario took his time to show me how everything worked in the car and even helped me set up my iPhone. Really disappointed in the sales staff. I tried for 3 days to get information about a car. That included 4 phone calls and 4 emails. All I was asking for were pictures of the cars interior and to verify what motor was in the car as there was conflicting information. I finally spoke with a different salesperson and he said well I guess I could go out and look at it but the information on the website is what I have to go by. Im sorry if you make it obvious that you dont want to really make the effort to walk out side to a car to check on a make or break fact about a car youre trying to sell there is no way I would ever spend my money here. For the record the sales person that I was emailing stopped responding to my email request for pictures after saying there were 15 on the web site. There is only 1. Horrible experience. To whomever reads these I have no desire to call anyone at management or improve my experience. I only write this so you know how people are being treated.
Dan in customer service did a great job analysing our brake problem due to rust from salts in northern states and returned our braking to like new condition using OEM parts. We are happy with the cost and timeliness of repairing our 2018 Ram 1500 Larimie.

They said it was going to be about 2 1/2 hr wait, but mrs.roy got me in and out in 45 minutes on a tire rotation and oil change. Will for sure be back for all my service needs.

I have a Jetta and the service I got here was perfect, I had an engine light on and I took it here they found 4 other issues that were happening. They took care of it all under warranty, didnt try to upsell me on anything. one thing though is call and set your appointment, I did it online originally at a different demontrond, and it just was a whole mess. But all the people I interacted with at both demontrond were very nice and helpful.
Dont bring your vehicle here to get fixed unless you want to wait forever and be given the run around! My husband brought his 2009 Dodge Ram truck to be checked out because it was having transmission problems, took them a week to diagnose his truck and almost 2 weeks later his truck is still not fixed first excuse was they were waiting on parts, second excuse is they put the transmission back together and the torque converter is making a whining noise and now they need to wait another additional 3 to 4 days to receive another one. Hard to believe this as being someone whos father used to own a transmission shop for many years ! Terrible customer service and nobody calls to update you on anything. Wish I wouldve checked the reviews first before dropping his truck off.

My husband & I went to see about selling or trading in my Chevy Camaro. Also had $25,000 cash to put down towards a car, regardless of if they wanted to buy ours or not.A man came out and asked what we needed, then once we told him he said ok let me see if he is interested in buying it. He didnt even give us his name. We waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes, then gave him the benefit of the doubt and spent another 45 minutes walking around looking at the cars they had.He NEVER came back out, so we got in our car and went down the road and bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee.I can only assume it was because we looked young (both 24). Definetly dont recommend this place. Even if they werent interested in buying the camaro, he could have told us and then we would have said we have cash on hand to spend, along with excellent credit.
I highly recommend their service department. I went yesterday to get the window on my husbands truck fixed. There were 4 recalls on his truck. All 4 recalls were fixed. They only charged us for the part to fix his window (drivers side would not go up) and not the labor. Very polite and professional

Found a pre-owned 2018 Audi Q5 on their website and talked to a salesperson who told me that they were working out a deal on that vehicle. Days have passed and I still see the vehicle posted on Autotrader and the dealers website. Ive called twice after my initial call to see if the vehicle is available, only to be hung up on, on TWO seperate occasions. You win Demontrond. I will never do business with any of your dealers no matter how good a used car deal seems to be. Customer service at your dealership is laughable and Id much rather take my business elsewhere. This is probably why people are moving toward purchasing used vehicles from online dealers like Vroom or Texas Direct Auto.
After reading all the reviews I will not go to my appointment I think the dealer should address all the complains since they are constantly.
Just went in for a recall on transmission and they serviced the car.Funny thing is, I also went in for my remote start FOBS and they wanted to sell me new ones before giving me the option to buy new batteries. $20 for both batteries over $300 each for new ones.
Went there for a part I needed and thankfully they had it. Quick and friendly service.

I purchased a used vehicle back in April. I have called the service desk just to be sent back to sales. I was told I had nitrogen filled tires(even had the green caps on) and wasn’t told anything until I had a blowout. My A/C stopped working in June. The car was filthy when I got it and was told to bring it back for cleaning when I got a chance. So on a day I have time to try to get to the dealership( which is an hour away for me) I find out my battery is dead Can’t be jumped and won’t hold a charge. I got this car In April. It is now August and still being given a run around because as the sales person I spoke too said “ batteries are like lightbulbs, sometimes they just go out”. If someone from management would like to talk about this I would happily talk to them. I didn’t even list all my issues but maybe this negative review will get someone’s attention who can actually do something about it.
I have never received such terrible service. The only reason why I purchased a vehicle was because Romel was amazing throughout the whole process. The financing department forced me into using Chrysler Capital claiming they were not taking any other lenders due to the COVID-19 situation. YET a day later show an ad giving all these amazing benefits so that they can get you to come in. Will never purchase another vehicle from DeMontrond.

