Someone hit my car and damaged it and of course didn’t say anything. I was able to get an immediate appointment at Service King Conroe and they took care of me. My car was only in there for a few days. The girls that work up front are friendly and very helpful. It was a great experience and if any of my vehicles get damaged I will definitely use them again!

I had a door with some parking lot damage that was down to bare metal. They repaired the damage and blended the paint to perfection. I know where the damage was but the repairs were such that I cant see it now. Work was completed earlier than expected and at the price quoted. I will have no issues of using Service King again if needed.

Service King did all the Collision Work on our 2021 Kia. They handled supplemental insurance like a dream and were extremely accommodating. Tammy made sure everything was taken care of and put up with us constantly bugging her. If the unfortunate case of an accident happens again...I will always go to Service King. Especially is Tammy is still managing things there.

They returned my 2015 Chevy Tahoe to good as new. No surprises, and work was completed ahead of schedule. Very pleased!

I’ve used this company exclusively for many years and for several of my family’s vehicles. Their workmanship and customer service are second to none. My favorite shops are both in Conroe, one on 105 just west of the San Jacinto river bridge and the other on I-45 at the 3083 exit on the southbound feeder. I’ve gotten to know the service representatives and even met and visited with the technicians working on our cars and pickups. Their interest has always been in doing the best possible job, and always within the estimated timeframe. I hate to need them but I always love doing business there.

Way over priced and a pain to get appraisals

Absolutely fabulous experience. Sam at the front is a sweetheart and Ricky (my tech) did excellent work on my Mini Cooper and kept me up to date on everything going on with my car!! I am very impressed by their level of professionalism and customer service. I have gotten my car fixed by other service King’s in the past. There is no other place I will trust with my Mini Cooper!

$7k worth of work and had to return our truck because they didnt reinstall the gas tank properly. Almost got stranded out with the kids since we didnt notice until we needed gas. Now we have to go back again for the tall lights not connected back. Whats next...smh!

They don’t accept cash, work is expensive compared with others around, and lengthy in time even if the damage is not big deal.Got an estimate for 3 days repair and $1000 cheaper, but State Farm picked them so I was stuck with a rental for almost 2 weeks.

I used this facility in January. 2018, and was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with their expertise and professionalism. The office staff was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Mr. James Grimes was so helpful and kept me informed every day or so about the progress of the repair of my vehicle. I did not have a choice in going here because this is the place the insurance company of the person who hit me had me take my car. Ive never been to a mainstream mechanic I always think they are scam artist (reserving my 5th star for that in the future if I need to edit). Anyway the staff at this location were really great. I like that they had Enterprise on-site for me to pick up my rental at the same time. The convenience of that made an already stressful thing, less so.I liked the email updates on my car, while it was off by a day, it still took less time than I thought it would to repair the front right fender and bumper. The car looks brand new on that end. I almost want them to fix the rest of it!Rick was really great and down to earth. I didnt have a whole lot of questions about the repairs, maybe I should have asked, but he was straightforward with the main things I wanted to know. My car drives just like it did, maybe a little bit better than when i brought it in.So far, I really have no complaints. This location in particular, I do like. All locations are different, but as far as Im concerned they did a good job in positively promoting Service King overall. I hope I dont need to see them again, but if I do, I feel comfortable in them being able to get the job done and get it done right.(Pictures to come).

Wonderful people who were very kind throughout the whole process. When my dad noticed something on my car that I didn’t see when I came to pick it up they insisted on taking the time to go out and look at it and fix it right away which was impressive to me because it showed that they cared. Also there is an enterprise on the same lot which was SUPER convenient!!

We were sent here by our insurance. We had a great overall experience. I even made a stop mid week to get something out of the car I had forgotten, and had no problem retrieving it. They were good about explaining things, updating us, overall service was great.

Brought my daughters car for some body work after receiving quotes from two other autobody shops . So glad I picked this location James and Rudy are top notch . The process was painless! enterprise meets me at the location to provide a rental through my insurance company . The receptionist is pleasant and always smiling I will recommend this location to as many people as I can !

I cannot say that my experience was a five star .I brought my vehicle for repair on a collision. The parts that were replaced.began to fall out and some became loose, when I return my vehicle, I was told that I had caused them by being in another collision, which is certainly not true, I call it poor workmanship..and they are not backing up their responsibility.

The people are great but the estimates are crazy. 2k to prep and paint a bumper cover, fender and quarter panel on a new truck.

First time was great... I should have knownMy car was in the shop a month....I went to pick it up no one came out to check it for me... guess what ? I had to bring it back 3 times !The back door open alarm was on and they said it couldnt be fixed well it was working when I brought it in...I asked if it could possible come open and the guy said well yes I would lean on it !Tire sensor alarm was on... I took it to the tire shop myself.... bad sensor from the crash... not fixed...I took the car to Ford who said yes your back door can be fixed tell them to bring it to us...So I spent all day doing their job and it cost be $1000 in lost work and they said they would take care of a rental for me while the car was in the shop again for another week.... guess what.... yep I got a charge on my credit card for the rental and they will not even return my calls to take care of it...My experience ??? I cant use that language on here... the manager should find another job because he cant face a customer with an issue....he still has yet to return my calls....

