The customer service I experienced with Aaron Brunson was top notch! I would highly recommend Aaron at Mini of The Woodlands to our family and friends, he definitely went above and beyond by answering all of my questions and getting the information I requested in a timely manner. Although we went in a different route for our daughter’s first car, Aaron was very respectful with our decision and even though he didn’t get the sale I could tell he was genuinely happy for us!

The MOTW service is stellar. Just had my front and rear breaks replaced on my 2007 Mini and it was great experience. If you want repairs done right the first time, I recommend this team of experts. They actually beat their quoted repair cost.

I purchased a 2015 Ford F150 lariat from this dealership my salesman was James…. I never met James face-to-face because I am active duty military station in Washington state. He was in constant communication with me always sharing every detail and extremely honest with me. I really appreciate his work ethic and dedication. I believe mini of Woodlands is lucky to have guys like him. I would definitely do business with him again I completely recommend him.Also a huge shout out to the finance representative Danny. He kept me informed, let me know of inventory, never pushy and I never felt like I was being sold. I actually BOUGHT a car, didnt have one SOLD to me - theres a big difference. I took my Mini to get serviced because it was due for an oil change. I feel like they just reset it because the add oil message came on about a week later from me going there. The front desk was great but other than that the techs might be short changing people.

I recently bought my Lincoln Navigator from Mini of The Woodlands, and Brian was my salesman. He was amazing, super straight forward. They gave me exactly what I wanted on my trade, and got my payments where I wanted them as well. Easiest car buying experience Ive had yet! - I cant remember my finance guys name, but he was wonderful as well! My previous experience, the finance guys are, lets be honest, cocky. He was so easy going and just a nice guy. Cant recommend this place enough, even if it was a used vehicle and not a Mini that I purchased!

I purchased a car from Mini of the Woodlands on May 15, 2021. After one month of having the car it started making an odd noise, so I took it into the shop. My car has been at 3 different shops within the last two months - 2 out of the 3 months I’ve owned it. After finally getting the diagnostic, I was told the engine needs work. Once the technician opened up the engine, they saw that the cylinder walls were destroyed. They stated they believe the car had nitrous ran through it from the previous owner. This car has only 40,000 miles on it! In no way should a car purchased from a dealership need a new engine within 3 months of ownership.I’ve reached out to the dealership about the problem and we spoke about the 90 day/4,000 mile warranty. I was told my warranty expired August 13, 2021 and because it was the sales manager’s first time hearing about the issue, they couldn’t do anything to help me. Today is August 20, 2021, 7 days past the warranty expiration. My car has been in the shop for two months, which means I have proof of the issue occurring within the 90 days. I asked if I could send invoices of the repairs I had leading up to the diagnostic and the documentation stating the issue. The sales manager said, “you can if you’d like, but it doesn’t change the fact we can’t do anything to help you.”It is a fact that this damage was there when I purchased the car, which means it was sold to me under false pretenses.If I could speak to the general manager about the issue at hand, it would be greatly appreciated. James Fife was the sales guy I dealt with. He has great customer service and knows the Mini Cooper inside and out. I was very impressed with his knowledge as well as the way he handled business. I had been shopping around for about a month and he is not like the typical sales guy just trying to sell you a car. He really cares about making sure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. Mini Cooper of the woodlands blew me away. I wrecked my car and for at least two weeks I was in and out of car dealerships (none were good experiences) they were always so aggressive and pushy since I’m a young female. Borderline mean, trying to get me to buy their car that day. But when I saw that mini had a car that I just absolutely couldn’t live without I stoped what I was doing and drove there straight away! I had the pleasure of talking with Brian, and let me tell you he was so kind. Made me feel comfortable and was not forcing a decision at all. He treated me like I was family and that’s all I could have asked for! The entire team at Mini was just so incredible. Every single person there. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I love my mini! I will recommend this place to everyone:)

Like many businesses struck by COVID-19 issues, Mini had all new faces in the service dept., no door greeter & few new cars. The new service advisor was a good fit..a people person, very knowledgeable and courteous, with upbeat outlook. Work was performed in a timely fashion, with several points completed. The highlight of the visit, was seeing our Salesman from 7 years ago back at his post, remembered us and shared updates with us. A good morning experience.

