Absolutely horrible service. I took my truck to Demontrand because I wanted my Ram to be repaired by a Ram dealer. I took it in for a repair on the rear axle since it was hit in an accident and figured they’d give me the repair possible. Well, after a week of being in I get a call saying it was ready. They aligned it and put a new wheel and tire. I asked about the squeaking wheel and they said they look at it. Well, they said I had a bent axle(I already knew this). So they say they’re keeping it another week and repair it. They called me and said it was ready so I go pick up. I’m driving home and the rear end of the truck feels loose. I called Chelsea to let her know and she tells me to bring it back. I continue driving and she calls me back to tell me her manager said it was safe to drive. WOW! I decide to pull over and check my truck and there is a BOLT missing from the suspension! I called them back and they send a tow truck to pick it up. I don’t understand how a Ram dealer can be so incompetent when it come repairing their own product!!! I hope someone from Demontrand Ram calls me if the see this.

Over a month ago, I requested twice for a free quote after I was rear ended in a stop and go traffic by a mini-van driver. I have not heard back. I sought another independent repair shop around the same time who quoted $550 within a week. You guys couldve been paid by State Farm to fix my rear bumper. Demontrond brand isnt great at customer service in my experience in their car sales division either.

The staff here at Demontrond Collison were some of the most helpful and friendly people. It took 3 weeks to get my vehicle repaired (constant insurance delay) but the staff at Demontrond kept me informed every step of the way; even when the insurance rep would not contact me Demtrond Collision staff did. They also made sure the replacement parts were best quality compared to what insurance tried to have put on. I even received my Jeep back washed and vacuumed. If my vehicle is ever damaged again they are FIRST on my list!!!

They lost my keyless entry and replaced it with a old beat up/scratched up one. When I called about it all I got was the runaround

Great work after out hit and run.They did awesome as a whole.Wish they had loaners cars :-(Only downfall was after dropping car off we had to use Enterprise Rent A Car..... It was aweful. The location was dirty and dealt with rude personnel.

I am more than satisfied....was involved in an accident, Chris went above and beyond. Everything was taken care of through my insurance financially, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work. I am as picky as they come, and Have no complaints! Thanks Chris, and your team!

Chris was awesome. He was quick to get my car fixed, helped me save tons of $$. I always feel as a woman I’m being taken advantage of because I know zero about cars, but never once did I feel that at demontrond and with Chris!

Fast turn around time. Vehicle looks great. Would have liked better communication though.I’ve called a few times to get info on diminished value and have been told someone would call me back twice but still haven’t gotten a call.

Came here as part of the Geico claims process and was pretty happy how smooth everything went. Came in filled out a short form, and left with a rental. They kept me updated every step of the way and now you cant tell there was damage. Hope I dont need to but if I ever need body work again Ill be coming here

They did a great job on my truck. Took way longer than expected though and was tough getting updates on my vehicle.

Dealing with an accident is never a fun process. However, my whole ordeal was made a little less painful and a little more pleasant at DeMontrond Collision. I consulted with Chris who was very informative and transparent with what would be done with the car. He was very responsive with any questions and concerns that I had, and was also very communicative with me every step of the process. The car came out as promised. When promised. That is about all I can ask for. Thanks!

Chris and Jason took care of me in time of a crisis beating all other dealership prices and saving me money you would be crazy to take your car or truck anywhere else.

Nick is great! I have geico and they repaired my vehicle after I hit a deer. Its been a year and a part they replaced on my air conditioner messed up. Nick took care of the issue and fixed it right up in about 30 minutes, and said if I have any more problems just to let him know. I was very pleased with the customer service I received, and their new office/shop is very nice!

Had small fender bender, the staff was helpful and and the work was excellent. They could improve by being more punctual in letting me know updates.

First of all you have to make an appointment for an estimate, then you sit and wait, then he asks you the same questions on the questionnaire you just filled out. Been doing business with Demontrond for three decades, but the service at the new body shop is horrible. Took my 2011 Challenger to Cornerstone Collision, they are great and did an excellent job well under Demontrond estimate.

Nick and staff took months to repair my car and was promised a part that was on back order to be installed in February! Well it is now October and have heard nothing from nick or staff! Stay away from this place! Horrible service on vehicle and at front desk! Better business at Calliber Collision down the road!

My brand new Ram got backed into at work so I took it here since this is where I bought my truck. Best service I have ever experienced at a body shop. It’s stressful enough buying your first new vehicle without having someone destroy the back end within a month. Joe handled my case and made this experience anything but stressful. Joe personally called me almost everyday to update me on what was going on with my truck. I was really sick when i initially brought the truck in and Joe even took the time to ask me how i was feeling every time he called. Only took a week and a half and my Ram was back to looking brand new. Whether you bought your vehicle at Demontrond or not, I could not recommend this place more. Thank you, Joe and Demontrond Collision!
