I brought in my phone 10 days ago. The office was closed with a note to call a phone number. The owner was gone on an emergency. His business partner answered said he was on the road and I could bring it to the office the following day which I did. When i dropped it off (i was left standing in rain as the door was locked) he could not tell me an estimate he said to call him the next day. When i called he said he still did not know call him the next day at that time he said not more then $300 more then likely less. He said i could pick it up on that Friday. I called him late Friday and he said still not fixed but orice went up to $325 when i asked why he saud hos partner may go down on price as I was a nice lady. The orginal guy came back and finally my phone was ready. I went in today and waited again the rain door locked lights off and a woman came and found my phone it said $250 on phlne but i was charged $325 still no explanation why since i needed my phone i paid it. I would not go back to them. They were pleasantly spoken but really

They were able to fit me in for an appointment on the same day I called and were very kind, professional, and affordable! They did quick, quality work and even helped me put a screen protector on after replacing the screen!

Replaced the screen on my phone today. I am pretty particular and repair phones myself. I had insurance so i let them do it. All i can say is they did a perfect job and used samsung parts. Phone looks and operates like the day i bought it. They were on time for the appointment and also called ahead as stated. 10 out of 10!

I just had my screen repaired from iSmart fix and the guy was wonderful he knew exactly what he was doing I got there a little bit before my appointment time. He took me in and started working on my phone I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus for the new screen it only costed me $220.00. Well worth it. While trying to change the battery on my iPhone 7, it broke. The home button would no longer engage. I called the number for the store and he answered immediately and told me to come on by. Within 10 minutes my phone was working again! He didn’t even charge me for the unbelievable service he provided.. I am Beyond grateful and so very happy with the service he provided. She didn’t drop it or anything. I’m annoyed but, I Call them up, they were super nice, didn’t ask me for a receipt or proof of purchase, brought it back in for a new screen.20 minutes later, phone works great, no issues, no additional charges.Highly recommend. 👍🏻

Excellent service. My Galaxy S5 screen stopped responding back in February, only took a day to get the new screen in, and within 30 minutes of dropping it off I had my phone back. This week it stopped working again, I spilled water on it and it must have made it into the screen even though its water resistant, and again only going to take a day or so to get the part in. I highly recommend this guy, quality fast work and just a very pleasant person who really cares about his job. Will definitely be taking all my future mobile/tablet repair needs to here!

This is a pretty long post, but please read it completely because this was the best visit I have ever made. He was so fantastic!!I had my Samsung Galaxy S9 repaired me. A few days prior to my visit, I had actually replaced my screen and had to pay over $200 to do so at a completely different shop. Within a day of getting my phone back, the screen was completely black. I visited iSmartFix as quickly as I could. While most shops would have tried to swindle you out of your money and convince you that your entire screen needs to be fixed, iSmartFix was great! Without any questions, he opened up my phone and immediately noticed that my LCD was loose. He taped it up, put my phone back together, and it was as good as new.And it only took him 10 minutes!If you are looking for a guy that really knows what he is doing and will be honest with you, you cant go wrong with iSmart Fix. My iPhone was no longer charging or turning on. iSmart Fix replaced both the battery and charging port. Both repairs were done to a professional standard, leaving no nicks or scratches. Was not able to resolve issue, however did not charge for repairs. I have a lot of respect for that because they could have still charged labor and parts. I would definitely and will recommend.

I came in a couple weeks ago with a broken Iphone 8 screen, the screen I revived after almost an hour wait, was a cheap screen that wasn’t connected correctly. The screen was never completely finished and caused my screen to stop recognizing my fingerprints and would completely stop working so I could only use my home button. The phone stopped recognizing the SIM card 2 days later and continued to not connect to cellular data. I had to go to the Apple store to then see if there was anything they could do hoping it wasn’t the screen that was messed up but possibly the battery. Once they got my phone in their hand they instantly knew it was a cheap screen and when it was connected to my phone they messed up on attaching it. The screen Itself wasn’t even glued in and I replaced my case with an otter box defender and my phone fell once and cracked again. To pay 100 dollars on a cheap screen that still broke less than 10 days later, that doesn’t recognize my fingerprints and after paying, not even get a receipt this was completely unsatisfying. This was not worth any money spent, 0/5 if that was an option. I don’t recommend.

It took him only 10 mins to fix my phone by putting a new screen on. And it only cost $80 its like I bought a new phone. The first one he put on was defective though, so I brought it right back and without hesitation he fixed it. All around a great guy and a great business. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Wasnt really happy with the repair they did, I mean I was at first, but later on that day I was getting a haircut and I was using my phone happy with the screen without cracks then my phone fell into my lap.... But I was still holding the back of it... He didnt glue or tape it back on and not only that I used to get service everywhere now I dont get service at work and I cant go more than 5 feet away when connected to bluetooth when I used to be able to go downstairs and into the bathroom and still be connected Im not exactly sure what he did or what happened but my phone worked perfectly before him repairing it. The back is broken now so I have to order a new one now and put that on before water or something gets in it and breaks it further. for charging 130 bucks I would hope hed be able to put the glass on Im not trying to be mean or anything but this was like a 700 dollar phone all it need was new glass because I dropped it now it needs a new back and I have to figure out how to fix my bluetooth and cell signal. Im doing all my repairs myself now like I used to I just didnt want to take the time to do it I was busy but I guess Im gonna have to start making time for it when I need too. He was on the other hand nice and everything so thats a plus 👍👍

I broke my 5c last night stupidly by dropping it and the entire screen shattered. Lots of these reviews helped me so I decided to write one to say to 100% go with this guy! I called him this morning asking him the price and such, and he said it would take him 10 mins and offered a very reasonable price! The price was very fair compared to some which can be as high as $100-150. I walked in and he recognized that I called and went right to work. Hes very personable and very friendly! It took him less than 10 mins to fix it and bam! Good as new :) I am so incredibly pleased and so happy that theres a service this great so close in the area! definitely recommend!!!
