Here at Mattress Firm in Conroe on the South loop we received the best experience and customer service. We went out to start looking for best quality and best service and honestly we did not make it any further then mattress firm . The Manager Beth asked us to lay on the mattress and took us on a life changing experience. She treated us like she not only wanted to sell us a mattress and frame but she wanted us to be happy and comfortable with our purchase and with all certainty and with our a doubt we are more then pleased. I recommend mattress firm to about 8 people already and will continue to do so and I would only do so after receiving the best customer experience ever.

We have just moved in to our first house and we’re slowly making it a home. We were setting up the guest room and I had totally forgotten to order a box spring for the bed. One very quick phone call to Annalee at The Mattress Firm and we were all set. Annalee found what I needed, arranged for delivery, processed my payment online, and sent the receipt to my email. She was amazing.

We were shopping for a specific mattress and went in to store to see if they had one. They did we tried it and were ok with it. However Beth the store manager questioned us about what we specifically wanted in our new mattress. She recommended several to us. Let us try them, taking our time. Based on Beth’s recommendations, based on our needs, we found the right mattress.We had not been looking forward to looking for a mattress as the last mattress we bought was a mistake and we were very unhappy.But thanks to Beths experience and recommendations, we are thrilled with the new mattress. German at Matress Firm was super helpful. I had spent all day in deeper Houston looking for good mattresses at decent prices and couldnt find what I was looking for. I almost settled for some stuff at ikea but it just wasnt quite it. I found exactly what I was looking for at a better price than I could find anywhere else and German walked me through the whole process extremely quickly and informative.

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived at the store. Cedrick helped us pick the right bed for my father and was able to get it delivered the next day. My husband and I plan to go back to purchase our first King size bed in the near future.

We are blown away at the customer service we received at the new Conroe 336 loop location! Laura was amazing, she was so knowledgeable and friendly while we were shopping for a new mattress! She answered every question we had and gave details about each mattress brand and explained how each of the different mattress technologies worked! Bunch of incompetent workers. i walked into the store and asked for the best mattress they got. instead of showing me where it was, they pointed at my baby and called it morbidly obese. then they formed a circle around me and my baby and started to dance like maniacs while singing CHRISTMAS CAROLS! IN OCTOBER. unprofessional and may i even add... SILLY.

On March 14, 2020 I came in the store with my paperwork for a replacement mattress that was 4 years old. I was greeted immediately walking in the door. Laura was very professional and knowledgeable once I explained the situation she helped me with the exchange. Yesterday I was sitting outside a coffee shop for work as my internet went out at home.