Bought my Dodge Challenger R/T Shaker from DeMontrond at the beginning of the year - I love it. Wade was a brilliant salesman and helped me get everything set up as I am British and this was my first new car purchase in the States. I drove in with my BMW and out with a Muscle car and the process was smooth and easy. Even the kids enjoyed it also. Big thumbs up to the team at DeMontrond...... now just need to upgrade to the Hellcat.

All was good with purchasing a new truck until you get to financing (beware)..much better interest rates can be had by not financing through Chrysler financial. Anyone with excellent credit should not be offered 6.99% - got pre-approval for a much better interest rate and will take that rate to another dealership!
Salesman Craig was great not pushy, was very informative. However the next day noticed are is pulling to the right. Called Craig said will have service look at it. After he spoke to the service manager, they want to charge me. I spoke to used car sales manager, was not down to earth. Confirmed will not look at the alignment unless I paid for it. Looks to me like they do not want repeat customers. I bought this car the day before and they are not willing to fix something that shouldve been done before they sold it. Will not buy a car for DeMontrond again. Its not like I was asking for a new engine or parts at all, a simple alignment or maybe tire balance and rotation.

I THEN CALLED THE DEALERSHIP ASKING ABOUT THE CAR AND THE SALESPERSON I SPOKE TO SAID THE CAR HAD JUST BEEN SOLD 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO ME CALLING!! I ASKED ABOUT ANOTHER CAR AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME. GOT MY NUMBER. I ASKED HIM WAS HE SURE HE WAS GOING TO CALL ME BACK BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY BEEN LIED TO BY SOMEONE WITH THE COMPANY AND HE REASSURED ME HE WAS. I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM HIM. SO I WILL GLADLY TAKE MY SERVICES ELSE WHERE!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Due to COVID 19 I stressed to my salesman, Mike on the used side, that I wanted to get everything done via, phone, fax or email. He understood and said that it wouldn’t be a problem. I submitted a credit application and had been in contact with Mike for days before I met with him. I drove a hour to his office to find out the “deal” he worked up that “was a done deal” didn’t exist. I test drove, had them appraise my vehicle and waited over an hour for finance to tell me the vehicle I chose wouldn’t work with my trade. I will never do business with them. I happily visitEd my local Premier Dodge and now have a great 2020 Durango.

Thanks for everything Jeep Man!Service—Today I took my GC in for a recall and got the oil changed. To be honest it was really hard for me to decide to visit the service department due to past experiences however I gave them another shot.I was greeted quickly when I pulled up and my service advisor Michael Campbell came right out.Previously I was ignored and sometimes I just left due to not being assisted.Even though it took a while for the recall update Michael kept me informed about what was going with my vehicle. When it was ready he came and got me from the waiting area.It’s the small things like that. Watching the service advisors go to their customers explaining what is wrong and the remaining time frame left of the wait. Instead of “go have a seat, we’ll page you when it’s ready”.Anyhow good job for whoever is making changes in service, granted it’s been a while since I’ve been there but this has been a lot better experience than past ones. See you in 5k fun filled miles.
It must be said first …. My Experience with DeMontrond, Craig Clark and team was superb, fun, relaxed and the best car shopping experience ever (truly). I would recommend Craig and the DeMontrond team to my friends, family and coworkers any time. Here is the rest of the story … I was shopping on line for a used car to be my every day driver and run around (nothing special). I was predominantly looking for a good deal and a car with reasonable gas mileage. I found exactly what I was looking for at DeMontrond on their lot 1860 miles away from my home. The pictures of the car on line were clear, precise and exact and the description was spot on. Working with Craig was terrific, direct, honest and straight to the point. We agreed on a good price over the telephone and did all the paperwork remotely which worked flawlessly(1 ½ days). Craig was extremely helpful and easy going during the whole process. Not only did Craig help with a minor fix on the car but also being there when the transport company came to pick the car up. When I saw the car in person I was extremely impressed and this “nothing special” car is now elevated to something very special…. Many thanks to the Team, DeMontrond and Craig Clark….
