Our sales representative was very patient, informative, and helpful. He made buying a mattress very easy. When I had concerns, he was very accommodating. Keep in mind when you buy a memory foam mattress they take a bit to form. The MLilly is a great local product!

Easy and best mattress buying experience ever! We were in the market for a new mattress, and went to a few of the national chains, and were shocked with the prices and pushy salespeople. On a whim, we decided to try Quality Sleep Shops of Texas, as we see it everyday since we live close. Travis was amazing. He listened to our needs and gave us some information and anecdotes about some of the mattresses, and then stepped away to let me and my wife decide and talk it over. We were shocked that the prices were SO much lower than the national chains, more shocked when we were told our mattress came with box springs, and even more shocked when delivery was set for only 3 days later. Delivery estimates for the national chains were 4-6 weeks. Delivery and old mattress removal was also considerably cheaper than than the national chains. On delivery day, they called to let me know they were on there way, and even arrived early. Besides being super friendly, they were completely finished in less than 10 minutes. We highly recommend Quality Sleep Shops of Texas. They have earned our business for life.

This bed is firm, yet very comfortable, and they delivered it the same day!!! Bought a mattress from here a few months ago and was very impressed with this shop. The mattress has held up very well and my back has greatly improved after replacing my old one. Ive lost the card for the gentleman that helped me, I believe it was the owner, but he was excellent to work with. Had my new mattress to me the same day I purchased it and carried the old one away, and I live on the third floor!Hopefully I wont need a new mattress any time soon, but I do recommend them to anyone looking and I would buy from this shop again.

I cannot say enough about Cory and his team! We shopped around at 4 different places and his prices and quality are the best! ($4,000 lower than anywhere else for a better set up!) We had our adjustable king delivered in a 30 minute window (unheard of!) . After about 4 hours, we noticed the mattress seemed a little lop sided, but no worries, he had another out and delivered to us the same day! Have not yet slept on the new bed but you wont get this kind of customer service anywhere else!

Go here. Its legit. I walked into a big name store and told them my budget and I needed it today. Theyre response was financing and pick it up at Intercontinental Airport!I said the same to Quality Sleep Shops and they showed me 2 UNDER budget. I went online and called at least 10 stores, then went to visit them and check out the product (mattress & box spring). When I arrived at QUALITY SLEEP SHOPS of TEXAS, Travis greeted me and was friendly. He answered my questions and was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. There was NEVER any PRESSURE to buy. I visited other stores and was totally ignored in some cases and left as quickly as possible. I called the QUALITY SLEEP SHOPS of TEXAS and spoke to Cory to order the mattress recommended by Travis. Travis and Steve delivered the mattress and box spring on Friday, Memorial Day weekend and set it up. I have had the most excellent nights sleep with their product and appreciate these men so much for a wonderful and favorable buying experience. The owner was very nice and knowledgeable. I had my 2 boys with me (7 and almost 5) and he allowed them to try out any furniture they wanted, prices were excellent, and facility was very clean! I highly recommend them.

The owner of quality sleep shops is a stand up guy.He gave us a great deal and delivered it to our house 40 minutes after buying it.I have serious back issues but i have never slept better after buying his medium firmness Bamboo bed.Dont waste your money anywhere else buy from a family owned business that supports this community!

RIP OFF! CON ARTIST! USED CAR SALESMAN! Bought an expensive mattress with a 10yr warranty. A year later the mattress was a soup bowl UNDER THE PILLOW TOP but because the pillow top itself didnt sag 2 inches, he wouldnt honor the warranty. Spent a half fortune on a better mattress from a different business. All of this after using his great warranty policy to sell it. (First tried to tell us he couldnt honor it because he just bought the business from his sister)

He went out of his way to make us the best deal and get it to us when we wanted it. Cory & Brandon let us decide which mattress was right for us, they only gave us info on each mattress that we tried. There was NO hard sales pitch. Too bad we cant give more than 5 stars because they deserve more! The mattress store chains just wanted to push us into a purchase and really didnt care about our comfort in the long run....They Suck! We called around and compared prices... even to amazon and Walmart, mattress firm, and a couple other mattress storesThey matched and BEAT the other prices ..... it was super fast and toThe point, if you need your ego stroked, go somewhere else, very nice and personable, when I realized I had gotten the wrong size, it took less than 30 minutes to exchange out and get everything straightened out. We literally walked in, and then walked out with what we had come for in 10 minutes!!! I would recommend them :)

A gentleman (by all accounts) named Travis, employed by Quality Sleep Shops of Texas happened to drop in on the people of All Tires 29.99 next door where my wife being 7 months pregnant was having problems. Travis offered for her to lie down at his store until I arrived. He even offered to dolly her over across the parking lot. I think this speaks highly of his character to help someone in need at a moment’s notice. I will be shopping there in the future. I would like to Thank you Travis for your help. Cory and his staff educated me before I picked out a matress. I never felt like a dollar sign and never felt like I needed to buy anything. He encouraged me to compare the price and quality to any other store, there is no comparison! This will be the only place I ever buy a matress in the future.

Bought a 3800$ adjustable bed less then 90 days ago, when asking if there was anything that would connect the beds together since they slide apart when adjusting. I was told to call the manufacturer since it was under warranty. My concern was not about a warranty issue, I noticed that the bed had pre-drilled holes for an attachment that would possible keep the bed from separating. When I ask if they knew anything about it he said they never had anyone ask about that before, but rather then call the manufacturer to see if anything was offered ( which I would think they would want to know, he instead said he was not going to discuss this and hung up.) All because I felt it was his responsibility to check with his manufacturer. Customer service that they spoke so highly of when you walk in the door goes away as soon as you purchase the bed. Will not recommend this location to buy from, plenty others that will go the extra mile to satisfy a customer. Like the bed, not the stores customer service. By the way one call to the manufacturer found out that there is an attachment that keeps these beds together and that the stores should be aware of all the products that are offered for these beds (manufacturer was surprised that they did not already know about this attachment). Cheaper to buy direct anyway, so thanks for not going the extra mile, bought head board and frame attachment for less than what they wanted to charge me for the headboard attachment.
