I was in there on Tuesday and there is a manager her name is Tonie I was actually very disappointed to see her yelling at this girl she was a little on the bigger side I had never met her before I do know Tonie she’s helped me multiple times but she was just yelling at this girl and made her cry and was not being very nice I expect better for this type of company. She came out of what I assume is the back room still crying she went to the other side of the store so I went and asked her if she was OK she said yes but I knew she was lying and I told her that it was OK and that I was sorry that that happened to her I will not be going back very disappointed. I hope this gets resolved. My daughter helped me make this Google account just to make this review I was not going to but I figured I should Tell everyone how management treats their employees. DISAPPOINTED!
When I first walked into this location, my experience was great! The lady helped me & my fiancé find exactly what we wanted. A few weeks later my wedding ring comes in without a problem & I go to pick it up. However, I was told his was not ready & that it would be ready in about another two weeks. I’ve been calling & being told different things about the ring. It’s been a month later & we get married in two weeks & each time I call to get updates I’m given a different story. NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.Communication is terrible & they are all over the place.
The worst experience ever! This location is not where my future husband bought the ring but it is the closest location to where i live. My SO did not size my ring so i went into this store to get it sized. They were not able to find the account even though i had the receipt in my hands and gave all his information asked for. I understand system flaws happen so I let it go. They asked if he had purchased the insurance on the ring. He did not and so i paid for it. I believe that because i purchased the insurance this was the only reason i was helped! When I came to pick up the ring it was WAY to big for my finger. Less than a week of me being even able to wear my ring the main diamond fell off. I called this location and they asked me to bring it in and it would be ready in another 2 weeks. The only time i could come in was after work and with traffic i arrived at 6pm. They close at 7pm. The girl that helped me did not ask for my name or account information. I could sense she did not want to even help me. She told me I HAD to go the the location my SO bought it from that they could not do anything there. I told her that did not make sense since i got it sized there and she said so what is it that you want me to do? GET IT FIXED!!! I bought the insurance on it! She looked at me and said it would take a month and if i was willing to part from it that long? WHAT? Over the phone they said 2 weeks? So i said fine. I will wait a month. She then told me again she could not take it because i did not purchase it there. Then she said, and I quote Its only a 15 min drive from here to Northlake I will NEVER come to this location EVER again. The employee was to lazy to even pull up by account to simply help me. I dont remember the girls name but she worked at 6pm on 5/10/2021 and had box braids. Younger girl. I ended up going to the Afton location and found out the size the Concords Mill location had told me was wrong. They told me it was a 9 but sized it to a 9 1/4. I found out my actual size is a 8 1/4. so they sized me wrong as well to top it off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION unless you are purchasing because that is the only way they will help you!
I had a horrible experience with the manager of kay . I wasnt happy with my experience due to how she treated me and how money hungry she was, she only cared about a sale and not how I felt. I didnt feel happy until a lady who worked their walked over and actually spoke to me and greeted me and actually try to make a connection . How do you work with someone for multiple hours and only worry about what Im spent. I spent over 8,000 just to return it. I rather deal with others then give her my money. The girl I spoke to was very polite. The manager needs to be fired or learn to sell better
I was told I would get an email even though I asked for a text for when my repair was complete and ready for pick up and I got nothing. No email, no text, no phone call. They were more than willing to take my money but that was the extent of it. They acted all friendly when I was right in front of them and that is where it all ended. I havent picked up my necklace yet but now I am afraid of what I will be getting after this.
Somehow, our warranty was not in the system for a recent purchase. Thankfully, we had the receipt, and the staff helped us get a free re-sizing even though we weren’t in the system. They helped me find the right size and were kind.
Tasha was by far the best sales associate I have ever dealt with. She was polite and patient as it took over 2 hours for me to decide what ring I wanted. She took her time with us and made the ring I want work. If you visit this Kay’s ask for Tasha!!

I am looking for a contact number to email the company and I keep receiving a message that the page is not available.I purchased a very expensive emerald and diamond necklace from Kay’s jewelers at Concord Mills Mall and returned to purchase a larger clasp due to the fact the very small one was difficult to open. The clasp was replaced by an employee there and placed on my neck. A few hours later I noticed the necklace was missing. I Immediately backtracked my steps and contacted security.First thing the next morning I returned to Kay’s Jewelers, the Security Office and Customer Service hoping the necklace had been found and turned in. I have checked with the store several times with no luck. I was hoping to contact corporate to see if there was anything else I could do. Unfortunately there is no way to do that.
Tricia is absolutely amazing!! I have a local Kays but theyre very judgmental. So the 2 hour drive to see her is always worth it :) she helped pick out my dream wedding set, my fiances wedding band and countless other items. Shes always so patient with me because I will literally be in there for hours.
The lady who I was asking questions to. She had a scar on her lip. She was VERY judgmental about what I like and was into, also seem like she is not wanna help or talk to us at all. She did no make me feel very welcomed. Plus, don’t even get me start on the face she made and tone she when I told her I wasn’t really looking for diamonds.
So frustrating Loved the customer service from Manager when we bought retail value of 7,000Engament set. Now promise date due back was yesterday. Been trying for 30 Minutes to call they will not answer phone. This is not the first time we are unable to contact them. Now I have to drive 20 Minutes to see if my rings are in .
Service in store was awful, and my items were shipped somewhere else and I was never even notified about it. If you can help it, do NOT shop at this store. Choose a different location. This was my first time shopping at this location and it will definitely be my last. Store manager was very distasteful, and corporate has already been called.
Always get excellent help from this store. They always answer my calls. And in store assistant is always very supportive and help me.
Was stopped by a sales associate and she told me she was trying to win a contest by getting the most sign up for there rewards program. So I decided to help, little was I aware nor did she care to explain this was a credit card not just a store rewards card like she had said. 2 weeks later the card arrives in my mail. I most certainly do not appreciate dishonesty especially over something like this. I do take blame for not reading it thoroughly enough but its a shame I could not trust they werent lying to my face. When I called they refused to help
Sent my ring to be re dipped for rhodium and it was supposed to come back 7/9. I was told I would receive a call or email. The ring returned on 7/8 But was sent back because they were not satisfied. No one bothered to call and tell me it would take longer. I didnt get to see it, nothing. Ill stick with Northlake Kay Jewelers.
Someone was there to help me as l walk in and was greeted at the door
