I received a phone call telling me a part I ordered online was available and could pick it up from the dealership at the front before 3pm.I went to pick up the order and was directed to a different building in the back and told they were not open. When I tried to explain it was not a parts department order, the lady didnt listen. I came back the next day and went to the building in the back. They had no record of the order. After waiting for over 30 minutes, the gentleman gave me the part because he was able to find out that I did purchase the part but was suppose to pick it up from the main building! They need better customer service and should LISTEN to the customer.

This FACILITY is clean and nice . The Service Advisor are GREAT. I highly recommend Capri. She is a hard worker. But the entire Service Advisors are polite and courteous. I recommend WEISNER HYUNDAI SERVICES Center.

Fantastic experience here at Wiesner Hyundai in Conroe! The employees are continuing to wear face masks after March 10, 2021. I took my 07 Hyundai Elantra to the dealership for a 100% free Automobile Status Report and a recall to be done in my ABS sensor. The report is a FULL inspection of the car, inside & Out. They check everything.....things that require immediate attention or that will need attended to in the future or Things that are doing great. Everything is printed out on a detailed report for you to review...along with prices that remain in effect for 30 days. Financing is possible too. Friendly helpful staff. I couldnt be happier...A+ experience!

We purchased a new 2020 GMC Terrain SLT from Stephen Betancourt on the GMC side of Weisner after initially looking at the Palisade with Kenny Brocken. Kenny was our initial salesperson and he is amazing! He was more committed to helping us get the right vehicle for us. He ended up sharing his customers (us) with Stephen who was equally excellent! We let them know our offer, our pre approval and they were able to get an even lower finance than we came in with! This makes our fourth dealing with Weisner and first time with Weisner GMC. We have only had Hyundai and found we loved all the features available in the new Terrain. Hopefully we will love our new GMC as much as our last five Hyundai vehicles! I cant recommend any salesman more than these two! Kenny was selfless in splitting his comission with a coworker....Im assuming that is what they do.And, I will add the process of negotiating was simply. No back and forth. We made our offer, one change the deal was done!Now to get Kenny to pay for my fuel for the first year would be NICE!🀣🀣🀣

BUYER BEWARE - we went to this dealer because on the website i had priced out the car i wanted to lease with the payments that were reasonable. The first day, my 81 year old mother and myself, we were there 5 1/2 hours dealing with the sales people. They left us by ourselves for hours at a time. First the sales price did not apply to leases even though the website added it to our lease so the payments went from around $250.00 a month to $315.00 a month to include adding leather seats for $1,200.00, but would not through in mud flaps for free a measly $200.00. The paperwork was not ready as they needed to get with management. So they sent us home. We went back the 2nd day and after an hour they came back and said the payments would be over $350.00 a month as the paperwork from the day before was all messed up. They had forgotten to include a dealer package, I did not ask for, of over $3,300.00 and this increased the cost of the car to more than the agreed upon price the day before. So the monthly price went from $250.00 to over $350.00. Normally a dealer will ask if you want a package added in, but this dealer does not as it is automatically added to the price of the car. BEWARE when you purchase a car from this dealer, check your paperwork carefully for there extra costs as well as the bait and switching.

Needing to upgrade my Ford F-150 for a more powerful towing vehicle, but I had a list of must haves from 4WD to increased towing rating to safety features. . Mr Hector was able to show me a great GMC truck. Then he ran the numbers for me, which were pretty impressive. Came back with my spouse on Saturday and with the low interest, great trade in value on my Ford and Hectors ability to answer all our questions, we drove away really happy in our new Sierra. Thank you Wiesner!!

Beware of this Dealership!!!!!!! Went to go buy a truck today and the only good thing is the salesman had the truck in front of the dealership ready for me to test drive when I arrived. After test driving the truck we went inside to talk numbers. On the website it stated one price which he gave me and I also was going to put 2000 dollars down. Next thing I know the price was back up to sticker price. I asked how is this possible? I understand tt&l but this price is way more. The salesman said, Well we had to add 3000 dollars to the price because of this package. Uh ok what package? Come to find out its some package with a gps program so incase it gets stolen they can find it, some paint and windshield repair warranty and window tint. Its pretty much everything you can get through your car insurance or get on your own. So I asked do I have to take this? He said its on all the cars in our lot so yes. So this package was going to send my monthly payments where my wife and I were not comfortable with. Of course he pulled the old well even at this price we are losing money act. So this dealership lost out on a sale over a package 3000 dollar package I did not want and was forcing people to get.

READ THIS IF YOU DONT LIKE TO BE CHEATED OUT OF YOUR OWN MONEY! This dealership will show you a price on the internet, show you a price on their sales brochure, and show a price on your sales document (that you are negotiating with the sales person). Then after you have agreed upon a price for the vehicle you will find out that they have increased the actual price by almost $2000 because they will say they have already included a location service and window protection on the vehicle. This is a very deceptive and dishonest practice. You can get up and walk away or deal with 10-15 minutes of nonsense from their sales management and they will remove the cost only if you threaten to walk out. Unfortunately, there are quite a few dealerships taking advantage of people doing this same thing. Too bad the automakers and/or regulators wont stop it. Had it not been for this 15 minutes of BS I would have really enjoyed my entire experience at this dealership.