I decided to buy a convertible for my birthday...you only live once! I found one in the area actually in a very large radius from my home there was only one. I called and made an appointment with Mini of the Woodlands to test drive it. It was used but low miles and perfect condition. It even has leather seats! Brian was very laid back with no pressure either way. The price was fair and no haggle which I appreciated.Danny explained the options of adding the different extensions and I chose what was fitting for me. Again, no pressure.I have owned it for 9 days and have only been out of it to sleep! It is so much fun to drive and the weather has been cooperating! It’s reassuring to know Brian is there as a support person when I have questions.I’m very happy with my purchase!

Sold them a vehicle 31 days ago, they mailed the payoff to the wrong bank. They refuse to mail a new check to the correct bank until the funds are received back from the wrong bank. Suggesting to me that I should make another payment so it doesn’t hurt my credit. All of which is not my fault, yet they want me to jump through hoops because of their mistake.

To preface, I am a small business owner and decided to purchase a vehicle through AutoNation because I was looking for peace of mind while purchasing a used vehicle.My sales representative, Tanner, was a 10/10, extremely professional and very helpful throughout the process.Unfortunately, I found multiple issues with the vehicle while driving home and immediately notified the salesman, whom directed me to the sales manager to better understand what my options were.The sales manager, Keith Sutch, was more concerned about my review than what I was having to go through to get these issues resolved. I have spent multiple trips to the local AutoNation near my home to diagnose and address these issues, and as of today, still have a long road ahead to resolving. Very disappointing that the sales manager has not called me back or at a minimum, attempted to help resolve the ongoing issues with the local support in my city.I am sympathetic to the operations of a business being a small business owner myself, but it is how one addresses issues that define good customer service, in my humble opinion.

I wish I could leave a positive review but the overall experience was very frustrating. There were a few individuals who tried hard to make things right but the end result was a waste of time and effort. Getting in contact with the right people was a laborious task. The wrong tire was ordered. I was given incorrect information and only one person really take any ownership of a problem. There are some well meaning people there but that is not always enough to get the job done.

These guys were amazing. We had come from another dealer who tried to nickel and dime my mother in law who was purchasing a car and were very frustrated with the experience. James and Danny were excellent and worked with us, even providing my little girl with a toy to play with while we filled out paperwork. They made my mother in law feel important and feel good about herself. There was no pressure, and they were kind and knowledgeable, even though we were purchasing a used car of a different make. After such a bad experience at the other dealer I wish we would have just come here first. Top of the line dealer whether youre buying a Mini or a used vehicle.

Nice place and Brian is awesome but once you leave the property, the communication stops. Picked up my car back in march and I have had to constantly check up on the status of the paper work so I can get my plates. 3 times I sent them them proof of residency and 3 times they sat on the paperwork till it had expired. Finally they get it sent to the BMV, I followed up with the BMV and the paperwork was sent back because the title department didnt include proof of purchase. When reaching out to Finace Im told the BMV has not received it yet and its been in the mail for OVER A MONTH. If I feel like if I dont send emails every day then I will never get my plates. I have never had this much issue getting registration for my car...I guess I have to keep waitingI will be filing a complaint with the BMV

This place is PHENOMENAL!!! What made my experience (the best car buying experience I have had), was their sales associate, Brian Lowden.He did not rush me or push me into any specific suv. He listened to what I was looking for, what I could afford and began a search. My overall experience was good because of the finance manager, he was great, the only reason that I didnt give it 5 stars was because of the salesman that I had. He was prompt with his responses during the process, but once the deal was done, Ive called and texted him on several occasions to help with a few minor problems with my vehicle and got no response. And when I purchased the vehicle, Ive had to learn all the features of the vehicle on my own. I wouldnt recommend the salesman that I had, Im gonna be courteous enough no to put his name on record, but if it wasnt for the Gentleman that closed the deal (finance manager), I would give a poor review.

