This is a store that carries solid furniture that will stand the test of time & they have the most beautiful home accessories, rugs, floral decor, art, lamps and so much more. I have always been so pleased with my selections from Wiggins furniture and it is awesome to know they are life long members of Montgomery County supporting many local charities and businessesIn our community. Not only are they a great local business but they are my friends. Thank you James and Kim y’all are the best at what you do.

Large showroom full of beautiful furniture. I found my dining room table set on sale there! Matt was very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend Wiggins Furniture.

My wife has been shopping for a curio cabinet for a while. We have been to most of the furniture stores in the Houston area. We finally stopped in to Wiggins to see what they had. We walked in and spoke to Chris. He was very helpful and showed my wife exactly what she wanted. We also found a few other pieces of furniture that we will be coming back for. The curio cabinet was delivered on the next Friday. It looks great. Both the gentleman that made the delivery were very polite. The set was great. Cant wait to go back and pick out our next piece. Very nice store. Love all their furniture. Just not pleased with the very rude lady at front desk. Bad attitude. She must of had a bad day, but no need to take it out on customers.

I visited the store for the first time today and loved it! The store is beautiful with something for everyone and the ability to order custom fabrics. The owners were very nice and answered all of my questions. They explained that custom orders it will take several weeks depending upon the specific manufacturer and thats fine, it will be worth the wait!Not only is the furniture beautiful and unique, the accessories are too, you wont be disappointed.

Wiggins had the sofa we wanted in stock and on sale. Easy purchase and prompt delivery. Great service and excellent employees from point of sale to delivery.

Spent over $3,000 on furniture at this place and was told it would be here in three weeks. That was almost four weeks ago. I called for an ETA and Im told it will be at least two more weeks possibly three more weeks. Then Im told that there is no possible way it could have made it in three weeks like I was originally told. Not once has anyone even apologized, not even the owner who I spoke to. I feel like I was told something just to get my money. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Gallery furniture.........

I have only given a bad review one other time in my entire life. I believe people for the most part only complain and not recognize the good. This review is not in haste but well thought out and given as a result of poor warranty/replacement service.I have a Flex Steel love seat with double recliner. I have had Wiggins our 2 times and their furniture repair contracted company out 3 times a total of 5 times in 3 years. I called Wiggins as instructed by Flex Steel last week and was told I would receive a call back. I waited 3 days and called again and was told they were referring it to their furniture repair. Waited for a call back. 2 days later I called to get the repair company’s name and phone number. Called the repair company only to be told there is a $65 charge to come out and diagnose the problem. Both Wiggins and the repair company have been patching the problem. To work for short term. I was told by furniture repair they needed to replace it the second time. And Flex Steel would settle up with Wiggins.My furniture is taken care of. Owner came to my home twice. Seen for himself it was in excellent shape. This should have not been happening. I have a loveseat that is suppose to be high quality that does not recline. And will cost me to repair. Sad...sad...

I went to Wiggins to buy a lift chair for my husband. He needed the chair right away. It was something of an emergency situation. Even though I didnt get to the store until after noon, they were able to deliver the chair that very afternoon for me. The delivery guys were super-courteous, and we really, really appreciated all that was done to get that chair to us almost immediately. I look forward to doing more business with Wiggins in the future.(The chair is big and comfortable, and my husband loves it, by the way.)

Was treated like part of their FAMILY owned and operated business. Very welcoming, warm and friendly. Have made several purchases from their beautiful selection of furniture . At one point furnishing my home will be complete so I will have to stop in every once in awhile to say hello.

I purchased over $3,200 worth of furniture on September 14th. I was told that day that the furniture would arrive in three weeks. I called after 3 1/2 weeks to get an update and was told it would be another two or three weeks. I asked to speak to the owner and he said that it could never have arrived that soon. I feel like the sales people told me whatever they had to so they could get a sale. No one I talked to even apologized. Very poor customer service. Make the trip to Gallery Furniture and save yourself some heartache.

My wife of over 50 years and I flooded. We needed to order a Flexsteel Sofa. My wife found other items that she wanted. The Wiggins people did everything right. Thank you Wiggins for your attention to detail.
