Service was great! Alleen was very helpful through the process and did not take too long for my truck to get repaired. I originally took my truck to sterling mccall and was told “we don’t want to work with that insurance company” and so I gave Buckalew a shot and they were very helpful!Thank you!!

Lady I talked to was very rude when I walked in! Recently got into my first car accident and went there to get an estimate and had not much of an idea how to do it. Very rude about it! Not the way to handle customers.
