We went in for a fitting on our ring sixe..an the ladies there were just so amazing..an I left with a 10,000 ring...I was very please with the service

Online showed the store opening at 10 on both their website and on Google. Staff are standing around inside and its now 11:15. At least take the time to update your hours or post your actual hours on a piece of paper outside.

Went back and got a very nice sterling silver rope necklace for a pendant. Beautiful

The staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful and upfront about my options. They helped me find a sapphire engagement ring (its what my fiance wanted) Oh and she said yes!

Make sure you keep your little card or they wont keep the warranty!!!! They SAY they dont keep record of the inspections in their system but a paper card is the most outdated way to keep record of anything. Great way to avoid having to fix a piece that was covered by a warranty!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

My husband bought my engagement and wedding ring here and purchased the life time warranty. Could not be more pleased with the service when I go for inspections/cleanings, the quality of the rings, and the lifetime warranty they offer. Nothing but 5 stars for this business.

My boyfriend and myself were browsing and looking at engagement rings when we were approached immediately and greeted with professionalism and friendliness. The associate immediately asked what we were searching for, fufilled our needs with multiple options, educated us on different cuts and the customization process. We in no way felt pushed to purchase as we were only trying out options and getting ideas, but we felt much more comfortable with the process. We didnt walk away with anything today, but Im sure they will see us back there soon!

They were great. Soooo helpful. I will definitely be back. Very professional. The young ladies are awesome. Now calling customer service is horrible. They should not be called that. Maybe customer call center maybe customer complain line. Anything but customer service. Revamp or retrain those people and this would be the best jewelry store ever..

One of the employees at the store opened up a credit card without my permission. After reading reviews and running Google searches the same thing has happened to many other people. Now I have to figure out a way to deal with that on my credit report. I didnt even purchase anything from their store. Would highly recommend not shopping there!

Rings were beautiful, but one of the employees activated a credit card before we even made a decision if we wanted a ring or not from there. Wish they waited until we gave them an exact answer if we wanted the ring or not before activating the credit card. Card is now activated, and now we have to deal with the bank to make sure it is closed. Felt pressured and rushed.

I only gave one star because the option for zero stars wasnt available. All I can say is dont shop here! There are a couple really great sales people (Mike T was awesome) but overall the experience has been the worst.You dont expect to ask a question at a jewelry store after spending close to 2K and be told I dont know, thats above my paygrade with a shoulder shrug and no other offers to attempt to answer my question. Also, their return and exchange policy is the worst. Unless you wear the display size just know its a final purchase. They wont tell you that. Just dont shop here. Just dont.

I do not like Helzberg Diamonds. I have purchased numerous gifts from them in the past but they tried to ruin my credit because of the stupidity of one of their employees. I had documentation that proved they were wrong in stating my account was paid late & asked them to remove this from my credit file & they refused. Do not ever buy anything from Helzberg Duamonds.

So just had my ring appraised for insurance reasons and just found out that the diamon and white gold ring my husband purchased for one of our anniversaries in which he paid somewhere between 2000 & 3000 dollars for is not even a real diamonds I know it’s not out of the ordinary to use lab created stones but they should disclose that information before sale
