I feel awful for not coming here first to furnish my new apartment. I still remember Chris being so helpful and so generous 3 years ago when I lost my apartment to a fire. He donated 2 beds and a love seat to me and my roommate. I just can’t see how there are negative comments about this place. If I need anything else for my place, I’ll definitely come visit you guys. Again, thank you so much Chris for everything you have done for me and my roommate!

I ask a reasonable question for a furniture and I received a diatribe and not a recommendation.

Extremely rude workers. I parked outside to deliever a cup of coffee and one of the employees aggressively came out and started yelling at me and made a scene. Very unprofessional business. Not to mention that he was not wearing a mask. Obviously not a safe environment to be around. They will not be getting my business, and if you like a pushy and an unprofessional business this is the place for you.

If you are new to the Woodlands/ Conroe area, my advise is Not To Shop here. The owner is pushy and will not leave you alone to look. And you can forget getting any help after the sale. I worked there over 2 years and it was the most stressful place ever. My suggestion would be to go to Gallery Furniture and buy from Mattress Mac. He has quality furniture and is a pillar of the Houston community.

High end furniture beautiful showroom.The owner Chris takes the time to explain what makes a great piece of furniture and what makes a cheap one. all leather it could be bonded leather which means a thin piece of leather glued to material. over time the glue breaks down and the leather peels.If you are looking for quality head to Conroe. There is no one else that compares in Houston.

Great customer service! Went in just to look, and told Katherine of my interest. She gave me a tour, pointed out specific pieces that might meet my needs, and left me alone to browse. Appreciate the friendly staff, and the store is bright and feels comfortable. Also like the quality of furnishings from which to choose.

Beautiful furniture. Prices are higher then other stores but this is because 95% of everything is hand crafted.

Great sales people but not so great after the sale!!!Hand crafting furniture is a thing of the past.I see the owners family had to write a review to get the ratings higher.Been trying to get furniture repaired that under warranty and it’s not happening.I purchased an expensive Flexsteel sofa and also called Flexsteel to honor the warranty that isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Promises made but not kept.The seat cushion is beyond soft and the wood frame is broken.So my only recourse is the BBB or to contact an attorney and see them both in court.This place is a scam a minute.Avoid at all costs.I just bought a new loveseat and kitchen table.You can bet Homestead House and Flexsteel were not even a consideration!!!!
