Very aggravated with what amount of time things have required. So it got going with my companion and I going in to sort my ring out. Psyche you, I accepted my ring from one out in Boise Idaho more than 4 years prior at this point. I exclusively had it done as I would prefer and approved of anything there.At the Concord Mall Kay, Almost 2 months since I gave them my ring to fix and I reached the online Kay gem specialist to see the situation with my ring I offered them to fix. Psyche you, I got and email seven days after we gave them my ring saying that the maker accepted my ring. I had not heard anything since that. When I reached the online costumer administration, they readily called the store to sort out the status. No problem at all. No issues. What Im disappointed about is that they had my ring for very nearly 2 months now, and I got an update from the store since I messed with for data about it. They continue to get back to me to give me the expense of the substitution pearls, however no assessed season of fruition. You would think, after the production had my ring for a very long time (and its anything but a very extravagant or enormous ring) that I would have had an update or cost information inside multi week and my ring back by 2months... in any case. Upset with regards to this, and I simply need my ring back. I trust it is done in 3 weeks since by then theyll have it for 2 1/2 months. This ring is a straightforward band with 9 little pearls on it. I was advised it wouldnt be all the more then 3 to about a month till I had my ring back.

I made numerous purchases here. Upon trying to return an item that I had called to verify with a manger of a Kays Jewelers I was refused when I went inside. Me, my family, and anyone I see that wears jewelry will be told about my experience and how not only are they making a 75 percent profit their return policy which is ridiculous especially when we already have to deal with their COVID 19 hours

I was told it wouldn’t be more then 3 to 4 weeks till I had my ring back.
Was trying to get something nice and unique for my mother for Christmas, they ignored me for quite a bit after at the least- a welcome in. But after that I was given stares, and then I stop paying attention to them only to feel the vibe of not being welcomed.I assumed my radio attached to my hip, maybe my black gloves I entered and took off, or my young and short appearance. I felt discriminated for my Youth and professional attire in nearly all black after work made the dues, but I was going to be a paying customer.Never felt this way before in a jewelry store, even the Less professional local jewelers in Downtown Oakland did better at selling me something.

This review is for the website. For Kay jewelers as a corporation. Not the store at the mall. I tried to buy a piece of jewelry on their website today it was impossible to use their website. I wasted almost an hour felt like a fool. I ended up going to Amazon where usually shop took me three minutes to buy what I wanted. I cant even imagine having a business like that and not having a high functioning website. They are beyond not getting it. Merry Christmas

This IS a review for the shop at the Sun Valley mall. Incompetent management and snotty customer care makes this place unprofessional and over priced. Dont ever expect to make a return smoothly with this company/store. Ive turned them in to corporate and the bbb for their shady business practices