My wife and I went here since I started looking for a vehicle to trade for my Ram truck. The salesperson seemed like she was inconvenienced that we were there. She was short with us and, frankly, kinda rude. I even started our encounter with a joke as she was coming out of the showroom. Maybe she has a meager since of humor. We probably wont go back. She didnt even offer a price on the vehicle we looked at. I would have given one star but her coworker was friendly and helpful. Two stars because of him. I think his name was Wes or Les. One potential customer down. Sad.Update: I called the number someone provided in their apologetic response to my review. It was the main number. I intended to advise them to call a company meeting on how to grow a business by being polite and courteous. Maybe theyd have given a name or a direct line to someone to issue my grievance to if they actually cared. Again, sad.

I was already hesitant because the saleswoman was really not nice to me when i asked her to explain things. I felt rushed and i had a lot of anxiety about it. Finally asked someone else and got answers. If I didn’t love the car so much I would’ve gone somewhere else.Now, the Check engine light came on and I’ve had this car for what? Two months? It’s not a gas cap issue, replaced that and still didn’t work. All codes point to an EVAP issue. I shouldn’t be having issues with a car I just bought so recently.

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had,, by the time I had gotten too many of the Woodlands I was burned out and frustrated with the car buying situation. I have been dealing with a previous card dealership for about a week and a half gone back-and-forth on the south side of Houston and we cannot come to terms but they kept trying to give me when I did not want. I had spoken to Dustin about eight months ago seeking the SUV then I decided I wanted to sports car so on the hunt for a Q60 red sport I went. But God had a different plan for me when that deal fell through I called Mini and to my delightful surprise Destin answer the phone, and tell him what I was looking for and I did the application on the Internet I told him my goals and I expectations and he exceeded them over 1000%. In and out in less than 3 hours!!!! I’m not a hard person to please but I’m rarely ever surprised and oh my God when I got there he had the most beautiful truck for me in my price range below my budget and everything worked out. I’m going to Mark mini as my forever shopping home for cars I’m also going to recommend my friends and family. Also let me say going into this dealership I really made me feel like i was welcome and we were all old friends we laughed we joked the finance manager was amazing he helped me out tremendously as well I am so sorry I forgot his name or I will give him a shout out.Thank you many thank you Mini, Dustin, and finance manager for assisting me and exceeding every thing that I desired in my car buying needs ♥️

I just purchased a used Ford F-150 from this dealership for my 16 year old. I was in a hurry and the truck had just been traded in so they promised to detail it and deliver it to her. They did deliver, but the truck hadn’t been detailed, it was at best just wiped down. Very, very disappointing customer service. They would have never put it on their lot like this but we’re okay with delivering it to a customer. The outside was washed but the inside was a disaster. Cup holders and all plastic hasn’t been touched, they’re disgusting and there was literally a dead roach in the passenger floor board so I know it wasn’t vacuumed. We’re very unimpressed.

Mini of the Woodlands are all over you when purchasing the car and finance calling you back as quick as lightening but try their after service if you can call it a after service. The worst garage I have dealt with. They don’t follow up their calls or emails are basically you are a hinderance to them if they have to solve your problem. I have been waiting since October with my issue only to be told now we have to reissue the problem. I would never buy again from this garage as even the manger does not return voicemails left. Very disappointed in all aspects and will certainly put everyone off I know going there who wants to buy a mini. Which is a great car by the way only a shame about the people in this garage.

The vehicle was priced competitively and the process was easy. Khalid in finance was also professional and the information he provided added value to my purchase. I scheduled a oil change on my 2015 Mini and went in with no other expectations. Nolan is always fabulous with Customer Service and one more reason why I will continue to shop at this location.While I was there Steven contacted me to get an appraisal on my vehicle. I thought why not? While him was working on my appraisal I looked at the new and used vehicles in their inventory. I chose a few (for fun) that I wouldnt mind owning. I love driving my mini!My husband and I decided that if they could pay off my 2015 2-door Cooper, and I could get my dream car for not much more that I was currently paying at a very low interest, we would get a new 4 door mini.Steven and Cole worked with us to test drive a new 2019 vehicle,and get both the managers to agree to paying off the existing note and providing a nice deal on the new Mini Cooper. It did take us a while to get the transaction complete, but I am so happy! :-)As a repeat Mini Cooper customer, I am not ever changing. Its fast, safe, low gas mileage, and just makes people smile on the road. Perfect vehicle for a Public Relations girl!Thank you to Nolan, Steven Gonzalez, Cole Sandoval, and the managers.