Upon arrival, I saw a Salesman on the lot assisting another customer. He greeted me & asked if he could get another sales person out there to assist me. I thanked him & told him Id like to browse for a moment or so first.As I browsed freely on the lot & made my way to the front door of the dealership, a young man, I think his name was Rey, asked if Id been helped. I told him Id had an appointment the day before but wasnt able to make it due to weather.I was assigned to a Salesman named Christian. Christian was very nice, patient, took his time explaining the features of the Hyundai Kona & various trim styles. I test drove the limited edition. Very nice CUV.After the test drive, we returned to his cubicle to talk numbers.The price I was given on a brand new 2021 Kona started at $22k & after TT&L was over $26k. In my opinion that was just was too much! I walked away without the deal I was hoping for.I took note of how no one was wearing a mask in this dealership.As a healthcare professional where 98% of employees & residents were vaccinated wh e re I work. We just had a string of outbreaks at work.Masks are still essential...PLEASE mask up. If not for you- do it for someone who immune system may be compromised.

Have been a loyal customer for over 20 years . Bought three used and four new vehicles . Last two trucks transmissions have gone out . Just had my 2017 Z71 in and needs a complete transmission replacement . Tried to get into another new truck but wouldnt work with me on cost or price of truck to help me . Guess all Im trying to say is loyalty looses to them making money . Was told their special price to fix transmission was 5500 .00 when I was told 4700.00 from service . Already have a dealer only putting me 4100.00 upside down instead of 7500 .00 . Just a real kick in the gut feeling for being loyal .Definitely shop around .

DO NOT GO TO JOSE SANCHEZ. I agreed on 13k for a car and i put 4k down .. so i should of had a balance of 9k . After i got home (already signed the contract) paper I realized he added 4k to the purchase price making it 17k which basically made it like i didnt put anything down!! Now im stuck paying 27k bc of financing . Read before u sign . DO NOT get insurance before actually signing financing papers!! Ifk why i didnt think straight at the moment other than my kids were ready to go . First time buying and im really really disappointed that u cant trust ppl at all ! We purchased a certified Equinox from Omar in January. The very next day we went back to the dealer and showed them a bezel was missing and a worn spot on the steering wheel. Service said the parts would be ordered and we would be given a call. We never got a call, had to recover from health related surgeries and finally got around to taking it back for the items to be replaced. Additionally, the certified car had a wrong size back windshield cover on it. The first and only time I turned on my rear wiper, it scratched the glass. We took the cover off immediately, called Omar and was told to bring it by to look at. Today, we are told they cant buff out the scratched glass and will not be replacing the parts ordered originally. They now claim no order was ever placed and since we trusted the salesman, basically we are just plain out of luck. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WIESNER CHEVY AS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD NOR THEIR CERTIFICATIONS. We will be contacting corporate and filing a formal complaint. BEWARE! When we left there was yet another customer having the same issue of being denied service !

2014 Buick Encore PremiumMark Noavk, Missy Wagner and every at Wiesner did an EXCELLENT job. This was the EASIEST vehicle purchase I have ever made. I am VERY pleased with everything all the way through to the end with Amy in Finance.I received and excellent value for my trade and didnt have to haggle. On top of that, I requested our credit be pulled ONCE and for us to get the 0% Financing being Offered by GMC. That is exactly what we did. This dealership was very misleading. I purchased a used car that had a bad tire on it. The salesman lied and said that he would get the tire replaced but when I contacted him in regards to the tire being replaced he would not answer my call. He would not call me back and when I did finally reach him he again said he would replace it. I also let him know that the driver side window would not let down. He stated that he would set us up with service and call me back and i never received a call back. I eventually had to let my ex husband take the car up there because I started to feel like because I was a female they were trying to get over on me. I will never or will I refer anyone there to buy a vehicle again. I really think they put a lemon off on me but that is to be seen. The driver side window not working I think is only the start. I purchased a 50,000 mile warranty so i hope everything that goes wrong happens before it is expires.

Engine went out in my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. They contact Ed the manufacturer to get it replaced despite being out of warranty and provided me with a loaner car. The problem was that the engine was backordered and it will be two months before my vehicle is drive able. The service manager provided little information and customer service has no idea where the engine is and gives a month long timeline. The engine should be recalled. They will not provide guaranteed rental reimbursement.

I had recently purchased a car from Wiesner in Conroe and discovered that I did not have the tire lock key to my tires.I went in without an appointment and was told I would have approximately a two hour wait. I had places I needed to be but also needed to have that taken care of so said that I would wait.I had barely sat down in the customer lounge when Karen Walton came up to me and introduced herself as a Customer Care Specialist. She said that she had been made aware of my plight and had secured a courtesy car for me to use while they worked on my car.She was very attentive, professional, friendly and efficient. She went way above any customer service I have received before. She made sure I was comfortable in the car and gave me her number in case I had any questions while I had the car. She made it possible for me to keep my appointments and made my experience at the service center one of the best I have ever had. Thank you Karen!
