Bryan is the absolute best. When my engine blew in my car out of nowhere I gave him a call and the next day he had me set up in a new car. He worked with me to find something that fit my budget especially knowing Id have 2 car payments now. When I went to get my new license plates I was sitting down talking to him about my old car. He mentioned he knew someone at Hyundai and might be able to help me out with it. A week later he found me someone to tow my car to them for little to nothing then got my engine completely replaced for free. I cant thank him enough for all of his help during these times. 10/10 would recommend buying a car from him or at the very least speaking with him about potential options!

Very good place I suggest you see Gene we have gotten a used car had a little bit of trouble with it today after having it for a week and a half no big deal was a high pressure power steering hose. If you cant afford those extremely high down pymts you definitely need to go to this place and ask for Gene. They take down pymts as low as 500 down. I drove 2 hours to buy a truck from them about 2 years ago. Since Id never heard of them and they werent local to me I didnt know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. It was one of the fastest and easiest car buying experiences Ive had. Paying over the phone or even texting one of the friendly ladies who work there to pay was very convenient. Out of necessity I had to sell the truck Id bought from them, which I hated to do because it was one of the best trucks Ive owned. They offered to act as the middle man between the seller and me which is above and beyond what Ive experienced before. An all around class act and they have definitely earned my future business.

This business DOES NOT do 20 point safety inspections on used cars. The cars are proven to be over priced and they claim to hold no liability once the car leaves the lot; which is not true at all. DO NOT buy from these bozos or give any attention to this business until they prove to inspect their vehicles for safety!!! - My sons car had a total failure of the right front tire. The entire hub, joints, struts and axel gave out and forced the car to flip 3 times on 1097. The State Trooper and investigator both said that the tire could have been identified as a problem with a simple check by a mechanic prior to being sold.

If your looking for a decent running vehicle this is defintely NOT the place to go. We bought a car and less than a week in we started having engine problems and they say theres nothing they made me pay to get it fixed, on top of the fact that they sold us the car low on all fluids, the tire shredded two days in. Do not buy the warranty. It covers nothing! I have not even received my license plate and have had to spend over 500$ fixing things on it. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

They Sold me a lemon in 2015 !! My Back breaks was locked when they sold me my suv...And it had a bad oil leak.. gave it right back to them... I wasn’t fixing nothing!! Took my lose and learn from that lesson. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anybody that’s looking. Went in to sell my 2017 Silverado Z71 and I was offered $26k. The first offering was short of the mark and so was their second offering at $28k. (The front banner misrepresents the fact of we pay more). Well they did not, and I was very disappointed.Even though I overlooked the sales tax difference I do appreciate this being pointed out by CAplex.See attached pic showing proof who pays more!!It is very irritating to be mislead by misrepresentation of any business as a way of doing business so they profit themselves by offering goods or services.I am not upset on their offerings. I am upset CAplex utilizes a methodology of misrepresentation as they did with me in this case the banner.....no shame!This whole effort here on Google reviews is NOT intended to torpedo their business. However, it is in hopes business owners/managers may correct to improve there businesses in working in the community in which they serve.This post will come down, when the misleading banner comes down.

Bryan and Dennis are stand up guys, sent lots of people his way and everyone is always happy, and the vehicles they sell are quality and reliable.

You sold us a shoddy car that had mechanical issues, and not all issues are noticed. My son did nothing when the car broke on him. Plus, when I came in one time to make a payment I mentioned to gene that a week after we bought the car, the alternator went out and my son was stranded. We had to tow the car back to our house to fix it. Gene didnt even apologize. Yall showed no remorse for the fact that my son could have died in that car you supposedly had checked out.

I traded my 1995 chevy silverado for their 2003 dodge Dakota. The dakota had issues and when discussing problems with their vehicle, I was correct by their on-site mechanic. The owner stated they already sold the chevy silverado and sorry I got a lemon but they only sell vehicles and are not responsible after vehicle leaves the lot. There was no other alternatives Mr. Brian the sales representative stated. This business does not stand behind their word nor the vehicles they sell.

I bought two trucks from this place and 3 weeks later noticed that on one of the trucks the coolant was low, added more coolant and another 3 weeks later coolant was low again. I took it to a shop and they showed me the that the coolant was leaking into the oil and that it could be a blown head gasket. I called Conroe Autoplex told them what happened and they said theres noting they can do. They sold me a truck with an internal coolant leak and now while Im still paying the truck 2 months later i have to invest $1800 to get it fixed. I dont recommend buying from them, they dont inspect their vehicles right and they wont care if it breaks down as soon as it leaves the lot.
