Great salesperson near bought a mattress today and the experience is wonderful

Thank you Kevin! It’s not everyday a salesman listens, finds what you want AND located it so you can pick it up ASAP. The store is also super clean and he offered my little peeps a snack 🤪😮 no way! Your store would look like the Tasmanian devil came through if I’d said yes to that. Excellent job and we’ll be back when we need the next mattress

Good customer service, the gentleman we’re very helpful. There is a sanitation station with wipes and hand gel, the gentleman that helped wore a mask, the item we purchased was in stock and had it delivered 2 days later - the delivery was punctual and excellent. They were safe and wore mask and booties while inside doing the delivery . Highly recommend.

We can’t say enough about the customer service we received at Mattress Firm (Conroe Marketplace). The Sales Associate, Kevin Thorpe, was receptive to what we wanted to purchase and did not try to pressure us. We knew what we wanted and he made sure we were buying the right mattresses for our home. He was cordial, outgoing, and had a great wit. I would not hesitate to go back to Kevin if I had any issues, as he is kind and appears to want the customer to leave with a smile on their face. We are getting the Red Carpet delivery of our mattresses. The whole process was easy, from picking out the mattresses to setting up delivery! Thank you, Kevin!!!

Went in with my wife today to learn about, test, and shop for a new mattress. It was the first stop of several mattress sellers we planned to visit. Kevin was our sales representative. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about his inventory, and the industry as a whole. My wife and I were given a tour of the different varieties they offered, and educated about the pros and cons of each type, style, and brand. Because of his knowledge and professionalism, he saved us two more stops in town to search for a new mattress. Kevin was absolutely awesome to deal with! No high pressure sales or anything like that. They were very fair and respectful in our interactions. I would definitely return whenever I need a new mattress, but it was such a good mattress that I probably wont be back for many years.

I went to the store in Conroe Texas and everybody was very helpful. Didn’t know if I could get a new mattress I have a really bad back and needed one. I didn’t get the Tempur-pedic that I wanted but I got a really good mattress much better than what I have that was 15 years old and too soft for a bad back. Hopefully one day I can afford the Tempur-pedic and go back and get it and give this one to my daughter because she has an old mattress.

Walked in to buy a cheapo mattress and I walked out with a cheap mattress ordered for the next day. The lady was very friendly . I was surprised they had lower end items honestly. Ranging from 14,000 to 300$ yes I said 14,000... Ya I know holy fff. they are also now selling Intelligel beds 👍

Kevin listened to what my issues were with my PREVIOUS bed, showed me some different options, did a great job helping me understand the differences and helped me find a great mattress and adjustable base. I see superficial “sales” so often that I just automatically assumed the savings I was getting was just taken off an inflated retail price, but after I left I actually did look up the exact mattress and base from other retailers, and I truly paid hundreds of dollars less by going through mattress firm today. (AKA CompStomp!). The savings that Kevin told me I got, I actually verified and they are very real. He never made me feel pressured or rushed. I am very happy with my purchase, and my experience.

Couldn’t tell if I was buying a mattress or a used car! “Special deal, today only, just for you...”Funny how when I inquired about the old mattress being removed it wasn’t a possibility bc of “Covid restrictions.” However, as we’re totaling the bill I see a $100 charge to remove the old and set up up the new bedding. When I asked, he got a bit tongue-tied.Oh well, he was just doing as he was instructed.

Thank you Annalee Noble asst manager at Conroe Tx Mattress Firm. We were looking for a queen firm but not hard mattress. Went to the store front to test out the Greenwood mattress and loved it but wanted to go home and think about it. Finally ordered it online but during ordering it somehow changed from a queen to a full. Couldnt get a human voice on the customer service number so just decided to try to call a storefront where I came across Annalee. She was friendly, so helpful, and gladly fixed the problem. We can hardly wait to receive our Queen mattress.

I paid $2700 for a Sealy mattress and now the store keeps giving me the run around while trying to get the cash back they promised after finding it cheaper somewhere else, in less than 1 month from the date of purchase. Although they FINALLY ended up issuing the cash back that I had claimed, it seems like to just use that as a slick selling point to increase sales, while hoping nobody keeps track of falling prices.

She greeted us when we walked in, and despite having quite a few customers in the store, she was able to provide us with great service, and walk us through which mattress to get for our needs. She was friendly and knowledgable. We were able to try out several mattresses and found one that we liked. The store was clean and well organized. I also appreciate that the store has a lego table for young children, as we had our toddler with us. Overall it was a good experience.
