I made an appointment Monday for an oil change, but it wasnt there when I went on Wednesday. It was ok. They got me in. Price was surprisingly reasonable.

Pleasure to do business with. From the technicians to the cashier, the process was friendly and all questions were answered. Will continue to do business with Gullo Ford.

Some confusion with the service bill. The service manager came out and instead of introducing himself and trying find out who I was, whether I was a returning customer and how to make me happy as a customer, he decided to argue about fine print and forgot I was his customer. So Ill instead of making his long term customer feel better and feel good about the service. He chose to argue over $10.68. A month ago I had referred a customer to Gullo who purchased a truck and today I have communicated to 2 others at Discount Tire why they shouldnt do business with Gullo. He could have taken the high road and there would have been positive experiences by all.

They fixed my check engine light, aligned my SUV and put new shocks on. What a huge difference! Im thrilled!

Well I think that the service department is number one also. Im overdue there now I will probably be Monday or Tuesday Ill be there knowing the job will be done right.I have always bought Ford and I know A few dealerships around Houston Conroe Area but Gallo Conroe is by far above the rest. Rather your located in Houston, Galveston or Centerville the drive to Gallo Conroe will most likely Save You Time and Surely Be most Honest and Less Costly than Lots of the Others.Still Gallo Ford Conroe is Number one.

Took my 17 Escape in. Got the works package. 3 days later low tire pressure light came on 100 miles from house. Checked pressure 2 tires were 10 lbs low and 1 was 5 lbs low. Called and asked if checking tire pressure was part of the works package. Lady said yes but acted very unconcerned. They use to be thorough but not any more.

It was outstanding I took a work vehicle in there to get the oil change and tire rotation and they got me right in and right out in very short time the service writer there was very friendly and helpful so where the ladies at the cashier office
