Absolute awful experience in the Sunvalley store. The staff were friendly but upper management like the district manager and store manager had awful service. The store manager never cared about customers until they were at the register ready to spend money and constantly pressured customers to sign on to their loyalty program scam, which if you use often enough to where you actually save money they claim youre stealing from them and shut your whole account down. This legitimately happened to a friend of mine, dont sign on to it, its a complete and total scam. The district manager has no sense whatsoever, heard tell from their sister store (Hot Topic) that they got the job through favoritism. No surprise there as she seems to only hire managers who are incompetent like she is and pass over the hard working staff that have been there for years actually helping out the customers. That staff has transitioned, that out of that terrible situation but who knows what kind of tomfoolery continues there. Dont bother going on and wasting your time, on top of their terrible upper management the quality of their products are complete garbage compared to their highway robbery prices.

One of the places that makes sun valley mall worth going to still. My must hit places are: FYE, boxlunch, and auntie Annes. This place has a ton of nerd stuff and in a cool way not a patronizing way. The staff and environment feel genuine when they sell you a ghibli shirt or whatever. If you like Disney or anime its worth going to.

This review is for the utter lack of customer support and communication. I ordered last week. The message said wait 5-8 business days for the store to receive the item and I will receive an email when its ready for pickup. I called the store on the ninth day to check the status. Voicemail. No reply. I called the customer service number that was provided on the reciept, again just to check on the status of the package. The line I kept getting was It will arrive between 5-8 business day. Tried to explain it was the ninth day. Got fed the same line.My takeaway: No wonder Amazon is making cash rain. Stores like BoxLunch dont know how to provide good service.

I love Box Lunch. Its another pop culture shop but its aesthetic is so much cleaner and they have more of what I personally am looking for (superhero and Nickelodeon items). A little pricey for me but for what they sell, its worth it.

Amazing store with amazing customer service! It’s the perfect place for present shopping, it’s got a little something for everyone in your life. Employees are more than helpful and aim to make sure you leave the store with a smile on your face. Definitely going back!!

Love this store.. so many cool pop culture clothing, accessory and misc items. The store employees were pretty great too, even during the mad rush of the holidays.

Coolest store in the mall

Such an amazing store un my opinion. Has the coolest themes such as Harry Potter, the Office, Disney etc. I love coming here!

Great place, staff was excellent and super helpful. They have tons of different fandoms and so many things I have never seen before. Ive been looking for a new bag and had seen a bunch online, but wasnt sold till I saw it in store. Happy to know theres a place that carries awesome Disney items in store on a regular basis, lol besides the Disney store...

Horrible! Never received the email letting me know my online order was available for pick up at the store. First inquiry after around 10 days to customer service said it takes 14 business days. A few days later, I called the store and was told my order not yet received and told it could take at least 14 days.About a week later on 12/12, still no email so contacted customer service again and told order arrived at the store on 11/21. Went to the store that day. Some girl sitting on the floor behind the counter on her phone, who turned out to be an employee, perhaps the supervisor that day—very unprofessional. My package was no longer there...it was sent back as abandoned. What?! By this time, the items I ordered were sold out.It then took another 2 calls to customer service and 2 weeks for box lunch to finally process my refund. Reps were nice enough, but ineffective.

I love this store! I am a child at heart so they have amazing harry potter and Disney and other movie stuff like shirts, pens, accessories etc. A little pricier than other stores but worth it.

Neat place with some retro disney products and some unexpected items like a spongebob square paints section.
