Please don’t be mislead by these reviews like I was. Service king is an absolute SCAM! They falsely promised they would fix my vehicle and when I picked it up it wasn’t even fully fixed. Dent is still located on the other side. Service king claims ‘Service’ is there number one core value however don’t be fooled they are a very much so a money hungry company. Don’t waste your time! These people will lie to you and only add more stress onto your plate simply just to get your money.

I was very impressed how smoothly everything went, my rental car was already there waiting on me. The work they did on my vehicle made her look brand new again. Thanks to James who handed everything very professionally.

Everyone at this office is fully knowledgeable of all aspects of work on your vehicle so you get fast answers to your questions. They worked especially hard to gets part that was difficult to locate and obtain. Paint and body work are top notch.John

I went with this collision place because I read other reviews on how great customer service and service they provided and they weren’t Lying at all. I dropped my car off on a Friday thinking I would be in a rental for at least 2 weeks and my car was done by Tuesday and was cleaner than when I dropped it off to them,they definitely exceeded my expectations and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing these type of services.The manager Tammy is also very helpful and friendly.

I called ahead and asked for a price to get an estimate. They told me FREE ESTIMATE! Good so far…I get there and the lady at from desk seemed annoyed to have to go outside and take pictures and start the estimate. Not very communicative and didn’t seem like she was happy at all if I had any questions. Okay, well still free estimate, right? WRONG!They told me they would email me the estimate for repairs and they NEVER SENT ME THE ESTIMATE. Waisted time… I can’t recommend this Service King. I have been to another Service King before where they had better customer service.Waited 2 weeks to get an estimate to where it should of been the same day or next day estimate delivery trough email. Got tired of waiting around with my truck waiting on to be repaired.FINALLY just went to FIRST CHOICE COLLISION a little more down the road going towards Lake Conroe. They have better reviews. And it’s all because of customer service! The personal don’t seem like they hate their job. They actually look like they enjoy doing what they do. That’s what matters to a customer. They could learn from First Choice Collision. This Service King has so much potential that they are not taking advantage of from my personal experience.Hopefully things change and people get treated correctly and taken care of, so they don’t feel the need to go somewhere else.

I like Service King on Hwy 105 in Conroe TX. I brought my car there on a Monday for some warranty work and had it back Thursday of the same week. A different location had performed the original repair a few years before and I live out here now so this location was more convenient. They were ready to set me up with a rental when I dropped my car off but I didnt need one. They did not hesitate to take on the job and everyone was so polite and professional.

Unfortunately, weve had to have 3 different cars repaired in the last couple of years. That being said, This particular Service King and their staff, especially Rick, is amazing. They are super friendly and helpful. They provide quality and timely service, and answer any questions along the way. I highly recommend this facility for repairs. They arent the closest shop to my house by a long shot, but I will continue to give them my business.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this company did very well on my Audi. The work that was done on my car looked great (body work and paint). They are also very transparent as they kept communication high giving me updates every day via text and calls. I know most people are iffy about places when it comes to their vehicles but I recommend This service king. I have had work on my car before as well and this time was much more pleasant.

Jesse Beauchamp showed superior customer service and my car was basically professionally detailed when I picked up. He had the car in a bay because it was raining and that was greatly appreciated.

This guy was trying to do body work on my 2017 Dodge tailgate when I knew it just needed to be replaced. If you have an insurance claim take your vehicle to the dealership!! He also said he couldnt match the Rhino liner on my tailgate if he replaced it. Luck fully I had the urge to get a second opinion the dealership gave me a new tailgate no-questions-asked and matched my Rhino liner with no problems

The Service King in Conroe on Hwy 105 has been great for us. They are very friendly and will explain everything you need to know, and answer all of your questions. They quickly repaired our car using OEM new parts. But what really made them worth it was, there was a minor issue with the paint, ten months later, and they handled it without any hassle at all. In fact, they even buffed out a few scratches and a paint touch-up on a small knick, without charging for it. I feel this is great customer service, earning loyalty to this Service King location.

Probably one of the worst experiences Ive had at a collision center. Simple replacement of a bumper turned into almost a whole month. First came to get my car and the bumper was popping out, not placed properly or aligned with the rest of the car. Paint was chipped and the manager even said, Had I saw it before you did, I wouldve gone in and touched it up and you would have never known. As he proceeded to smoke in front of us. Left and got a call four hours later that the car was ready. Way too fast to repaint a bumper. Came to get it again and the bumper was still popped out and the paint was touched up just like he said he would. I immediately pulled my car and another shopped fixed it in two days and no popped out bumper. I will never go back and I wont let anyone go there either.

I was very impressed with there work on my truck they did more than the bare minimum. I was overall pleased with my experience here at service king and they will be my go to collision spot if ever in accident again (hopefully never) and I will let anyone who needs collision repair to come here without a doubt!

Horrible. I only went here because Geico recommended it and I hope I never have to go here again. When they say your car is ready just be prepare to find out its not. the repairs should of taken a week but after they installed/ fixed it wrong and the vendor losing a part it took almost 3.... Dont go here.

NEVER take your vehicle here. WORST paint job ever. Wife picked up vehicle without noticing poor color match (2013 GMC, 99% garaged) and swirl marks/scratches over entire hood where buffing job was incomplete if done at all. I returned with vehicle 1 week later. Staff on hand immediately recognized how poor job was. Said they would make it right. Numerous calls by me NOT returned. I specifically requested 2nd paint try to be QCd before releasing to wife. That did NOT happen.Color match still not right. I will not give them a 3rd chance. I have taken vehicle to shop that knows how to match paint

My sisters car was wrecked and this was recommended to repair it. Car was out of service for almost a month but it was severely damaged. The car looked good as new and they graciously repaired two problems that popped up after the repairs were made.

I was very pleased with the service from Service King. My car feels like a new one.

Everyone hates getting into a car accident. Even more so when its not your fault. I was rear ended and decided to take my car to Service King. Immediately they made me feel that it was a decision that I wouldnt regret. They estimated 2 weeks for the repairs on my brand new Jetta and got started on the work right away. They sent me text messages daily about the status of my car. Some were kinda cute as if the car was texting me Hey! They are taking good care of me here. Getting painted and all cleaned up!They called me 4 days before the due date and let me know that my Jetta was ready to be picked up. Not only did they make my car look new again, but they even cleaned it up and it looked shiny and so clean!!! I really loved my experience so much that 2 weeks after getting it back, someone hit my parked car and I immediately called Service King and set up the appointment.