Service advisor, Sam Henkel, stayed late on a Saturday when a teen driver who was driving almost twice the legal speed limit slammed into my truck and caused extensive damage. No thanks to the Conroe PD. Pretty much useless.Sam and the team were great!

Brought my car in for a small dent and a paint chip due to someone hitting my newly bought car. I was told it would take two days for repairs and it took about 24 hours. I was in a rental that I was not the happiest with so was bummed that I would have to go the weekend in the thing. I dropped my car off Tuesday at service king and was told it would be done Monday. It wasnt even lunch time on a Friday that I got a call saying it was done. James Grimes was my associate and I am very pleased with my experience here and highly recommend them for a quick experience. My car looks great and you would never even know that it was hit.

Someone backed into my car (while parked) taking my bumper half way off. Service King did an outstanding job on repairs. Now Im having more work done there. Theyre just that darn good.

This place is awful. I suggest everyone just avoid them. They got my car on Oct. 22nd 2018, they said it would be three weeks... when I called to check on it in late Nov, they had not even started... the original representative I left the car with, was no longer with the company. I asked that the general manager call me back... it is January of 2019... I have still received a single follow-up or phone call... I began trying to see what Allstate could do on Dec 20th... this has been a complete waste of time and energy, I suggest you pick another company as I am certain this company is not worthy of your business.

Have had my vehicle for over a month for minor passenger wheel 3 day job. They admit to additional damage by their staff to front and now suspension and second realignment after first was cleared a month ago Lincoln MKX Believe they caused additional damage on site.

Had my Jetta repaired A concrete truck backed over the front end of it .there was still a wobble in the front end after repairs were completed . They took it back no problem said they could not feel A wobble in the front end hmm well I definitely could! I asked them to check the rims to make sure one of them we’re not possibly bent. Couple of days later they called me said they had checked the rims could not find a problem. I took my car to discount tire in Huntsville to get new tires great place they discovered that I had a bent rim lol imagine that. Avoid service king in there cons. Rather than deal with them again I purchased my own rims the problem is fixed. Be aware of service kings cons they will charge you or your insurance for things they do not do . (FRAUD ALERT!!!)

Ive been back and forth with this shop for a total of almost 4 months. My car is not even close to being back to brand new nor did they effectively communicate any of the repairs.

I dont write reviews, and this is probably my first and last. I orginally went in to have work done on my fender of my car. I didnt even get into a collision with another vehicle, but my coworker reccomended it so I thought - why not try! So they spend a total of 9 minutes looking at my car. And when I say looking, I mean they just literally looked. The main damage was actually under the car, so its impossible to have estimated correctly.The lady comes back inside to tell me how much it would be to fix. $836. Literally, what in the actual $@!#. The actual fender only costs $60 online. The screw (yes, one screw was broken) was $22. I understand labor costs, but they estimated it would take 6 hours to fix.The best part is the lady who estimated it comes back inside with Youre not going to like the price but its over $800. I find this so ridiculous that its almost offensive. As IF im going to even consider that this price isnt a complete rip off. I could probably find a freaking dog to fix it better and cheaper than they could have. If you tell them youre not paying with insurance this is what you get.If you like spending a ton of money on useless things though this is the place for you. Thank you service king. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

They say they will fixed car back to a 100%. Then they have you sign paperwork before looking at and then when you drive off the lot...drives bad. Talked to general manager who informed me my car is old (2007) need to take to a mechanic I know and prove was caused by accident....what??? 100% gaurantee...thats crap..words are lies unless work backs you up with quality..He blamed ins., I informed him I was his customer...He told is to just not drive over certain speed...lol really....Now I know why he didnt want ins. Called. THEY can loose a contract w ins. HE could have called ins. To make right...his choice...A bad one...Bad decision...dont use them!! Unless you want halfway done job...It to bad one bad shop ruins for rest!!!

Hands down, worth the drive from the Woodlands. I couldnt believe Geico was asking me to drive to Conroe to get an estimate for vehicle repair, but when I asked to have my car serviced by the location in spring, I quickly learned why they prefer the Conroe location. The spring location experience was a nightmare, rude and unprofessional... I drove away from them as fast I could. All I can say is that these guys in Conroe turned my day around with smiles, speed, and amazing customer service. The service manager on duty, Sam, rearranged their schedule to help me, and the young lady at the front desk was friendly and quick. They were always one step ahead of my requests, and I even received a very nice rental from the on-location Enterprise. The facility is also clean, has wi-fi, free drinks and candy offered the moment you walk in. While it appeared to be busy in the service area, the lobby was calm and quiet. I will gladly keep driving out to Conroe to go to this Service King. Thank you for upholding excellent customer service. It means the world to your customers!

They said my car was going to be fixed and sent me texts saying they were in the process of fixing my car and I found out nearly a month after my wreck that it was a total loss and they were never fixing my car.
