The store was very well organized and there were TONS of options available in store. It would be nearly impossible to walk away from this book store empty handed. The prices are about the same as anywhere else and. They do have a membership that can be used in store and online. If Im ever in the area again Ill definitely visit.

1) What a positive experience shopping at this store turned out to be.2) The staff was professional and friendly even though they were very busy.3) Besides being knowledgeable about their merchandise, they also took time to patiently answer each of the customers questions that I had observed.4) Also, there was a very slight problem concerning one of my purchases; I was referred to customer service to help; and it was very kindly, and professionally taken care of in a timely manner.5) Thank you to Books-A-Million for having such a great staff ... they deserve this recognition.

I love this place. Even tho they don’t always have what I’m looking for, you can always ask the really nice employees and they can order it for you! Overall it’s an amazing place to come to even if your not buying anything.

Great place to take your coffee and sit down with a good book. Nice selection. They have a good selection of gift sets so if you are looking to buy a nice gift for the upcoming holidays this is a good place to start!

They need more help, there was only one lady on Saturday night who was available and very helpful but afterwhile I started to feel bad. I was there with my daughters and we were all looking for particular books and/or authors. As she did her best to help us there were other customers I noticed looking for help as well. Please get this lovely lady help!

Large selection. Not enough staff, but thats most places these days. The lady who I finally got to help me was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but some of the sections are so disorganized, she couldnt find what I needed. I needed a book on diabetes. They are not together, but scattered through a huge health section overrun with books on keto.

I bring my son to buy books from here all the time. He is a book worm! The staff is so happy and friendly every time. Lovely environment.

Great selection of books, especially sci-fi/fantasy. If youre morally opposed to online book shopping but still want a plethora of choices, this would be the place to come.

The place felt like a Barnes and Noble. It was well stocked. The books I was looking for said they were there, but no one could locate them. My issue was the salespeople were not familiar with books in the stores entirety. They professed knowing only their section. Didnt help me.

Great selection of not only books but other things like Star Wars and Harry Potter pictures, mugs, calendars, neck rests. They also have magnets, book marks, pens, etc. Really nice place.

Solid place but board game prices are kind of high and 70% of the scifi and fantasy books are videogame adaptations now. Not good spot unless you want manga, romance, kids books, or game/movie related books.

This BAM! is really awesome. I do prefer independant bookstores, but this particular BAM has the biggest selection of books around that Ive found and they have tons of other stuff too. I always make a point to visit the bargain priced sectino towards to rear of the store for some great deals and they actually have a modest used collectin onow as well. They do give pretty steep discounts for those in the membership program and the pricing is pretty standard without it, so fair. The main draw about this store for me is the massive selection for all genres.

Its a goto place for my book shopping trips .it has large variety of books and a nice collection of toys and books for children.

Nice store, seemed a bit messy but they also seemed short staffed and busy putting away inventory. Not their fault. Huge location! Lots of novelties also.

Its about as good as youre going to get from a brick and mortar book store in todays world. Its still a good store but as with any actual, store the stock is always going to be somewhat limited and, unfortunately, these days, youre probably lucky if you actually find anything that youre specifically looking for. Whereas if you get online you can pretty much find ANYTHING you might desire. That is if it still exists in print and someone is willing to part with it. But no matter what, youre odds will be better going to the website instead of the actual physical store and, more than likely, a simple Google search will probably yield better results than a trip to Books-A-Million or Barnes And Noble. Again, this isnt the stores fault. Its nobodys fault. Its just the, evolution of society. ✌️

I havent been here in a long time, at least 10 years. This brought back memories, but also sparked a ton of creativity and information seeking. Wow, it was quite overwhelming. I starting reading a Stephen Hawking book titled A brief History In Time and it is mind blowing. Definitely stop by here for positive vibes.

This is the perfect place for book lovers to go! They have such a wide variety of genres, including manga which me and my friends love to go and check out all the new ones they have! If you are or know someone who is a book lover, then this is the place to go to find what you need!

I love love love their selection of everything I went for my birthday to treat myself to some new reading material and it was so hard to choose because there were so many options. I am glad that they are still striving considering most reading material can be purchased digitally. I personally love the feel and smell of a fresh new book so I will always purchase them when I can and I am glad to know that they are here for me.

Its not Barnes And Noble, but theyve got books. Books are good, books are comforting. Some times, often times, books are your only friends. The smell of the paper, or when warmed by an evening sun or resting beside a freshly-brewed cup of tea, nearly all feelings of sorrow subside and defer to the grace of the book and its words. In short, books are good, and they have a few here.

They can get any kind of book you want.

For those who still buy books in stores, it has a variety. Lots of games and Knick knacks as well.

Customer service left a lot to be desired. Multiple employees standing around complaining to one another while there were definitely customers in need of assistance. Being unable to get assistance, I literally ordered the book I was searching for from Amazon in the store.I understand that this location is the only one in town so it greatly limits in person options but damn, could they at least pretend they care?

Your trying to worm your way around the store which makes it messy looking and you have to look closer at things to find what you are looking for. You may not walk in with and idea to buy but you usually end up buying something.

Always unique in the type of literature they carry, as well as gifts. Im a bibliophile so Im always looking for something new, & I can always get my fix here. I also loved how im left alone to get to know a book without being bombarded by employees, but theyre there if I need them.

Loved walking around and finding all the hidden gems.

Its has a vintage feel book store.. (theft store). Books are just thrown on the shelves.. alot of books they dont have. No customer service and people that work there are not very welcoming. Maybe not use to people buying anything. Wouldnt recommend it
