Beth was amazing to work with oh, she took so much time to make sure that you have to meet my needs. There were special circumstances involved and she truly cared about my wife who at the time was dying of cancer and making sure that she would help us get a mattress. I feel so fortunate to have walked in the store for the second time in bed bath and was able to get the great service that I got.

I have to say that German n Austin went above their duty. They were friendly, courteous, funny, made us feel totally like family they helped us with an outstanding deal. German and Austin were a great in helping us pick out a great mattress, box spring and frame for my ill father. It brings me peace knowing that my dad will sleep comfortably tonight thanks to these guys. Austin was great with assisting us through all the options to get what we needed. Bed was delivered yesterday and couldnt be happier.I do wish this location was a little bigger and carried more of the options. We ended up having to drive to one of the other stores to make sure we had made the correct choice before purchasing.

I called my local Mattress Firm about a protective sheet. Justin was super helpful and very polite. That attitude will make me want to go back when I need a mattress. Justin knows about the products in store too. I didn’t know Mattress Firm gave military discount so that was a plus.

Overall it was a good experience. I searched online before going into the store. I was able to select my mattress and schedule delivery. The problem I encountered was that the delivery window needed to be changed. You are told to call the local store however the local store could not cancel and reschedule. So the delivery people came out and I wasnt there and then I had to call and reschedule. They also picked up my old mattress which was extremely helpful. The delivery was quick and stress free. I would recommend mattress firm to anyone.

They were great. Had a previous quote worked out and was done in a short time and set for the delivery day im moving in to my new place.

This store went over and beyond. Herman listened to my needs and didnt make me feel bad for being a broke college student or indecisive. He ordered what I needed at the price I needed. Austin called me to let me know they had received my order on the truck. He was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. When I came in to pick it up I was helped immediately, was in and out in less than 5 minutes, AND, they carried it out to my car for me! Would recommend this location to anyone.

Delivery communication was very effective. I was called and sent a text with delivery time the night before and about one hour before the delivery. The young men were courteous and efficient. Nice experience.

Our experiences at Mattress Firm are always great. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and always pleasant to be around. We have happily been loyal to them for 11 years but with all the Covid-19 mess were all dealing with I decided to buy a Dreamcloud mattress online when my mother was displaced from a house fire during our recent freeze. All I can say is that was a disaster and after being let down and disappointed we headed out to Mattress Firm. Our sales associate Henry was kind and knowledgeable and after explaining our situation went above and beyond to help us out. I purchased a king size mattress, box, and bedframes last week on September 16th. Kevin the manager took very good care of me. He shared his expertise and recommended a few other mattresses than I originally came in to look at. I appreciate the great service and easy transaction. Kevin called me a few days later and told me delivery could still happen on expected deliver date except the frames would come in a day later. I bought a mattress here and it was delivered with a hole in the top. When I called to get it replaced they said theyre out of stock and will send one when it comes in. Several phone calls have been made in vain without getting real assistance, just a promise theyll call back after they talk to someone else; which doesnt happen. Now its past the warranty date and they wont exchange the mattress even though I informed them of the hole on the day of delivery and several times after. I wont be wasting money at another mattress firm again.

Cedrick was nothing but helpful from the time I walked into the door to the time I walked out. He was very considerate and gave me all the information I needed. 10/10
