This location has knowledgeable employees. Theyre extremely friendly and do a good job at assisting patrons with eclectic taste. The only down side is that the pandemic has affected their inventory causing some brands to not be available. On the plus side, they brought back wine tasting on Friday and the try before you buy promotions.

Total Wine has the best beer & wine selection around this area. No matter what your taste are youll find something that fits the mold. Sometimes I just like to isle shop and try new beers, while picking up my favs too. You cant go wrong....

It started off with the manager Brian he was not helpful nor professional. If it hadnt been for the kind gentlemen who name was Mosses. I wouldnt come back I run a business so at times we have to be attended to our clients. If it was my choice Brian I think was his name. If I am wrong, he will know whom I am speaking about should locate or get into a new field of work.

The store definitely had what I wanted as always. However the manager/ cashier I interacted with was rude and I felt rushed! When checking out he did not hand me my bag so I had to find where he sat it down and he was soo ready to get to the next customer, one person behind me! He also talked over me a few times and I just didn’t feel good about being in his presence.

Bret was fantastic!!! He went above and beyond helping my future wife and I pick our selection for our wedding. He was handling all matters in the store on top of giving us top notch service. A+ we will definitely be returning.

Total wine and more is an understatement 😂... My wife went in because I had a headache FOR 1 BOTTLE...... She walked out with a smile and 2 bags 😅😅 the first thing she say... They have every flavor Stella rose CHEAPER TOO I laughed then she pulls out a bucket fill with jello shots They have jello shots too.. 🤭🤭🤭 My wife was happy and you know what they say happy wife happy life. I approve this place. 😎

Very impressed with the service. This was our first visit to a Total Wine, and we did not expect a staff member to be readily available to help with selection. We were quickly and politely helped. He was very knowledgeable and recommended a wine that was a great pick for us.

The service was impeccable. There was always someone around willing to answer questions. The selection is unlike any Ive ever seen before. The staff took me to the section I was looking for instead of just pointing to where I needed to go. You get a discount on the create-your-own 6 packs, too. My only complaint was that the womens bathroom was unsightly and needed cleaning. Other than that, I highly recommend this establishment.

Informative inviting clean. The woman who helped me address any questions I had. They have a huge variety of foreign, local, beers. Huge wine collection and nice cigar room. Service is professional to address whatever level of understanding you have in what youre looking for. They also offer classes for wine tasting etc.

Got a chocolate wine here. Not a big fan of red wine so I guess it was better.

Went here on 12/24/2020 with a friend 32 minutes before closing . I was greeted by two people at the door with pleasant smiles and immediately offered help. While roaming the aisle of Spain the most wonderful human named Victoria offered to help me . Her love for wine was apparent even with the mask on. She spoke highly of her manger who loves wine and offered me more help than I could have asked for ( I mean that in a positive way) I left with 5 wines needless to say.

Went with wife for her birthday. Nice guy that usually does wine helped her find coffee beer and chocolate beer. He had excellent recommendations. We even found booze ice cream by the register and bought the coconut rum flavor as per the cashiers recommendation. Also amazing. Love this place. Will be back!

Walked into the store and was told I had to wear a mask. Ive been shopping all day in multiple stores in the common area and not one store even approached me and my wife about not wearing a mask. CDC has already announced that nobody is required to wear a mask. We walked out and they will forever loose my business.

Great selection of Sake for sipping or parties and the cash register has small personal size bottles of wine that would be wonderful for gifts! I got a rose, sparkling wine for some friends birthdays. Also, the cashier recommended 1911 brand cider because me and my partner got the Build your own Six Pack with cider.

I have shopped at Total Wine in other locations and enjoyed it Even in FL visiting family.I went to TW Concord NC and I walked in and within 2 mins I was asked to put a mask on. There was 5 people in 8000 or so sq ft store, when I told the woman it makes me sick and I dont wear one because it does she told me I would have to leave, No exceptions I was shocked! Then she made sure I left. I left will never go back. Went to another location and no one said anything about no masks. Plus they helped me find what I was looking for. Bad business in my opinion terrible customer service as well.

Really good booze selection. Decent cigar selection (within reason) Some selections offer decent prices, others not so much. On a whole though this has most bang for the buck of any operation of its kind in the area as its definitely one of the better Total Wine & Mores around.

Everytime I come to this store Im always greeted with a warm welcome by a young lady by the name of Arey. Today however she was busy doing curbside from what it looks like. After being completely walked pass/ or not even acknowledged by what looks like a new store manager. I must say I am HIGHLY disappointed in this.. I stood in customer service waiting for a manager in White to return after being completely looked over. Its sad no one took the time to see if I needed assistance after just standing there for God knows how long . Luckily Arey made it her business to see if I was ever helped from the time of her walking out. You need more people like her ! If it wasnt for Arey I would definitely be shopping elsewhere. However she is literally the best youve got.

Always well stocked with whatever your drinking. If they dont carry what your looking for they will gladly order it for you. Nice selection of cigars as well. Good prices from what I can tell. I grabbed 3 cases of 24 packs and 2 cases of 12 pack bottles of OMB and I was under $100.00.

Total Wine has an extensive variety of domestic and international wines. This was my second visit this week (earlier in the week I purchased wine) to purchase beer, however they were out of the Omergang Rare Vos. The salesperson assured me that they would have more in stock by Wednesday however I will be headed back to NYS on Monday.

First time here as I used to go to the University location, where I was always helped from the time I walked in until I had what I needed. They were great for making suggestions. I almost always left with something new to try. Park Rd location. Nothing like that here.Here, however, was I different story. First wine I asked as bout. OH, its on the back wall.* Second was a particular chardonnay, ailse 12. Any idea how many choices there are when you want a certain one? Same thing with the Rieslings. OH sibe wall half way down. By the time I got 3 bottles (I needed 6) I said the hevk withn this and left

They have a very large selection of beers and wines. Almost anything youre looking for is probably here, the staff was not as knowledgeable as I had hoped they would be though. They were very polite but I would have appreciated just a bit more effort in helping us to find what we were looking for.
